I got both a tattoo and piercings here. The tattoo is fine, probably could have been better but I don't mind it. The piercings however were completely off, and slanted into each other so badly they couldn't heal correctly. I had another piercer take a look and he was shocked they allowed me to leave the shop that way. Needed one removed in order to save the other, complete waste of money.

Angry Bryan pierced my tongue and my helix, he was very meticulous, clean and friendly. He walked me through the whole process and then through the aftercare. Everyone who works here is ignorant. No welcoming vibes. The lady who did my lip piercing was extremely ignorant as well and did not pierce my lip right. It got really badly infected right away. Tried to book an appointment for 5 people to get tattoos. After calling the studio, I was asked to send an email to them with details. I sent a very detailed email with photos explaining what each person was looking for. The receptionist seemed incapable of understanding what was being asked for even after having it explained to her several times over the phone, and having emailed them twice. In fact , over the phone she said " I'm dealing with too many people right now". The artist/receptionist seemed to have an issue with everything that was sent. Reception was abrupt and cynical on the phone. These are not our first tattoos..... Would not recommend this studio. We will happily go elsewhere.

I've never dealt with a piercing place with such.... issues. Buckle up, it's a long and terrible ride. I emailed a few months ago asking if they sell Implant grade titanium septum barbells. I had emailed because I wasn't necessarily in a rush. Got a response saying yes, but only he (the piercer) can sell me the jewellery. No one else in the shop deals with sales of jewellery.... ok.... so I ask if I can come in and buy what I had asked for. I get a response from the piercer, Tommy, that I can if I book an appointment. Right.... to buy jewellery? After a lot of back and forth, I finally explain that I live a good 45mins from the shop and can't make a "firm" appointment to buy jewellery as it would just be the next time I'm in the area. Tommy finally says that if I know EXACTLY what I need and he doesn't have to look at the piercing, he will quickly grab it for me. I ended up buying the jewellery elsewhere the next day, with zero hassle. Fast forward to maybe a month ago. Septum piercing still isnt healing right. I email to ask if I can book an appointment with him for that coming week at a specific day and time for him to check it out - I could only do that day and time because as previously mentioned, I dont live in the area but was going to be there for something else. Tommy responded with "I'm pretty sure that day and time are booked. You will have to call for an appointment." Needless to say, I did NOT call, as he said that day and time were booked. I wasn't going to be in the area any other day or time so calling was pointless. I get an email the next day from Tommy, saying he doesn't see me in his schedule and am I going to book? (I didn't respond as I had already told him I could only do that day and time. Not my problem if he chooses to ignore what I said.) I must love torture because I tried again with this piercer. I have a small blow out in one of my stretched ears. I emailed and asked to book a specific day and time that I would be in the area for him to check it out. Tommy again responded with " I'm pretty sure that day/time is booked. You will have to call for an appointment." Again, I don't call to book because he has just told me the day/time is not available. Tommy emails the next day to tell me he doesn't see me on his schedule, am I going to book? (Again, I didn't respond because I'd already told him I could only do the day/time that he had just told me he didn't have available.) I called today to ask for a titanium septum retainer. The receptionist, having no idea because "only Tommy deals with jewellery sales" says she will have him call me. He does call me. Then after talking for a few minutes of talking about the jewellery, he says "Is this xXxX?" (My first and last name.) I said, " yes." He then says, "I've called you a few times about other things" (yes he had and I was already in his parking lot when he called so he told me to hang up and come in to see him,) "and I've emailed you a few times with no responses. I'm going to pass on this. Take care." Um.... excuse me?? Your going to "pass" on helping someone who doesn't respond to your emails asking why you haven't booked an appointment, after telling me you don't have the day/time that I can do? Wow. Lol. I've always gotten an "I'd rather be anywhere/talking to anyone but you" vibe from this piercer. Seriously don't bother. The times I've called or gone in all I get is, "I don't feel comfortable giving advice because I didn't pierce you." That shouldn't matter. A good piercer should be able to assess any piercing. And having only one shop member deal with jewellery? People dont have time to make an appointment to buy a simple piece of jewellery! The receptionist/front desk person should know at least what the jewellery is for and be capable of ringing it up. How is this place still in business??? If I ran my small business like this, I'd be out of business in a week! I would have rated lower than one star but I couldn't.

I went in last night after being told by the shop near my house that there was no way they could pierce my tongue. I went to Lucky Devil worries they wouldn’t be able to either but they said of course they could. I ended up getting my tongue and industrial done. They were very sanatary and I was very nervous so one of the girls there even let me hold her hand the whole time. The aftercare procedure were explained throughly and I’m super happy with the piercings and experience. Will definetly be going back soon!

I went here cause I had heard from friends that it was a good place. The girl behind the counter wasn't that frendly but she answers all my questions. The girl that did my percing wasn't that great. The chair was broken so I had to sit instead of lying down. She put the percing in on a angle do much that a week later I had to take it out. When I called to ask questions. They said they had no idea what I was talking about but if I want to drive an hour to go see them they would look at it.

I have had a few piercings done in the past but they were all done out of town and a long time ago, so a friend of mine recommended Tommy when I wanted to get my nose (nostril) pierced. I connected with him first via Instagram DM and he was super friendly and responsive. Office staff were warm and easy to talk to on the phone. When I met with Tommy for my piercing he was meticulous, thorough, and very kind. I had such a great experience that I went back a few weeks later to have my septum done — another great experience. My piercings are healing perfectly with the least amount of swelling/pain/discomfort I’ve ever experienced. I highly recommend Tommy; he takes exceptional care in the work he does.

Went in to get a tattoo mock up, was not impressed with the artist and had to redo many times just to get it right. After we agreed on the price, Jeff(previous owner) said that touch ups will be free for a year after the tattoo is finished. Came back 11 month later and had to touch up. The guy at the counter indicated that there are new policies and I must pay for my touch up (not something that was promised to me originally) I have several tattoos and was planning on getting more, but perhaps will look else where next time as I believe that tattoo is for life and so is your relationship with the so and the artist! Look else where! The prices aren't cheap, you get that feeling that management may change any minute.. and then what do you do!? That's just my honest opinion!

Today my daughter and her friend went to the Barrie location for 3 simple words written on their ankles. UNBELIEVABLE price. Initially they were told $40.00 deposit and $80.00 for BOTH tattoos!!!! Well this is the farthest from the truth ..... they were charged $120.00 each plus deposit totalling an astonomical $140.00 per person. Steer clear of this place people take your money to another tattoo parlor. The BBB will be made aware of this establishment come monday morning.

The lady at the front desk (who's name we didn't catch) helped us make the appointment and told us to come back with food and water in our system which was a great tip. Tommy did both of our piercings and it went off without a hitch. He gave very clear instructions for everything that he needed from us for placing and doing the piercing, as well as recommended jewelery, and provided everything you could need to know for aftercare. it's clean, and the piercing guy is fine. but the older lady at the counter is super rude and doesn't care in the slightest about what the customers want, even if they're willing to compromise with her. i wouldn't recommend it for anything other than a text tattoo either, if the stuff in their portfolio looks like it does, it's best to stay away.

Tommy is the real deal - super knowledgeable in what he does, super clean, and super professional. He did everything to a T, and my nose piercing came out looking fantastic. He was very friendly and kind. He walks you through what he does, and takes extra caution and care if you are prone to fainting and having more anxiety than normal. The piercing job was very quick and beautifully done. He also pierced me with a flat back stud, which is the best type to pierce your nose with, like I was hoping for. Overall, my experience at Lucky Devil was a great one and I will definitely be returning to get the other side of my nose pierced here.

PIERCING ONLY: I've gotten 2 piercings -- second lobes and conch (orbital) -- at Lucky Devil within this past year and have been very impressed with everything. Before I went to Lucky Devil, I got my cartilage pierced at Steele and Ink. It was much more expensive. I probably paid the same amount for both lobes and orbital than I did for that one cartilage piercing. On top of that, when the piercing got ripped out by my mask and I lost the backing, Steele and Ink charged me an extra $20 for a backing and said they weren't charging me for the 'jewelry change'. (I'm assuming they normally do). Lucky Devil offers free jewelry changes and will let you bring in your own jewelry to change. as well. They even recommended it especially for the conch (orbital) piercing I just got because the ring is difficult to maneuver. They were very helpful in answering any and all questions I had. Overall, Lucky Devil provides more information which I find much more professional. On top of that, when the appointment ahead of me cancelled, they called me to inform me that I could potentially come in 30 minutes ahead of my appointment time which I used to my advantage. After the piercing, the staff goes over proper cleaning procedures with their clients and answers any and all questions. Friendly staff, clean facility, and definitely worth it. Finally, just a huge shout out to Annie who was absolutely fantastic during my recent visit. I absolutely hate needles (ironic huh) but she was great at letting me ramble on about how nervous I was, and enduring my sarcastic comments.

I went in to get 5 earrings removed that were impossible to get off without the proper tools. I was recommend by Alex at Pierced at Upper Canada Mall (who would have removed them had they had the proper tools AND wasn't forcing me to buy extra earrings) There was a $50 service fee which was totally understandable/reasonable and honestly the service was good, no pain and the earrings were removed. The 1 star review is because I was forced to spend $150 (!!!!!!!!) on earrings I didn't want and/or need, that I took out of my ears less than 5 minutes after leaving the shop (they were the cheapest option and also ugly and I didn't want them). I have very sensitive ears and can't wear earrings that aren't real silver or gold and would have liked to have just left with nothing in my ears so I could replace the earrings with ones that I wanted that were actually in my budget. I was given the option to return with earrings that did meet his standard of approval (only flat backs), but I'd made the trip all the way there, I have no car, and it was my only day off, I also was't planning on spending money on earrings at all that day. I understand wanting to have pride in the quality of work you do and wanting to ensure cheap earrings aren't being used, but then again they aren't your ears and I'm not asking you to stick a cheap earring in my fresh piercing or any piercing for that matter, the earrings I chose to wear ARE MY CHOICE. Literally out of spite I now want to wear cheap earrings that will turn my ears green just because that is the sole reason that I was forced to pay an outrageous price on something I didn't want/need. What is the difference if I left with nothing and put in cheap earrings or when I have taken out your shops earrings and put cheap earrings in?? Either way I am the one who has decided to ruin my own ears and there is no "liability" on you, completely my choice, you weren't at all responsible for what was going in my ears. Just felt like this was a way of forcing me to spend unnecessary $$$ and make an extra $150 off of me; when the service could have been done for $50 and I'd have left super happy. Won't be going back or recommending this shop purely based on this extra forced spending, he did a good job removing them, but don't go here for this service unless you're expecting to spend a small fortune. I guarantee there are other places where this can be done without the forced spending on earrings. Currently sitting with no earrings in my ears letting them breathe and am very, very, very sad and disappointed & poor because your girl does not have this kind of unexpected random Tuesday spending money. Don't go there :(

As a new person to Barrie I was appalled by the service here. The front desk girl was rude , and they were incredibly over priced. I decided to go to unique ink, where I was welcomed with good service and very kind staff who show their love and passion for their jobs. I strongly recomend making the short walk across the street to unique ink to get a good priced, good quality tattoo from a real artist.

I booked in for a daith piercing and found out tommy “couldn’t do it” so I got a conch piercing instead and found out that it is way to far into the middle of my ear to be a conch piercing. And now probably gunna take it out. He was also telling me to get a smaller bar for my individual because it will effect the piercing later on. I’ve had this piercing for over 4 years now and it has been just fine. Wouldn’t suggest him for piercings.

I went in there asking a simple question about my earrings, thinking that if I asked to see what earrings they had the girl behind the counter could show me her selection. Instead I was treated incredibly rudely, was spoken to in a very condescending manner, was laughed/scoffed at, and walked out with no earrings. I'm not sure about their tattoo artists or piercers, but if that is who they have greeting the customers in the store there is no way I want to let anyone in that building alter my body in any way. There are many other places I can take my business to so if I'm going to be treated rudely and laughed at, I will definitely find somewhere else to go.

Went in to get an earring for my Tragus. They tried selling me a gold hoop for like $110. It was litteraly thinner then a piece of floss and about as round as a crumb. They guy was really trying to sell me on it and there were 2 other female employees just creepily standing behind I’m staring at me the whole time.... it was very odd. Wanted to laugh in their face that they were trying to sell that for $110 but I just made an excuse and left.

My boyfriend and I got matching shark tattoos about a year or two ago. The guy who did my boyfriends (Kieran) was awesome and did a great job. The receptionist was nice. However, the guy who did mine (can’t remember name, but he had brown skin) was kinda rude and unfriendly to me and did a horrible job. I wish I had gotten anyone else to do it. It makes me so upset every time I look down at my tattoo so I had to make this review. It was a simple shark outline. He wrecked it by pressing down WAY too hard into my skin, now the lines are extremely thick in some places and thin in others. It’s also faded and blotchy in some areas, due to it healing all messed up (even though I followed my aftercare perfectly) My neighbour who is a tattoo artist confirmed the guy pressed way too hard when I asked her. My mom says it looks like a kindergartener did it. The skin is scarred and raised underneath. It honestly doesn’t look good and my boyfriends turned out great. I don’t think Kieran even works here anymore so it’s unfortunate cause he was great. I have no idea how I’m gonna get it fixed, I am extremely disappointed.

DONT GET A TATTOO AT LUCKY DEVIL I got a tattoo there recently and 85% of the color and skin just fell off the skin was like ground hamburger and most of the color just fell away .it looks really bad ,like a 5 year old drew it not a strait line in the hole thing stay away from Rich at lucky devil there ink is full of water ,at least that's what a tattooist professional told me after everything started to fall apart and I didn't know what was going on with big holes in my arm. Firstly, I have to say that the work I have had done at Lucky Devil has always been great. HOWEVER, the customer service isn't. Every single time I go into the shop I feel like I am treated like an imbecile. I am talked to in a condescending manner by front shop staff and treated like an annoyance if I ask a simple question. I see this as being a common theme among some other comments/ratings... and it's unfortunate. Tattoos for me are a spiritual adventure. A process of pain and perseverance for a beautiful outcome. To go into a shop of which I am trusting a tattoo artist to recreate my visions, and be treated like a child... it's rather upsetting. It's unfortunate that this is the way people are treated here and it's something they should work on - customer service. For someone to go in to the shop with proper research and knowledge of body mods and tattoos, there's no reason they should be made to feel small. Nonetheless they make up for the rudeness through their great work.

I am going to write about my entire experience here. I have visited the shop twice, the second time to get a tattoo. The first time I visited to meet the person I researched whose work I wanted done on me, and to set up an appointment, there was an extremely rude customer. Wanting to know when one of the girls (who had been tattooing all morning and deserved a break) would be finished her lunch so this person could get tattooed (it was a walk-in). They handled this person professionally, saying she would be done in 15-20 minutes, she is just eating her food. Honestly, I was just astonished customers could be so entitled. Good on the shop for handling difficult customers. I booked my tattoo appointment. Unfortunately, things happen, and we had to reschedule my tattoo appointment twice (once was due to Richard forgetting it was his daughter's birthday party that weekend, the following reschedule was due to snow squalls end of January). February rolls around, and it is finally the day of my tattoo appointment. I made cookies that morning, and brought more than enough for everyone in the shop to have some. After some measurements, Richard was ready to tattoo my forearm. Needless to say, I got more than what I had asked for. To talk myself through the pain, we talk about life, different morals, beliefs and values we have, and the entire time like a broken record as he is tattooing away he is saying "Wow you are so awesome, you are the coolest woman I know", and things of the like. The first break we took, I sat up, and looked at my arm. Looked great so far. I was quite pleased with the beginnings of it. He wanted a hug, and I figured since he asked, I was okay with it. We hug, and as I pull away from him, he kissed my cheek. Stared deep into my eyes to see my reaction. Not at all what I was expecting. I thought to myself, well I'm only here for another few hours, that's got to be the worst of it right? Richard would tattoo for 40-45 minutes, then go out to have a cigarette for 20 minutes. I am aware of how difficult it must be physically to be leaning over to perform a tattoo. Nobody in the shop had eaten other than the cookies I brought, and I was hungry, so I bought everyone in the shop pizza as well. Everyone was happy and grateful for all of this, which I am appreciative of. During the tattooing portion of my forearm (I was laying down), there were times were he would "casually" move his hand onto my breast, I talked a lot during getting tattooed and he continued to add in things such as "Wow you're the coolest chick ever, I wish I knew you outside of the shop" and "We should totally hang out outside of this session". Yeah, definitely not. What I don't appreciate is someone who I am trusting to tattoo my body, make comments about wanting to get together outside of their work, touching me inappropriately, and at one point kissing me. I was extremely vulnerable, and felt so uncomfortable being in that room alone with him. The day that was scheduled for a second tattooing session, I called the shop, promptly left a voicemail saying I wasn't coming in, and that there was no need to reschedule. A few days after that I had received an email from him saying "Did I do something wrong?". Richard, if you are ever reading this, for you to even ask me that, you KNOW you did something wrong. The other people working in the shop the day I got my tattoo were sweet, cool, and honestly good fun to be around. I will not ever go back to the shop as long as he is there. There are many great artists in this world, for now my tattoo can wait.

I called and asked to get my piercing post lengthened because the skin started to grow over it and I was scared I would loose my piercing. The place where I got it originally pierced is closed, and the receptionist was very kind and made me an appointment. I got a call back saying that the piercer wasn't able to help me because he wanted to reserve his appointments for his clients and that "if the skin is growing over it the doctor needs to cut into it anyway". This is obviously not something you say to someone who is panicking and it's strange that they had lots of openings available but still refused service.

Went to lucky devil for my first tatto, had Kieran do my tattoo, and he screwed it up, I had given him a picture of my family crest previous to coming in, I also brought the picture with me on the day of my tattoo. While doing my tattoo he had the picture right in front of him with the colour combination of my family crest, after arriving home I noticed that he had done it wrong. Now I am stuck with a tattoo that does not represent my family crest!!! I am very disappointed, and was not offered any compensation...I will NEVER go back to Lucky Devil tattoo!!! I would not recommend getting a tattoo from Lucky Devil!!!

I would not recommend this tattoo shop to my worst enemy. First of all, the receptionist is extremely rude and acts like she is better than everyone. Everyone says they are too busy to help you but then they all sit around texting on their phones or stand outside and smoke. I did get a tattoo done here about 6 months ago. It was awful. I could barely stand to look at it. I went to get it touched up, but again, everyone was too busy sitting around to help me. And again, very rude. If you want a quality tattoo, done professionally and kindly, do yourself a favour and walk across the street and get it done there.

When I went he was able to tell me why my previous piercing (not done at Lucky Devil) was rejected and the best ways to avoid it happening again. Got two tattoos done by two different people within a span of a couple weeks a little while back, the tattoos themselves came out good but I was not impressed with the service at all. I have quite a lot of tattoos and when I came in with my first one the guy judged me right away saying where I wanted to place it was meant for people with more tattoos, first off don’t judge a book by its cover I have a lot of big piece that are just not seen when wearing a sweater and pants.. and then I felt very judged but what I want for the tattoo when I told him and the guy tattooing they both looked at me very strange and the guy tattooing didn’t seem to care at all for tattooing made the whole process feel very rushed and like he didn’t want to do it. The second time I came in with my brother and mom to get a little family tattoo, once again service sucked. The guy tattoo didn’t seem interested in doing it what so ever, when he put the stencil on me I didn’t like how think the lines were and ask if he could make them thinner and he was not happy with my request at all, made it seem like such a big deal. I felt once again very rushed and like he didn’t want to do it. These guys need to treat their customers better, I will never go back there. If you want to be treated well and get a GREAT tattoo go to Main St. Tattoo.

Absurdly horrible customer service. Think twice before considering this tattoo shop if you plan on your experience being an enjoyable one. As a person that works in customer relations I am appalled at the fact that the counter person at this shop is even allowed to greet clients at the Barrie location. I have been a long time client at Lucky Devil and I am no longer going to be. People walk into tattoo shops hoping for a good experience and to have fun. This shop puts a stop to that the second you walk in the door because they are greeted by a cranky mouthy girl behind the counter the second they walk in the door. That is of she even gets off her phone long enough to even say hi.. Upon sitting in the waiting area waiting for your turn to get tattooed, you're stuck over hearing the counter girl talk filth and complain the entire time. F*** this, F*** that, F*** everything. Non stop negative talk filled with foul language and personal things that have no place in a work place. It's almost like she has absolutely nothing good to say and you'd seear that her life is so miserable that she has nothing better to do than make everyone feel uncomfortable and miserable to be there. The fact that there is people there with children and it is a place of business makes this shop look very unprofessional and low class. I have a couple tattoos from Cody and want more but I will no longer step foot in that shop and spend my money. Which is very unfortunate for the people tattooing there because this so called 'counter person' is causing the business she works for to lose money as far as I'm concerned because of her horrible attitude problem. I will no longer be getting tattooed by Cody unless he works at another studio or goes somewhere else to tattoo for a period of time. I am not interested in hearing some childish woman complain about her entire life and the whole world any more and will take my business to a more mature and professional establishment and spend money at a shop that understands that people go to tattoo studios for an enjoyable time and a GOOD experience. I encourage anyone that is wanting to spend their money go elsewhere as well unless they actually enjoy listening to a miserable human being complain about everything under the sun and speak in foul language then give you endless snooty attitude for even asking a simple question. It's sad that a person that is basically paid to deal with a businesses clients is making people not want to ever return to that business. Upon asking around just to see if anyone else thought the same thing, when I ask people about Lucky Devil the first thing people mention is that the work is great but you have to sacrifice hoping to enjoy your stay because of this person. So the word is out that it's not a very good place to go. Great artists, extremely bad customer service that makes the place look like a joke in the public's eyes. After reading several other reviews about Lucky Devil I saw that there were several bad ones with the same opinion. Leading me to believe that this business just doesn't care about this issue at all. Which is sad because they're losing money and potential clients, which to me is what being in business is all about. I contemplated even leaving this review but want the public to know that this is a horrible shop to walk into and unless you want to hear some miserable person complain and swear like she's at home sitting on her couch with friends on a rampage about her miserable life. Please do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. Maybe you'll be lucky enough somewhere else being greeted by a person that is an actual people person who knows their job is to be nice and make you feel welcome rather than hated for being there disturbing her foul vocabulary and talking to you as is you're stupid for asking general questions you may have regarding your new experience. Do not ever go to Lucky Devil, you'll be happier somewhere else and hopefully treated like a human being and hey, maybe even have a good time too! The word is quickly spreading throughout Barrie anyway.

Tommy is such a great piercer! He did a rook piercing for me about a year and a half ago that healed beautifully. I did a consultation with him that same day about a surface tragus piercing in which he was super thorough and knowledgeable and told me everything i needed to know. A year and a half later, today, I came back and did the surface tragus piercing with him which is a risky piercing only someone experienced should be doing and he made the experience so comfortable. He explained the entire process step by step, was very calm and gentle and I know it was the right choice going to him for it. Thank you!

Every time I have went into the shop the staff have been great. I had an appointment today for a consultation and waited 30 minutes. The artists was running late and the receptionist wasn't sure why or where she was. I'm pretty disappointed to say the least because I checked out her work and she's a talented artist. Even when I go to a job interview , if the person interviewing me is over 20 minutes late- I leave. It's absolutely unacceptable , without reason and would have been common courtesy to call the shop to notify her appointments. I have a gift card to use so I'll probably be back and hope for the best another time .

Got my nose pierced and the guy said he would take the piercing out for me if I had a hard time taking it out. So after it healed I went back and he told me he wouldn't take it because he didn't like the other piercing I had because it was painted and recommended I buy one from there that was expensive. I'm like no. So I got a new one from some where else that didn't have paint on it. He still wouldn't take it out for me because he said it wasn't safe and, once again, recommended I buy one from there.. no I'm not buying anything from there and nor am I ever getting anything pierced there again.

Had a bit of a wait, but they were happy to put a kids show of our choice on the tv while we sat on comfy leather couches. Bryan pierced my 5 year old daughter’s ears today and he was amazing. Made us all feel so comfortable with the process, including breathing exercises and a stuffy for her to hold. Thanks Bryan!

Ari did my tattoo just over a week ago and has by far done the best job out of the 4 artists I’ve been to for tattoos. She re-created exactly what I asked for, she was very patient with me and listened to every single detail I wanted. The line work and details in the highlights is amazing. It’s not even fully healed yet and I’ve had plenty of compliments and keep being asked where I got it done. Will definitely be back and will continue to recommend her work as she exceeded my expectations.

I've had two tattoos done here (at least, so far). The first one, done a couple of months ago, was simple, an addition to an existing one that turned it from "ok" to fabulous! Morgan is an extraordinary artist. He designed my upper thigh tattoo and created a masterpiece. I gave him free reign with it and it turned out incredible! The piercer here was great, very calming and knowledgeable about the process and sterilization, which is why I’m leaving a 5 star review. My nose is healing well and I’m very happy with the jewelry Tommy recommended for it. What I wasn’t happy with was the customer service I received before meeting Tommy. The elderly lady at the front didn’t notice me and my daughter as we entered the shop because she was seemingly more interested in whatever was on her iPad at the time. When one of the other employees made her aware that she had customers, she begrudgingly decided to acknowledge us. From this point forward she was extremely rude and dismissive of us and made us feel as though we should leave because “the piercer wouldn’t have time for us anyway, appointment only ”. It was only when the piercer happened to walk into the room that we discovered he actually did have time today and we could get pierced right then and there. I’m unsure whether the counter lady was completely oblivious to his schedule or simply didn’t want to help us because we had interrupted her. Simply put, if you want to get any service here, I would highly recommend contacting the piercer or artist directly, because this is what you’ll have to deal with otherwise.

I trusted him to do a good job he charged me a bunch and he did a full hack job on my arm and expected me to come back to let him fix it and when I told him I went els where to fix it and I'd like abit of a refund he said I was acting like a child that didn't get what I wanted..? *

I got my conch pierced here which was my first piercing in a long time, I was super nervous. A piercer there named Tommy talked me through several different jewelry options and which would look best in the placement I wanted. The prices were slightly higher than I expected, but after researching piercer reputations around (Newmarket, Barrie, Toronto etc) and jewelry brands I decided to get it done anyways. I had a lot of questions after and once it healed he recommended I change the size of the post which made it sit perfectly, I had no idea that was even an option. I am going back for custom piece and would highly recommend.

The tattoo itself was gorgeous, colorful and detailed, however, it didn't stay this way. I took care of it properly but ended up with an infection so bad it landed me in the emergency department of RVH. There was a huge, angry red area surrounding the whole thing and I ended up having to take antibiotics to clear it up. Most of that gorgeous color was lost due to the infection :( I went back in a week later, with pictures from hospital, to let them know what happened and wasn't treated with much concern. Even though the tattoo looks years old there's no way I'd let them touch me again.

I cant talk for the whole place though I was there recently for a tattoo. Placed the deposit. Got there for consult and tattoo. Artist seemed like a make less work project and charged over 200 for half hrs work. And now work(script) was not perfect but well done few sketchy lines but tolerable. I was booked in for up to 4 hrs and artist was not entertaining any ideas so I settled with simple script she banged off imperfectly in half hr for $200+ not impressed.

Went with my friend to get her nose pierced. Brought my 1 year old. The piercer is extremely rude. He told my friend my daughter wasn't allowed in the back (DUH). But then he makes a comment saying he doesn't do well with children and how I should pretty much leave... Of course I left and so did my friend because he was just plain rude. he did call and apologize in a voicemail but they seriously need to work on customer service. Would not recommend this place. Invest in a good set of ear plugs. We went to another piercing place and they were incredible. They even invited my daughter and I in the piercing room to watch.

Worst tattoo ever. The lines are fuzzy, the artist went way too deep and it is raised and itchy (still) 4 years later. It was a very basic tattoo and he still messed it up. Need it removed. Spend your money elsewhere!!
