Went here for my cartilage and helix piercings. Quick, clean, professional. The piercer was able to line up the tool from an old piercing. The piercer explained everything and showed me all the tools she was going to use. Pain was ok...stubbing your toe is more painful than this. A bit more pricey than other local places....by only a few dollars though. Friendly staff and great customer service. But they didn’t complete a covid19 health screening or check my temp.. tsk tsk.

Yesterday I went with my sister to get double cartilage piercings on my left, while she got her second and third holes in her right lobe and one cartilage piercing. Our piercer was Rachel, and she was the sweetest girl ever. She took the time to ensure that we liked the placement of each piercing! We had an amazing experience with exquizeet, they answered all our questions and concerns about the healing process and Rachel was very patient and talkative since we were nervous about the pain. Grace and Rachel were very kind and welcoming. Definitely coming in again for more piercings soon!

Wasn’t greeted upon arrival when there was staff aimlessly walking around , waited 10 minutes to be helped, once helped the male tattoo artist was quite adamant on not re-stenciling the tattoo, overall was not a comfortable place to get a tattoo. The staff aren’t willing to work with you to get you’re desired tattoo. Their piercing staff on the other hand is amazing but will not return to this environment! Do not recommend

I went here on 02/01/2022 to get my nipple piercings changed because the bars were too small. I called ahead and was told it could be done. when I arrived I saw an old friend working the front desk. I went to the booth with my piercer and she did not clean my piercings before or after changing them. I was told today by the same front desk worker that she (herself) "warned" the piercer about "me and my bed bugs". I do NOT have bed bugs. I believe this is why my appointment was rushed. I was harassed by the front desk worker today claiming I gave her bed bugs years ago when had never had them. I am appalled by the unprofessionalism and uncleanness. EDIT: the front desk worker is named Monserat and works weekends try again

what a fantastic studio! i called in a panic because my tragus piercing came out. They took me in straight away, they explained everything step by step ( which was not done at the studio that i got my piercing!!) the studio is clean, the 3cstaff i spoke to were FANTASTIC and so so friendly! I will most definitely go back to get my earring changed there and for future piercings or tattoos. If you want personalised service and great customer service COME TO THIS STUDIO!!!

Came here as Body and Soul downtown was closed down. So I took my chances on visiting them, and so glad I wasnt disappointed. Immediately upon entering, it sort of feels like a walk-in clinic given the space they have, but do have areas partitioned for privacy. The front receptionist were absolutely polite, and easy to talk to. The piercer I had (unfortunately I dont know her name - had a facial dermal piercing) was so friendly and very willing to share her knowledge and professional opinions towards my piercing. She suggested I met with Amy, one of their tattoo artist, for some ideas I've had to finish my sleeve. Long story short - I highly recommend, especially if you're looking for an overall non judgemental, good vibes type of place - whether you know what you want, or looking for advice!

I got an infection, my tattoo and the skin came off and I didn't get any discounts or free touch up like they told me. Lol so I went to see a professional and he told me she pressed too hard when doing my tattoo that's why I got infected. I don't recommend this place at all.

Went to get my boyfriend's tattoo done and the estimation of how much time it would take was way off. This place has horrible time management. Also they gave inaccurate advise about how to take care of the tattoo. One of the main managers did nothing but play lottery games all shift. They did not bandage him properly. I would not recommend this place.

Dude at the counter wasn't having a good day or something, weird attitude, and I waited over an hour to get 1 earlobe pierced. The piercer was lovely however, fast and professional. Though if I knew it would have been over an hour wait I would have asked for my money back, but they kept telling me I would be serviced shortly so I kept waiting. Happy with the piercing!

So I usually don’t write reviews but I really need to. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I go to this location. The women there is super nice however she charged me 70 bucks for two second lobe piercings. Usually other places are 40. She claims that her service is more authentic blah, blah , blah. So when I went to get my ears pierced she marked my ears. I have NOO clue how a earring is placed. I got my nose pierced somewhere else and I told them ‘your the professional you do it”. And my results were so good. They piercer ends up putting my piercing so high. And because I didn’t have any sense of where she was putting them I agreed. A week later i end up getting your third pierced some where else. The women who did the third flat out told me that one of my piercings Rae way to high. The other one is also slightly higher but not noticeable. I go back to the second piercer to tell her to fix it. She ends up telling everyone that it was my fault that I didn’t tell her to fix it. I flat out thought you were the professional. You were supposed to know where to put them . I ended up paying 30 bucks ( it was 40 but I begged) to fix them. My earrings now are okay now but this experience was ridiculous. Do not go here please .

got my ears pierced here a while ago, and honestly it was a good experience when I went. Rachel was friendly, and prices weren't bad. However, I noticed a little while after that my piercings were visibly uneven, with one noticeably lower on my love. Also the two earrings seemed to come out of my ear at completely different angles. And honestly, that's totally okay, because there's obviously room for error with anything like this, so I was cool with it. However, when I went back to the shop, I told guy at the front that the ears might've been done wrong, and that when I took the earring out, the hole might've closed up again in the brief time it was out. The first thing he said was "why did you take the earring out? How long did Rachel tell you to wait? I told him it had been 4 weeks and Rachel told me it can heal between 2-4 weeks, and he immediately said "nah she didn't tell you that". Being that I work in customer service myself, I made sure to listen well to what Rachel told me, and I distinctly remember her saying it can be 2-4 weeks, but she said to be on the safe side and wait 4 (which I did). All he had to say was "oh, well that's what SHE told you", and then blamed me for the problem, as if me taking the earring out had anything to do with the issue I had. At no point was I offered a refund for the piercing that was clearly done incorrectly, and I wasn't about to ask the guy, given that he was already talking to me like I was an idiot before he even heard the problem out fully. Rachel ended up fixing it, and even though she messed up a little, she's the only reason I'd give this place 2 stars. LONG STORY SHORT: Rachel's friendly even though she made a mistake, and she quickly fixed it. But the guy at the front desk is super condescending. I wouldn't come back here unless I knew for sure that I wouldn't deal with the guy at the front. Lol

I took the peircing course, it was an intense three days because I'm from out of town, the instructors are thorough. I did 13 piercings or more, they teach you not to panic and go through with it. I'd recommend this course. I tried getting apprenticeship jobs at other shops before I signed up, and they wanted me to work for free and sweep floors and not likely pierce for months, I'm to old and have to many bills to work for free. The cost is worth it. I learned and laughed lots at the same time.

I went to get my belly button/navel pierced here in August by Rachel. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I started noticing that my piercing started having dark circles around the Bottom of the top of my piercing. Prior to coming I did my own research on what the piercing should look like and mine didnt end of looking like the pictures, definitely looked too deep and the bar was too small. I asked two piercers and they both said the reason I have a dark mark was because she pierced it too deep and the pressure of the jewelry/top ball is causing it to do that to my skin. it was recommended that I take it out immediately. I paid $79 for this and I tipped. don't go here. I didn't even get any help with aftercare. I had to watch YouTube videos and figure it out. I knew something was off once I started noticing that dark mark and saw pictures of other belly button piercings and none of them had that mark. not even through the healing process. What a waste of my time. Update: I emailed them and they asked me to come but only to have a look at the piercing mark, I would rather a refund, because firstly, they charge 79 for a navel piercing when others charge less, then the person who does them Clearly does not know about the anatomy of a navel and is not a professional and pierces stomachs instead of the navel area. Like I said before don't come here for your piercings. They teach but clearly not well enough. As a professional, your client/customer shouldn't have to tell you how to do your job, you should have all the information and knowledge on what to do, which means correct placement and knowledge on anatomy and how to correctly pierce. 0/10 I still don't recommend and will never recommend.

I drove 3 1/2 hours to take the intensive piercing and microdermal insert course. Totally worth the drive and money. Loved the experience 110%. Mike and Grace are wonderful owners to this business, so welcoming and friendly. Their daughters Christina and Rachel are amazing at what they do and at making sure you're doing everything correctly and professionally. They all together are a great group of down-to-earth, sincere people. Truly would recommend this to anyone looking to succeed in this field of work!

Worst experience here, my ear got a little piercing bump that I didn't know but she made me so scared that i got a keloid and its never gonna heal!! I freaked out and started crying and she said i'm gonna charge you to take out the earing. I asked that i just want to take the earing out and she replied she has to use her "Tools". She kept on telling me that it is my fault for the piercing bump. I'd never recommend this place to anyone.

I remember getting my Madonna piercing here. It looked great the first few days, however when my lip inevitably started to swell, it caused the short bar they gave me, to sink into my skin. I went back to the studio to ask if they could switch the bar out for a longer one, since the one they gave me was too short. I was told I would have to pay an additional $40 for something that was essentially their mistake. I never went back again.

EXQUIZEET TATTOO - PIERCING SPECIALS

They try their very best to accommodate each and everyone but after years in business, they know that a few, and I mean, only a few, clients could be extremely demanding & difficult. There are those who refuse to pay for a service, like when somebody yanks a piercing out with a towel & wants the piercing put back in (whose fault is that?), they have to charge a small fee to cover costs of tools & materials used in the process. Or when the artist goes on a much-needed lunch break before he/she passes out, & the client refuses to wait? Do you really want a famished artist working on you? Or when an artist is let go due to some reason or another & the studio has to get another good artist, if not better, to do a tattoo that was booked by him and the client is still unhappy about it? Or when a tattoo or piercing gets infected & blames the artist? Infections happen because you don't look after your tattoo or piercing! You get aftercare instructions, so, why not follow them? These are just a few examples of incidents & situations. But, with all good intentions, they are here to render services the best way they can.

Came here to get my nose re-pierced after my jewellery had fallen out a couple days earlier. Instead of re-piercing my nose in the original spot, the piercer angled the tool in the wrong direction and gave me a whole new piercing (SO PAINFUL!!). After I told the piercer she made a mistake, instead of taking responsibility, she started making excuses for what went wrong. The lady at the front desk wouldn't even give me a full refund because they had "already used their tools on me" ?? Never coming back here again.

Took my daughter here after 2 failed piercings from Claire’s (wish I had known needles were better than guns!). Took a minute for each ear with a needle, no pain. Total success! Everyone was professional and we had Danika who was awesome! She explained the process and knew her stuff. For all those who have kids, do yourself a favor and bring them here. What was great is that they used a barbell earring - medical steel grade with a ball backing which is great for healing. Best $60 I’ve ever spent! Thank you!!
