The folks at Okey Doke were beyond kind! I had a tattoo touched up at a nearby shop which ran out of second skin. I was sent home with saran wrap and tape on my arm, and didn't feel too comfortable with the minimal protection covering my tattoo. I stopped by Okey Doke to ask for help with getting something to protect my arm & they wrapped me up free of charge. They wouldn't even let me too! I wasn't even their client and they treated me like I was one. Thank you for helping out the community!

I got my tattoo done by Kyle (if I remember correctly) and he was awesome! It was pretty painful but he kept a conversation going which helped big time, he was super patient and I looove my tattoo! All staff was friendly and it was a cool environment, would recommend & get another tattoo if I’m ever in the area again! Thanks again Kyle!

My experience today was magnificent! Eric was my tattoo artist. He was very respectful & collected. Very pleasant guy. All the staffs were truly kind. Prices are reasonable. I’d definitely recommend this shop to anyone. Can’t wait for my second appointment!

I got two tattoos by Kyle 2 years ago. I ended up getting one covered up, as it scared over a bit bad and I had a reaction to the inks. Although the other artists seemed nice, Kyle was grumpy, and I Iistened to him the entire consultation before hand complaining about the other artists he worked with and how their work “looked pretty but wouldn’t last”. I still have one of the tattoos on my wrist but wouldn’t return honestly, since it was tattooed a bit crooked despite the stencil being put on corectly beforehand. I’ve found other tattoo shops in the city which feel better for me, but felt this was a mistake I learned from

I have asked many places for tattoos online and have been three five places to get consultation in person, and got tattoos from three places. In short, this is the best place among them, which provide proper, brief and kind consultation. And I got two tattoos on my both inner arms from Kyle. He knows how to take care of the customers’ needs for giving best satisfaction to the customer, which comes from his long-term career. Another Tattooist ‘Tammy Kim’ she knew that I’m Korean that tried to help me get most clearly-sized and placed tattoos by translating some detailed parts of tattoos. They are just like friend-like kind and friendly. For the prices, Compared to others from the suburban area to downtown, most rational one till now so that I even think it was too cheap for getting both. From the service including consultation on and off-line to the skill they provided to me and the result, it is just satisfaction. Thank you, Kyle, Tammy and friendly receptionist ????????

I've received two tattoos from Franz over the years and they were both excellent experiences. He really is great at what he does and most recently helped me (patiently) take a very vague idea and turn it into something I love that works with my existing pieces. The shop is pretty small, with very limited seating and space to stash anything you might have with you, so plan accordingly and don't show up laden with your Christmas shopping like I did! I will also note that it can look a little intimidating especially if you aren't really fitting the stereotype of someone who goes to hip tattoo shops, but everyone was very friendly and not standoffish like I have experienced elsewhere.

Love it! My girl is the first traditional tattoo and she's so pretty! I'm not from Toronto, so it was pretty awesome to find a shop for walk-in time for both my and my hubby . It was clean and hygienic and staffed by pretty friendly people. Whenever we make it back to this neck of the woods, I will be back! Keep it up Okie Dokie!!

The doors open at 12, I waited at 11AM until 12PM, and when I tried to enter the shop before 12 he said it was closed. While I was waiting outside in the cold to make sure I was the first one in, a girl got in before me before it hit 12PM. So I automatically I became second in line for my walk in tattoo. When I got inside I really liked [ Alex Snelgrove // Instagram : @snelgrove ] work. While I was there she gave me attitude about the tattoo I wanted to get. The receptionist / owner I believe was giving cut eye to me the whole time. After her drawing my tattoo, I didn't like the size so she got really upset with me for wanting a different size which is not a big deal as I have had other artists shrink the size within 2 minutes. I also said the face on the tattoo looked a little sad and it needed to be more wise looking. Anyways she said she will change it once the tattoo has been started on my arm. During the whole process she ignored and never discussed anything with me and pretended that I was invisible. I have half a sleeve currently, and she was extremely rough with my arm as if she was upset with me and wanted to scar me. My arm is extremely swollen, red and bruised. She has been the worst person to work with not only because of her customer service skills but she was extremely fake as when her friends came in she was all happy and talking but when i spoke to her she went mute and didn't have the respect to even say yes or no or respond. If you want a tattoo shop with EGO and no respect and want to rush you into getting a tattoo thats staying on your body, this is the place for you. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. PERIOD.
