I made an appointment almost 2 months in advance and then they cancelled it 45 minutes before the appointment and then they refused to give me my deposit back even though it was their fault they had to cancel. Very disappointed.

You're always made to feel welcome and comfortable here, and of course, the artists are all the perfect mixture of professional and chill. One of my favourite shops!

I’ve leaving this review because I’m very impressed that she gets back to you in a very timely manor for her emailing and her service is very professional that way. (Some artists never reply to me) You do have to wait to get in for your appointment (I don’t mind!) but she gets back to you right away. Also I love all my tattoos. Mostly ladies who work there which makes for a really nice vibe!

My best friend just got her tattoo done here and it looks absolutely stunning! The tattoo artist, Jolene, was incredibly sweet and nice. She was calm with my friend and put up with her chattering away for 3 hours. Beautiful shading and linework. My best friend has never been so happy with a tattoo before.

They Canceled my appointment once. Moved it to different day.The new appointment was on a snowy day. They didnt opened the shop. And did not even bother to contact me . I ended up going to a closed store! They called me the next day and said they messed it up and they would understand if I didn't want to book again. Of course not ! Not for the third time!

She made sure I was comfortable and okay along the way. Ashley made sure I was happy with the end result, which I was, and still am. Tattoo care was clearly communicated. I am super happy with the work that was done and well go back when the time is right for another one. Thanks again Ashley and Rachel!!!

Rusty did his tattoo no problem and was very kind towards him and his ideas for the tattoo. Best kindness towards us from the other places we visited. Jolene is new to Ink and Honey but I have been tattooed at every shop she has worked at. I got tattooed at ink and honey recently with her and it was a wonderful time. All the artists are very kind and welcoming. A lot of talent in that shop! Jolene is well worth any wait, for she is kind, funny, patient and her work speaks for itself. She goes above in beyond in creating a custom piece just for you. Her lines are very clean. She makes you feel not like a customer but a friend. I love her!

Hello! My first google review lol. Got my first tattoo recently at Ink and Honey by Jolene. It healed very well and I like the environment there everyone is really nice and funny. I didn’t feel as nervous because Jolene made me feel calm. It is a bit of a wait to get in with her but I didn’t mind because the tattoo is really nice. Been getting lots of compliments and been recommending ink and honey all the artists are good

I have had some really good experiences at this shop as I’ve been tattooed by one of the artists multiple times with great results. The shop is very clean and inviting, friendly atmosphere. Although even though I am giving the shop a high rating I do have some disappointment I feel I should share. I’ve made attempts to book with jordyn with no results. She has an automatic response on her email that you have to contact her by. Which I gather she uses for being rather busy. To be quite frank I find the auto response worded very pretentiously. I had a friend book in with her with ease. I also had my friend say that she told her she only books tattoos she feels are “cool”. So I get she’s busy but still super disappointed to know the reason I didn’t get book is because my ideas aren’t cool enough for her. I find her booking process very dreadful and I really did want a tattoo from her. I will still be going to the other artist (I don’t wish name as I don’t want any hard feelings towards me writing this review). I still recommend the shop and think the art is amazing. I just really suggest for Jordyn to get off her ego a bit and realize we are all special. Maybe use your words better in the future to avoid hurting peoples feelings.

This is the place to go if you want a really nice tattoo, that is also unique that no one else is gunna have. One thing I learned quickly is they are very busy but for a good reason!. I did wait about 2 months for my tattoo with Jolene and it was really worth it. It’s my best tattoo by far and totally unique and amazing. I’ve been tattooed in other shops the same day I came in and they printed stuff off the computer and put no care into my tattoo. Jolene really took the time in drawing a wonderful design and tattooing it perfectly. It’s worth waiting as all the artists here are really good! I’ve learned over time that busy is a good sign! It means people are coming back!

I went to Ink and honey tattoo with an image and during consultation we agreed we were going to use the image I provided with minor changes. When I went in for my tattoo she had a completely different image that was not even the same from what I provided and then when I said I preferred mine over hers she immediately opted to reschedule. and when I asked her why she changed the original image so much she immediately gave me my money back and asked me to leave. I was really excited to get this tattoo done at this shop, I specifically picked it out because I wanted to be tattooed by a woman and did not expect to be treated that way, I have a few tattoos and most artists are pretty humble and happy to work with a customer not force an entirely different image on a client then what was provided. I'm all about supporting local business but was really disappointed by these people. Rude & Disrespectful.
