Came here the other day because they were the only place that took walk-ins last minute. The shop is nice, clean, bright and airy. The staff is awesome, extremely friendly, welcoming and entertaining. Garth did a small tattoo for my cousin and I and he was super calm, nice and patient with us. Ian was there as well and he was very funny and kind! I highly recommend this place and I'll definitely be back because the staff here are awesome; very unpretentious and laid-back!

It was a portrait of my brother who passed away on May 7, 1967, it was placed on my chest over my heart. Ian at Artistic Integrity whom I put my trust in his hands did an awesome job. I got my cartilage pierced here a while ago by a girl who was super nice and cool, and when I called to get another piercing, two hours before they were scheduled to close, the man on the phone said he was the only one there and was very rude. He said he really didn't want to wait for me, but sighed all dramatically and said he would wait 20 minutes for me to get there. He was trying to make me feel bad by saying that he hadn't eaten all day, and wanted to leave and really didn't want to do another piercing for my friend and I. This made me really uncomfortable, and if I hadn't of really wanted the piercing, I probably wouldn't have gone. But when i got there, there were TWO guys there, one of which was huddled in the corner on his phone and didn't say one word or even look up, which I assumed was the guy on the phone with me. The one who pierced me, Ian, was super duper cool and made me feel really comfortable as it wasn't a regular visible piercing. I'll go back to get my belly button done when I'm ready for it, but i'm still very unimpressed with the other guy on the phone.

i went there in january 2015 and my experience was terrible. me and my three other fiends went separately and they had the same problem as i did, the piercer was VERYYYY rude he was swearing at us giving us major attitude it almost felt like he didn't have time for us. me and my three other friends got our belly buttons pierced. two of my friends piercing ripped out, and mine and my other friend had to take ours out because it was going to rip out any second. the piercer didn't give us any warning when he put the needle threw our skin, he didn't tell us to take a deep breath either. as you all might want to get a video of getting whatever your are getting pierced, they won't let you. if you do ever go and get a belly button peircing tell the piercer you want a lot of skin pierced so it won't rip out.

Art work here is alright, nothing to write home about. We called for a quick walk in tattoo and they said just come on in. We got there in under 20mins and everyone was busy with major pieces, told us to come back in a half hour. 45 mins later someone was able to assess what we wanted and let us know is what he could do. We told him we had a timeframe (childcare issues) he said no problem let him set up, the piece should only take 5mins. Another couple came in to book an appointment for the next day and buddy ended up talking to them for over 40mins... meanwhile we are still waiting. We almost walked out. He managed to get it done in the 5 mins he promised.

Just came in today to ask about the process on ear stretching. Lady at the front was really nice, however didnt seem too knowledgeable on the subject. So she asks a guy who was tattooing (Ian), who was so rude and unprofessional it was disgusting. Addressed me arrogantly with snide remarks...had a stick up his ass for whatever reason. I tried this place out for the good reviews, but the customer service by that prick was horrendous. Seems like all the negative reviews specifically address him..what a shame, seems like an alright place. I walked out..could not stand looking at his face a second longer.

I’m not sure who exactly answered the phone when my friend and I called to inquire about their pricing, but perhaps I’d recommend working on your people skills and not replying to “Do you have a minimum price for small tattoos?” With a clearly sarcastic “Of course we do” not followed with exactly, what the minimum was without me further prompting an answer. We would have made an appointment if we weren’t made to feel like idiots over the phone. Being friendly and not passive agrressive goes a long way :)

Went in to get my tongue pierced, signed the form, payed for the service and everything was going well. Once the piercing was done, I had asked if the barbell was long enough to go through the swelling phase and I was told that it was. Not knowing how much my tongue would actually swell, I trusted that the piercer was right. He was in fact wrong. Think I’ll stick to P&P down the road from them.

He will listen and come to a conclusion that will work best for the ultimate masterpiece, and will go above and beyond for it! Furthermore, the place is clean, professional and a cool atmosphere. It was more pleasant to deal with the shop cat than it was to deal with anyone in the shop. Main guy (i'm assuming his name is Ian by all the other reviews written), was absolutely rude and made it seem like my friends and I were wasting his time just because he had to stop what he was doing and check his schedule. The girl sitting at the front didn't even acknowledge our existence, she was too busy picking at her nails. Went down the road to a different shop and they were not shocked by what we had to say about Artistic Integrity because everyone that comes in and had an interaction with Ian or anyone at Artistic Integrity, had nothing good to say. I have many many pieces done on my body and I have to say I have never dealt with someone as ignorant as the individuals in this shop. Can't quite understand how anyone could be happy about this shop or their experience.

ian pierced my rook and double helix about a year ago. double helix healed fine. rook rejected because he used a captive bead barbell that was way to small. you’re not suppose to pierced with any type of hoop usually so i asked if i could have a curve barbell instead like eyebrow jewelry he said no and pierced me with the hoop. i went to another piercer to check on the piercing today because it’s been bugging me for a year now she said it was pierced incorrectly and it was rejecting and she had to take the piercing out. also when he peirced my rook it was bleeding non stop for a few mins which he said wasn’t normal and hurt unlike any other piercing and i have a lot. i definitely didn’t have a good experience at all and will never be going back. if you want to get a rook piercing done i wouldn’t recommend getting it done here????

I got a tribal design on my left arm about 12 years ago and have been wanting to augment and extend it for the longest time. I looked up this place and decided to pay a visit. Met with Austin and he was able to come up with a sick augment on my current tattoo. Honestly, this is the most unprofessional and substandard business (not just tattoo parlour) that I have ever been to. The front receptionist has literally no knowledge of jewellery and even when she asked the other staff for help they refused...so I basically served myself. I am so thankful that I would never dream of booking a tattoo here and that the shops true colours were shown through the most basic sales interaction. And keep in mind, this is all as a customer who still went through with the sale in hopes that the interaction would turn around, but no- it only proceeded to go downhill. In fact, I was told it was my fault that the sale took so long. I have worked in several shops in my life as well as being covered in tats from shops around the world, so I do know what I am talking about. I live for this industry and was honestly trying to help a struggling shop make a better name for itself in Port Credit. But to my dismay, I was met with hostility and rudeness that proved to me that all of the negative things I had heard about the shop were true. Don’t let the fb rating fool you- you can create fake profiles to boost your business rating. So I not only give this shop a bad review, but I will actively do everything in my power to boycott Artistic Integrity and steer everyone I know away from it and into a more worthy shop in PC or elsewhere. Again, beyond disappointed especially when I was giving them the benefit of the doubt walking in there, and struggled through a ten minute sale that took almost an hour due to the staffs’ ignorance. Save your money, time, and skin- Do yourself a favour- Don’t even bother with Artistic Integrity

Great experience, no pain, friendly staff but as soon as it peeled it was obviously not done overly well. Having seen many finger/hand and tattoos it was not done overly well. Need to have it redone

I tried to book an appointment to come by and see some fonts for my tattoo, and the shop responded by asking me to check dafont.com in order to decide. I asked to come by to see some in person and get some help, as im a bit confused on which font to decide on, and i received a response like this, " I don't see why you want to look at fonts here rather than where you are...". That was the response i got and i just found that rude and very unprofessional. If a customer is confused and wants help and opinion on something they should just help out. I'm assuming they just don't value their costumers. I will definitely not want to work with them nor will i recommend this shop to anyone.

I got my first tattoo here in August. It was a massive back tattoo that took hours due to the detail. Ian might be the most amazing artist I've ever experienced as I have previous tattoos from other artists. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. Tina (works at the front) is incredibly kind and makes you feel at ease. Ian makes you laugh the entire time he's working on you with his quick-witted humour and jokes. I honestly love this place and wouldn't go anywhere to get my tattoos. I have currently been back 3 other times for new ones. Appointments are easy to make and there isn't long waiting periods to get what you desire. AMAZING PLACE.

It was amazing, i was comfortable, no real pain, the quality was excellent. They kept us calm, talked to us, made jokes and an overall excellent experience. Phenomenal tattoo shop. Ian has been tattooing me for the past 14 years. I've gotten all my work with him. He is professional and does truly excellent work. In addition, he is a thoughtful dude with a great sense of humour (not for the overly sensitive-types, however!). While I have not been tattooed by Garth, I've seen his work over the years I've been going to Artistic Integrity and it is also fantastic. He is likewise a great dude too. If you're looking for a tattoo shop, look no further than Artistic Integrity.

My wife went there Friday for a few piercings and was extremely unhappy with the guy who did it. First she doesnt know his name and explained the guy as extremely rude. He was very cold and unfriendly, she should have said no and got it done with someone who likes what they do and is a happier person. Bottom line, I wouldn't recommend anyone going to this unfriendly place. Dont waste your time or money.

On the recommendation from a friend, I went there a couple of weeks ago to book an appt for my first tat. When you walk in you see a seating area and a counter. Directly on the other side of the counter are the chairs where you get tattooed. On display for every one who comes in to see. The only staff was the two people doing the tattoos so in between working on the tats they were running to the counter answering phones, peoples questions and doing cash. They answer questions but you are rushed since they have clients in the middle of being tattooed who were looking very annoyed at the disruptions. I did not want to have this as my first experience so I left without ever booking that appt.

I've gone to Artistic Integrity for all my tattoos and piercings. It’s a really great place and I love the atmosphere here- it’s always clean, sanitary and they make you feel 100% comfortable. I would never think of trying anyplace else. I just got my second tattoo which was done by Ian and I couldn't be happier with it. Love the team here!
