I came in with a drawn up design I had wanted to get done and you immediately saw the guy's eyes go wide as he did a surprised whistle. Though flattering as it was, I had no idea how bad of a sign that was. Not only was I told that it would cost double the amount anywhere else quoted me, but despite the relatively simple design, it wouldn't be finished in one session. They definitely charge tourist prices and though the staff was friendly, it made me laugh just how much they wouldn't work with you on designs or pricing. From not being able to shrink simple tribal designs to be a bit smaller than the sample image to giving incredibly high hourly rates in comparison to the quoted prices over the phone. They certainly did not get the chance to claim my artwork under their belts of tattooing works with all of that.

Waited 2 hours for a poorly prepared design 4 times as big as I wanted. Clearly I didn't want a back sized tat on my arm. So after the wait was told the detail could not be done that small. Fairly certain they just didn't want to do it which is fine but don't make me wait 2 hours for that. And at a significantly higher price than originally told.

Tattoo artist was extremely rude to my friend, and rushed both of our tattoos. She somehow managed to screw up a small tat I asked for of a knife. After going over the details I wanted, she managed to mess up every detail I pointed out. She made all of the simple, straight lines uneven and, well, not straight. My friend’s butterfly tat was unsymmetrical and misshapen. The whole time we were getting our tats done, she remarked at how she was planning to go out and drink. I’m sure most of the artists are fine, but the one we got was not.

It's a nice place. Clean. people seemed pretty cool. But I had to give this place three stars because of the piercer joe. I had my lip pierced with a 12. Said it's more "manlier" yet screws on a little tiny diamond that was smaller than the gauge itself. So when I went home and tried to eat some food it pulled the stud right through my lip into my mouth.. I am so irate that I was going to go there the next day and ask for my money back. But I'm not going back and forth. this review will say enough. It's a nice place hit it up.just don't ask for Joe when it comes to piercings if he's there just leave. And Joe please go to college and learn a trade.

I had a appointment with Carlos Gonzalez. I got a Yankee cap with my brother's name and the date he passed away. He also put wording around it. I brought in a sample Tat I saw online well Carlos BLEW that one away! He did a BEAUTIFUL job! I was very emotional and he was so sweet. He is really amazing at his craft and if anyone should ask me where to go to get there Tattoo Carlos would be the guy!

Had a great experience with the piercer Joe who did my septum. Really took his time to make sure everything was lined up and when when of the holes didn't line up didn't bs me redid it right away. Truly a man who takes a lot of pride in his craft and definitely a pleasure to have my first piercing done by him. Will definitely come back to again for another piercing.

Spontaneously decided to get tattoos on vacation. Put our name on the walk in list at 11 am when they opened. Got called in around 545. Wife got a real quick small tattoo, minimum price is $100. I got a larger piece and it was $160. Very good service here, really nice employees. Kristy tatted us and did a great job. She was super quick and easy going. Recommend going here. We both have lots of ink and know a good spot when we see one

It was a great experience with going into the tattoo company. Especially with Hunter, he made us feel more than welcome there and that was the best experience we had. He thoroughly explained everything to us and was such a happy, friendly, up beat person and very nice to be greeted by someone like Hunter. I wanted Tony but he was done piercing for the day. So we got stuck with, “Joe”, the total opposite of the how Hunter treated the clients. Joe tried over talking me and acting rude towards anything I mentioned, in regards to getting my piercing. Regardless of how many tattoos or piercings I have, I would never try to speak down to any of my clients. If I was to ever get another piercing, I would NEVER let Joe pierce me. I would specifically ask for Tony. It’s a beautiful spot and there are some great employees but don’t request Joe, he’ll be argumentative and speak down to you and/or tell you that he has pierced for a lot longer than we’ve been getting pierced. Especially when he hasn’t been piercing that long. It’s not that long of an apprenticeship to complete to try and talk down to anyone and I’m surprised everyone from Hunter and Tony were so happy and professional. While he was Joe acting ignorant towards people. But thank you Hunter and Tony. Thanks! “For some reason I’m unable to respond to your post. First no one was questioning why Tony wasn’t able to pierce all 3 of us and not just a friend.”I’m really not sure where you heard one of my friends waited a hop. If he did I wasn’t in there to even mention that anyone wanted a hop.I gave Tony credit for his work. I was stating it was a great atmosphere other than the disrespectful comments and unprofessional attitude he had for all three piercings he did between all 3 of us. Two of us wouldn’t of even requested any hops for our piercings. Being in the medical field it’s physically impossible to have hops with certain piercings. I will say I will request Tony for the future. Regardless how long he has pierced, he shouldn’t of treated any clients the way he did. He didn’t even smile once for any of us or clients behind us. Being a business owner you want to have personable workers. Not someone who makes u feel uncomfortable or that we are bothering him. Even when Tony had to leave, he was very friendly and never had I met him before. It’s a great place but my husband does have an infection from Joe piercing him and he followed all post piercings directions. But it’s done and over with. I just wanted to inform people who go to the shop, who they should request and who to avoid. I have enough piercings and over 60% if not more tattooed on me, this isn’t the first shop I’ve gone too. I didn’t make a remark about any tattoo artists, since I have no experience with them. But I will share with people my piercings experience I had there. I was being honest about who not to go to. Oh if they had a drink, so didn’t every person in the shop getting pierced or tattoo. But I’m not questioning that by no means. Once again the whole reply you wrote was FAR from the truth. But thanks for the reply. ????

It's a clean, sanitary environment and just by taking a quick gander you can tell that these folks take their business very seriously. Highly recommend!

I got my helix pierced at another shop and it got infected! I had no idea why since I cleaned it well (btw... this was NOT my first cartilage piercing so I knew what I was doing). Anyway, I visited this shop and they told me that my former piercing studio gave me inadequate jewelry (aka the bar was wayyy to tight and the stud was too large to properly get in the wound to clean it). So they changed it out and my infection CLEARED within weeks! I was so impressed that I returned to get my conch piercing as well. It was the least painful piercing thus far! Probably because they were very professional and provided me with appropriate jewelry.

This place is wonderful. The building is large and spacious.. so many creative ideas for tattooes within view. The owner/manager that checked us in was soooo nice and, as my teen daughter noticed, quite handsome(we assume as all staff members were wearing masks). We actually went here to get my daughter (15) a navel piercing..which she had been asking for. The artist was very nice and professional.. used great asceptic technique and, well, she didnt cry. She was able to pick out her ring and she was happy with results. Directions were given clearly for post piercing care... Two big pluses...great price( we were planning on having it done in plattsburgh which would have been 20$ more). It was also a walk-in business( i had contacted the manager previously to make appt and was informed just to come in). And we had very short wait.

I can't remember for the life of me who did our tattoos but my sister and I got two tiny matching pieces. They turned out perfectly, much better than we could have hoped or dreamed. The shop had a ton of cool artwork, super clean. The artist was very professional but still made us feel very comfortable with lots of jokes and smiles. If it hadn't been for the fact that we were just passing through, we would definitely recommend to others around. If you're looking for something to remember the mountains of upstate New York, this is the place to go.

Excellent QUALITY WORK, I had gotten a tattoo about 15 years ago & I think it must have been his first time & I was not happy with it, I had gotten it in Pennsylvania. Over the years I had stopped in various tattoo shops to ask if they could make it look better, with NO luck ???? Then a few months ago my wife & I happened to be in Lake George & stopped in Lake George Tattoo to get New Tattoos and were fortunate to get Ryan Miller, while he was adding a New Tattoo I asked him if he could do something to make mine look better & he said "NO PROBLEM" So I set up an appointment for the next time I would be in Lake George. This past Sunday he totally redid my tattoo, I could not be more pleased. So if your ever in the area I highly recommend Lake George tattoo & Ryan Miller. Thanks Ryan ????????

I decided to wait outside for 10 minutes before the store opened, and I am so glad that I did. I was expecting to be turned away, instead I told the woman at the desk what I wanted done, she took my ID and gave me the paperless paperwork (that was very thorough), and answered questions that I had about the piercing and the art around the shop. And Tony. I have seen a lot of places. But this man has the cleanest space I have ever seen. Besides that, he has the bed side manner of a doctor....showed me everything and told me everything that he was doing. I live in Albany, but for my next tattoo, I will be contacting him and making the hour drive. Thank you guys so much for being apart of this memory for me.????????

Went here for both my top and bottom belly button piercing, although my top one was pierced incorrectly, Tony did reassured me that if I took it out and let it close up he would redo it. I’ve gotten three piercings in two days here and love getting them!! I now have a conch piercing and two upper helix piercings! &&& I got my upper helix and conch for a cheaper price together than what they would have been if I got them done separately!! Amazing service and if you would want anyone to do your piercings I recommend Tony does them!!!!

I drove all the way here from VT a few months ago to get my septum done and had a unique but awesome experience! everyone was kind and welcoming from the minute i walked in the door, the shop is clean and beautifully decorated with a very fun aesthetic. I was pierced by Joe, who within seconds made me feel right at home and very at ease. I learned i had a slight deviation and it took a little extra work to get the septum piercing perfect but Joe was not letting me leave with anything but perfection! He even offered me a discount for the trouble, but i didn't consider him wanting me to have a quality piercing any trouble at all. Here i am a few months later with a beautifully healed septum that i am utterly in love with! My healing process was a breeze, no strange secretions, no keloids, and even changing the jewelry on my own when it was ready was easy peasy! Thank you so much Joe!

I had been wanting to get baseball laces tattoo'd over my elbow for years. Danny made me well aware that tattoos over the elbow or any high rub area may and or will likely fade. I still wanted to do it. Now that it's been more than six months I have noticed very little fade and the lines are still solid. I definitely plan on going back in the future for more tattoos.
