I just got a tattoo and the staff were amazing. This was my first tattoo and I was very nervous. Terry Mahar did my ink and I am so pleased that I almost asked her to sign it! Building layout a tad confusing but I loved the experience and will be back again

The staff were so nice and welcoming, and while I was getting my piercing the piercer was so nice and told me all kinds of information on it and talked me though it. All in all great place and great experience definitely going back :)

Any time I would go in for a tattoo they would charge at least $30 over what they originally told me (EVEN FOR A DONATION DAY THEY WERENT RECIEVING MONEY FROM!!) (I was charged $70 for 4 words. FOUR WORDS!! MOST OF WHICH ARE SMALL) They always stuck me with amateurs and then not even 2 months later THEY FADED! NONE of my piercings have been done properly *ALMOST fainted at one due to lack of information* (they don't tell you much and never tell you enough care. Just give you a sheet of paper with basic info any piercings) I've not gone back for a year now and no regrets. They ruined 2 very meaningful tattoos for me by 1: overcharging 2: doing a BAD job on the tattoos. And ruined one of my piercings by not telling me about scar bubbling AT ALL for my first piercing (I can't change it now without pulling on my skin a lot)

My sister and I had a really good experience here. It was our first time piercing, and we did it on Halloween night! We were running late, but Mr.Jeffrey patiently waited for us. He was willing to call and gave us directions to the place. We knew it was already passed their closing time, but we got really nervous and asked a lot of questions. Mr. Jeffrey, with the best attitude and patience, kindly answered all of our concerns, and he was so gentle, fast and professional doing the piercing for us. He also gave us very detailed instructions on how to take care of the piercing at home. Our pierces are healing well !!! It was such a good choice going to this place. We had to drive further than the place in Wolfville, but we received an excellent service with so much better price. Thank you again!!!

I've heard good things about this place from other people. When my daughter wanted to get her ears pierced this is the location of that was highly recommended. They treated her very very good and they were very nice to her. The cost was not overly expensive at all. It was very clean and professional especially during the pandemic. I have absolutely no complaints and I thank them for their wonderful service
