Quinton walsh - i would thoroughly not recommend this establishment. I went in for a tattoo on my arm and ever since that point there had been conplications with the tattoo process, from not getting the artist i payed for to communication issues with the store itself. They had a great artist and promising artwork but after it became clear to me at least that they didnt really care about my personal interests we tried to withdrawal but sadly there was no due process in place for a refund and we certainly werent going back to them. All around I would just recommend a place with more professionalism and one that would take more care in making sure the client comes first. The art wasnt bad but there were key decisions made througout such as switching up the artist that i had payed for, missed communication and personal attacks which are not something any customer should have to deal with. Thats just the tattoo portion however. I have no idea what the other facets of the business are like. Update* further developmemts have shown that many of the employees have a major lack of respect and also ripped me off. Stay away

Been getting tattooed for the last 26+ years at various shops in the GTA (before there was one on every street corner). After moving to the area I came across this one.Terry has done all of my work for the past several years, including sprucing up some of my older ones and adding to existing ones - and even donated a tattoo to both myself and my wife after hearing about a personal tragedy. Can’t say enough good things. Stop reading this and book your appointment.

I went there to get a hip tattoo fixed, and they did an AMAZING job!! It's only halfway done, but the color they added to my Orca whale is stunning and even after weeks is still there! I can't wait to go back after the colors heal and have them finish the whale! The woman who worked with me was kind, patient, funny and very sweet as well. Definitely recommend!

Friend got her septum and her lip pierced and they healed fine but they are a bit crooked when they first got done and her friend got his septum pierced and they missed the spot a couple times before they finally got the septum pierced in the right spot causing him to be in pain. They need to get better staff in my opinion

Went in for a small modification to a tattoo and the woman was very patient and helpful with the design. She did not rush and took the time to find the right font for the script I wanted to add. She also took the time to make sure I was happy with the placement on my arm. Very friendly, very professional and very concerned with the cleanliness of the procedure. Will go back for future work. :)

Used to be good but all the knowledgeable artists are gone. The guy and girl currently running the place are super unprofessional. I got a tattoo there a couple months ago and I assume things were sterilized but set up was done while I was in another room. I sat down at the table to get the tattoo and the guy takes his vape out of his pocket with his gloves on and pretty much blew the smoke in my face before tattooing. Not only does this violate the law against smoking in a workplace but he broke the sterile field and put my health and comfort at risk. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU'RE LOOKING FOR AN INFECTION.

Took my daughter for a helix piercing here. They did the piercing but they don't sell the industrial bar so she went to Kingston to buy one. Was told by reputable place in Kingston that piercing was done improperly. The top hole was done at wrong angle and a bar would not fit properly. Even if a bar could be put in they wouldn't because it was too close to edge of her ear. If the bar got caught on something she would rip the bar out along with part of the ear. It was suggested to take it out and let it heal. She did. I called Screaming Ink and spoke with the woman who did piercing. I asked for a partial refund for my daughter. I was told she would get back to me. Never heard from her again. I called back and spoke with the owner Terry. He was rude and uncooperative. He said " I deal with Losers like you everyday" and had no intention of helping me. Would not recommend them to anyone unless you want sub quality work and to be verbally abused.

I had a piercing done it never healed properly I put after piercing saline and cleaned it very well. I went back and I was told to put alcohol on it with Vaseline which they never suggest. It still has never healed and I have to keep taking my earring out. Also my ear was not pierced properly.

I found that Terry the owner in not a trustworthy person. He donated 2 tattoos for a cancer fund raiser and I have gone to this appointment 6 times and he has backed out each time. once he let me sit for 1.5 hours before he had someone else tell me that he couldn't do it. I would not have any go to him or would I recommend him to anyone. Maggie
