So. I went in yesterday for a tongue piercing. I thought everything was fine, but I later figured out that the jewelry was too small, not allowing my tongue to swell properly. I had taken out the piercing because if I had left it, it would've embed. Not to mention the piercing was too deep and crooked. This was my first piercing and well- They botched it. They don't give out refunds either. Apparently I didn't give it enough time to heal, so I'm a fault. Yeah, no. They should've provided a longer piercing.

This was my first Tattoo. Walked into a great place. Was greated by a friendly person at the door. I had previously made a call for an appointment. When I called they asked what I was looking for and I had quick consult with Casey. He was great. Asked me what I wanted and what part of my body. Be prepared to have a wait. Due to covid back up. It's not there fault, relax. Once I sat in the chair I felt right at home with Casey doing the work. Will go back again to have additional ink added.

beautiful shop, but not to happy with the service I got. Adam messed up on my pocket watch tattoo ( the time goes 12, 1.5, 3, 4.5, 6, 7.5, 9, 10.5) and when I went to go message him about it he ignored me for three days even though he was posting photos of peoples new tattoo at the same time. (I got two tattoos from there and he didn’t even post one of them on his instagram, so now that makes me think that he didn’t care about me or my tattoo even though it was a tattoo for my best friend that unfortunately passed away.) I’m just upset because his mess up is now on my body for life and I paid a lot of money for the tattoo. All I was looking for was for Adam to say that he would fix it.

Got a nose piercing from Jo a couple months ago. Went back a few weeks later because I thought there was an issue. She took me in right away and checked it out and explained that what I was seeing was totally normal and part of the healing process. I will go back to her for any more piercings and when I'm ready to switch my jewelry!

Very disappointed with Lindsay! At retouching she used a completely different color than what I originally had. Instead of telling me that, she used a color I did not want. When I said something about it she suggested adding black. My mistake for thinking she knew what she was doing. After the fact she admitted she did not have the original color. She clearly knew I was not impressed and chose to be fake nice instead of giving good customer service to fix HER mistake!!!
