I am very happy with my tattoo, Brandon was awesome!!! he took his time to make sure i was comfortable and relax as it was my first tattoo. he was patient and kind and kept making sure i was doing ok. I didn't feel rushed when going over my design idea, he made sure to let me know that i could change something if i didn't like it, i just didn't feel pressured, it was an awesome experience. I am very big on customer service and Brandon exceeded my expectations by going over and beyond. The staff was very pleasant when I walked in, I Immediately felt very relax.

Walk-ins are fast, even during peak hours. I went for a navel piercing on a mid-day Saturday and I waited probably 10 minutes max. Super clean, friendly, and professional. Great selection of jewelry, too. New Tribe and Chronic Ink have nothing on this place! 11/10

Bini is the best tattoo parlour in Toronto! Unlike most (male dominated) shops, this place is welcoming and non-judgemental. As soon as I came in I was welcomed and attended to, the staff is friendly and attentive. I was offered water and snacks multiple times throughout my appointment as well. If you’re in the area, definitely check Bini out!

It was just a coincidence that I was in this area of the city, searching for a shop to pierce my nose, and on a Tuesday. The high rating and number of reviews drew me in, and I can’t turn down a good deal. If you’re hoping to get in on the Tuesday special, arrive prepared to take a number and wait. Like, bring a book, go grab a bite to eat and find a place to park your butt for a while kind of wait. The wait is worth it, though. The shop is clean, the staff are friendly, and I get the feeling that they’ve seen it all. No one batted an eye when my nose bled more than the average client, I was offered water and a sugary snack when I got light headed (not like me). The extra care was much appreciated. To the Bini Tattoo owners: your Tuesday special would be just as special and still an excellent deal at $40 a piercing. You’re selling yourselves short!

Absolutely amazing experience! I just got my septum pierced here today by Anastasia and it was just wonderful. The parlour is calm and quiet and the atmosphere is really chill, and everyone who works there is so friendly and kind. They clearly know their stuff- Anastasia walked me through all the tools she would use, helped me stay calm, and did such a good job with the piercing- it didn't hurt much more than getting my ears pierced. Would definitely recommend Bini's, and I would DEFINITELY come here again!

i had to edit my review i got my nose pierced everything was fine but then i came to change my nose piercing and they let me change after a month and a half which you should never do and i had a bump inside the nose now i have to go back a change it. Piercers should know what they are doing and recommending.They also recommended a ointment which is a big no never should a piecer allow you change it early or inform you to use ointment on piercings!!!

BEST TATTOO PLACE EVER!!! The whole staff is so welcoming and wonderful. They all compliment each other’s work creating such a beautiful environment. Really professional and clean shop. I went in on a Sunday afternoon and they were really nice and welcoming. The lady who pierced my ear lobes took the time to clean and disinfect. She put all the equipment in front of me to show that it was clean and taken out of the package. She was also great recommending the perfect placement for the piercings. Went to get my septum pierced on Tuesday for the $25 piercings and they had a new girl piercing, it was her first day! I feel so bad for her, she was clearly out of her comfort zone and very stressed out but she should not have been piercing!! They should NOT have put her in that situation! Also she did not tell me when she was going to pierce me and obviously I flinched when the needle went in because I wasn't expecting it? Also wasn't equipped with the skills or knowledge needed to put the piercing in properly and had a LOT of trouble trying to get the piercing in unfortunately. So disappointed because I heard such good things about this place and the price was so good but I'll never go here again. They put that poor girl in the worst situation and it ended up being such a bad piercing experience for probably everyone getting a complex piercing that day!

I came to Bini Tattoo and Piercing Parlour on a Wednesday afternoon. I did not have an appointment but was hoping to do a walk-in for my second lobe piercings! I was kindly greeted by Laila; they were very informative and welcoming. The process was very quick and sterile; they showed they were knowledgeable by providing a lot of insight on the placement of the piercing and aftercare. I would recommend all to come! Their new location looks great. I was very satisfied with my experience!

Took my daughter and her friends. We all got pierced on their "TUESDAY, $25 for piercing." There was a line up, we went for 11am. The line went quick. This business does practice Covid protocols... Would have given 5 stars, they are friendly, clean and true professionals. Unfortunately I got my naval pierced and there were no choices for jewelry. I would've liked to purchase a solid gold piece, but they only offer one type of jewelry for the naval piercing. They do not sell solid gold either.

Had a great experience here and would recommend it to anyone getting a piercing. We had an industrial and a cartilage piercing done today and have no complaints whatsoever. There was music playing low, with people sketching tattoo ideas while we filled out forms for the piercings in two extremely comfy couches. Everything was opened in front of us on a table within the room, which was extremely sanitary, and we were even told how to treat the piercings and given little papers with what to do in each circumstance after the fact. Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating offering seats and water after the piercings. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 10/10

Went out today (Tuesday) morning to get a couple new piercings. Tuesdays deal of any piercing 25 dollars is awesome, and quite the steal! The piercer who did my nose and brow was super friendly and kind. She wanted to make sure I had the perfect spot. 10/10 would definitely come back. I really needed this after a rough week. Amazing experience. Went for the Tuesday $25 piercing special with a friend to get his eyebrow pierced and i got my septum pierced. Hardly any wait time considering the number of people inside, very friendly customer service, and told me everything before piercing, including telling me that it might be crooked due to size of septum. Went there on their 25$ piercings day (Tuesday) I did expect a line obviously and when I got there at 12:10 I was told around 45mins. Finally got in just over 2 hours later at 2:15 and when I finally sat down to get my septum pierced. I was told my nose was too thick there and I couldn’t get it. She said she could try but thought it would come out weird. I said no because I didn’t like how she explained what was wrong. I went to another shop and had obsoletely no issues and my nose was perfectly fine. Would give a 1 star but the staff seemed nice.

He is a phenomenal artist. He was is a scrupulous artist, ensuring that I was comfortable and empirically certain that not only his station was impeccably clean, that the needles were brand new (sealed in package) but that my outlines were the tangible, spitting-image of what I had envisioned my tattoos to be. Brandon proceeded to create two separate pieces of art on my skin with an affable and professional manner. He was attentive to detail and ensured his work was guided by my unique vision of my tattoos. Came in on a Sunday with my boyfriend spontaneously and got piercings. Working in the service industry myself, this place was amazing! They were quick, friendly, honest and clean. There was a little bit of a complication with the jewelry being too long and had trouble being inserted and Anastasia was so professional and honest. The one thing I appreciated is that she needed an extra hand and she didn’t hesitate to let me know exactly what was happening and why. Having said that, most service providers would have just made it seem like everything was fine, she took the time to explain the challenge of getting the jewelry through which was very comforting. Highly recommend this place, my boyfriend is getting a fairly large 1/4 sleeve piece done by them and he as well couldn’t be happier. This place actually acknowledges and truly do care about their clients. They want to ensure that they’ve done a good job and not a lot of businesses practice that model. me and my friend decided we wanted a piercing out of the blue and called a bunch of places, none of which did walk in. we decided to check this place out and they allowed us for walk in, and it was a 5 min walk away from us. we get there and the whole process from start to finish, took 30 mins total all together for 2 ppl. Got a nose (nostril) piercing here with the Tuesday “$25.00 any piercing” deal. I went at 1:15 pm and it was around a 45-minute wait. I was handed a ticket that held my spot in line while I went to grab lunch and go to surrounding establishments. It was very clean inside, staff and the other customers were very friendly. The woman who pierced me made sure I was comfortable, explaining everything she was doing and did an amazing job. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

My daughter had a belly piercing done here a couple months ago...she followed the instructions on how to take care of it. She came by today to seek professional help from one of the staff there but was turned away abrutly by a guy out front...The piercing will not heal and kept getting infected..she then went to another place on Queen st.. they removed the piercing..and advised her to seek immediate medical attention..she's currently at the hospital waiting to have it diagnosed and was told she needs antibiotics.

Do not go here. I got my eyebrow pierced here two weeks ago. It was the tuesday special, and I couldn’t resist the price. But now that I look back, it was a dumb mistake to go here and the discount was not worth it. My piercer Lila told me to put Polysporin on the piercing if it seem to be rejecting. No need for a follow up appointment. The next day, the piercing wasn’t looking great so I called the shop. She told that it’s because I do not have enough fat around the brow area, that it is normal, and to just put polysporin again. So I did that for the next two weeks along with the salt water thing daily. Fast forward to today, I went to several different piercing parlors and they all told me that putting polysporin on a fresh piercing actually causes rejection. (And apparently bini has a reputation for doing sloppy piercing jobs. They said a lot of clients come to them to fix the job from bini.) If you’re looking to get cheap lobe piercing or something that is relatively low maintenance, maybe this place won’t be so bad. But if you care about your body, don’t go here. I honestly regret tipping too.

I recently got a bunch of tattoos here from Nastya (@tattoobynastya on Instagram) and I am absolutely in love with every single piece! She was always super cautious of making sure I was 100% okay with the placement of the stencil before she started tattooing and would always readjust the stencil if I wanted it to be moved. She is amazing at doing fine line work and I would highly recommend going to her. She is also very responsive if you dm her on Instagram and I will definitely be coming back to her for my future tattoos! As far as the tattoo studio itself, everyone is really nice and and the shop itself is very inviting! Most tattoo shops can be quite intimidating to go to but I didn't feel that way at all here.

I've said I wouldn't want to be tattooed by a man again because of some negative experiences in the past; however, I went in for their Wednesday special and was tattooed by Tony. Got a surface piercing with a curved barbell when it should've been pierced with a 90 degrees surface piercing. Went to Bini a couple of months ago to get my 11th piercing - a second forward helix. I went on the $25 Tuesday special, which may have been a mistake because the piercer seemed very tired and shaky from having to serve non-stop customers all day. The piercing itself was poorly placed, forcing the jewelry against my rook and preventing proper healing. Additionally, the jewelry used was way too long for the location and continuously snagged in my hair. The piercing ended up migrating so I had to take it out. My other piercings were done elsewhere and I didn't have any problems with those. Disappointed because I really wanted to love it :( EDIT: Bumped my review to three stars - Bini reached out to me and were very transparent and helped clear up the issue. Raised my review for the excellent customer service.
