Love this location and the artists. Stabby'Zz is nestled down a set of steps off of Mainstreet Unionville. The studio has 2 or 3 chairs out front, I think, plus a couple of backrooms for privacy. Love the location so much. They offer coffee and water (when it's not COVID), and are all super friendly. Love the decor as well, not to mention the TV that is always playing something very random, but always entertaining- and obviously, you have options when you're in the chair. When you're taking a break from a longer piece, you can walk Main Street or even mosey over to Toogood Pond, and grab a few minutes to take in the greenery/scenery, or even a coffee or bite to eat at one of the many establishments on Main Street. The artists are all incredible. I got a simple line design with script, but they are all true artists- their level of realism is gorgeous (and honestly, seriously terrifying when it's a lion, for example, bearing its teeth and looking like it's about to pounce off of someone's massive guns). Vanessa did my script on my forearm, and gave me some great suggestions which I took, while also respecting my original design intent. When they were open last year during COVID, they complied with and supported COVID protocols, and are always a clean and pristine establishment. Honestly, Stabby'Zz artists and environment just make you feel like you're at home kicking back in your den, or a house party, or even in a low-key bar. It's super chill. Loved it, and can't wait to go back for my next one.

From the moment you step into the shop you feel welcomed by the warm and accepting environment this amazing shop has successfully set up. Right away you notice the level of professionalism and cleanliness the shop has managed to maintain. The familiar smiles of the amazing artists will leave you feeling right at home and ready to get the most amazing work available in the city. I’ve personally gotten tattooed at least once by every single artist here and can say without hesitation I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

Just finished my forearm sleeve here. Sick team! Sam kept making sure I was comfortable and happy and Branden dressed up as a ginger for Halloween ( I’m a red head ) and it was shocking at first but orange hair on him made him look like a red headed Leonardo Di Caprio. Don't even know where to begin with this review. This shop is second to none and in terms of talent and quality of work it can hang with the best of them. It checks off all the boxes in what a person looking for a tattoo could ever want and need whether you are getting your first piece or adding to a collection. Been to multiple shops ranging from large to small scale and this one blows all of them out of the water. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get a sick piece and awesome shop experience!

Such a wonderful and welcoming environment and a great studio overall. This is the first time I felt completely comfortable in a tattoo studio, the artists there are professional and friendly! I got my full sleeve done by Vanessa (@Vgarlandtattoo) and she is so amazing, fast and just a great person to converse with! Really clean and professional location.Vanessa listened to my rough ideas and turned them into an amazing piece, exceeding any expectations I had. I contacted the studio for advice on a cover up for an existing tattoo. I was basically told to go somewhere else without any advice or recommendations. Other studios I reached out to said they were willing to assist as long as I can laser the current tattoo to a lighter scale. This was never an option when I contacted Stabby'Zz and was basically told to go away. I emailed them for a follow-up but no response. While their artists are great, their customer service needs help.

Amazing place to go for a tattoo. Right when you walk in you can feel that it's a family environment. All the artists are very passionate about their craft and they take their time in knowing you and trying to customize the best piece possible for what you want. Also very very clean. My tattoo took 2 days and one of the artists Vanessa would spray and mop down the whole studio from ceiling to floor. HIGHLY recommended!

I have a lot of tattoos all done by Branden. He and his team at Stabbys are some of the most talented artists I’ve ever met. When you come here the vibe is chill and positive and everyone is super nice. Unlike other shops, stabbys isn’t filled with artists who think they’re “sick” or who disregard your ideas because they aren’t something they want to add to their portfolio. The artists here will actually work with you to collaborate and create something that you will love for as long as it’s on your body, forever. On top of all that they do it without charging an arm and a leg. I can’t recommend this place enough. Check them out and you won’t be disappointed!

I got my first tattoo by Branden (bscopezz) a couple of days ago. Flew out from Vancouver. The experience couldn't have been better. Everyone in the shop is down to earth, cool and easy to talk to. Sam is an awesome person - her energy and personality adds so much to the shop/experience. What stood out about Branden was his humble attitude and dedication to art/tattooing - I follow a few really talented artists from around the world who do the full saturation dark realism, but in my personal opinion, Branden is already the best from that group of artists I've seen. I wanted a Phoenix for quite some time to honor someone I'd lost, but I was waiting to find the right design and tattoo artist. When I saw the designs and artistry at Stabby'zz tattoo I knew I found the the right shop. Branden exceeded all expectations throughout the whole experience and I couldn't be happier with my tattoo! There were a few subtle additions that were really important to me and he was able to include them in my design perfectly. The shop is extremely clean, organized and has a cool vibe from the shops custom art decor and all the amazing artists. They provided snacks, drinks and entertainment; whether it be movies or funny shop banter I barely used my phone lol. If you're looking to get some ink I highly recommend this shop and any of the artists are fully capable of creating wicked work! I can't wait to come up with more tattoo ideas and am looking forward to getting inked by Indyinkzz, vgarland, inkcognitto and eventually nickiinkzz! Love my tattoo!

Stabby’Zz tattoo is probably one of the coolest places I’ve been. Everyone inside the shop makes you feel comfortable. The artists work speaks for itself and 10/10 would recommend anyone to go there! But of course this wouldn’t flow as smoothly as it does without the help of Sam. She was high energy and was giving positive vibes. Always made sure you had water or espresso and granola bars. I had my first tattoo ever done here with Branden (bscopezz), It was a large forearm piece and he did an unbelievable job. It was a 13.5 hour session (Under the needle for 11.5) and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. If you’re looking for a realism tattoo, this is the place you want to go. The shop is extremely clean and the atmosphere is super chill. Every staff member I dealt with from the day of my consultation to the day my tattoo was done was very professional and friendly, and they also went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable at all times. They have a large selection of movies to watch and offered me drinks to make sure I was hydrated. I will 100% be going back to have more ink done. There were also 2 other artists working at the time and both of their clients also left satisfied with SICK tattoos. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

My time at Stabbyzz was excellent. Polite and friendly staff, immaculate facilities, and stringent Covid protocol is in place. The consult and after care were a breeze thanks to Bscopezz, Indyinkzz, StabbyV, and Inkshadow's great advice. Just forgot to bring a pillow to sit on but was able to take several breaks on their full arcade with 10000 games. Destroyed everyone there at Street Fighter. Just want to thank the entire staff for making my first tattoo experience such a positive one. And for all those espressos to keep me awake for the long sessions. 100% will recommend, can't wait for my next one, such a great shop!

Vanessa was very accommodating in regards to what I wanted, and offered great advice for some of the things that weren't the best of ideas. Long overdue and not one to write reviews but almost a year later, and I’m still blown away by my tattoo at Stabbyzz. Branden was my artist and with no hesitation, I can say he is the best artist in the game whether you’re in Canada or out of the country. The eye for detail is out of this world. The session was about 15 hours spread over 2 days and was absolutely worth it. While going through some designs, price did not change and the recommendations from Branden was purely out of passion, which meant a lot to me. He makes sure to put your interests at the forefront and wants to make sure you are 100% happy with your tattoo. The overall experience at Stabbyzz was great. The other artists are down to earth, authentic, and welcoming. It’s amazing to be surrounded by people that are passionate about what they do. 10/10 highly recommended and will be coming back in the future.
