I got my first tattoo done, I was lucky to have Gary do my tattoo, he is an amazing artist, he understands Indian culture and was able to translate my requirements in to art with ease. During the whole process he was very friendly, humorous and kept me entertained. He gave me more than what I expected. Everybody at the studio were nice, even the owner came by and enquired if everything was going fine. My family and friends were watching Gary's work from all over the world and were very impressed with Gary's artistic skills. Extremely satisfied with Gary's work! Made an appointment to get my 2 tattoos refreshed by Sim. Was an awesome experience from start to finish. Sim is a superb artist and very professional. He was able to refresh my first tattoo (which I got about 22 years ago, and was NOT well done) so that it looks much better than it had originally. He actually charged me LESS than originally quoted because he felt he was not able to do justice to that tattoo. He recolored my other tattoo (originally done 20 years ago but not coloured in properly due to unforeseen circumstances) and it is fantastic! The colors are bright and the lines are sharp. The shop is clean, everything is sanitary and all equipment is sterile. I would highly recommend both 905 INK and particularly Sim if you are planning to get a new tattoo or just have an old one refreshed.

I had my tattoo done yesterday at 905 Ink tattoo AGAIN by Chris James . let me tell you - I was terrified and freaking out since the tattoo I was getting was on my ankle but not only the tattoo looks amazing and the lines and the whole design - he was so friendly and funny and very accomodating. I felt I was tattooed by a friend. the whole atmosphere in the shop is awesome - Chris James was very helpful as well by explaining things and making me feel that asking all those questions that I was is not a bad thing at all. As he said - it is for the rest of your life - so do it right and exactly where u want! AJ is an amazing artist - everybody looking at my tattoo is loving it saying that it looks just unbelievably feminine and suits me. thank you guys for making me so comfortable and I LOVE MY ALL TATTOOS! if Iever get e get another one - I wont go anywhere else! I called ahead of time and inquired about their hours and whether they had any piercing deals- I am from Orangeville and all our shops had been booked for too long and I was losing the guts to get my piercings...anyways a short drive to Brampton and a signed waiver later- I got 3 piercings for $89 and they were all SO WELL DONE! The piercing artist (forget his name now but his accent is just bewilderingly beautiful so if you read these you will know who I mean) was so gentle and funny- it was as painless as possible for a daith, septum, and lobe piercing. Thanks again!!

Amanda is an awesome artist......but late for every appointment. Rated in the top three shops in Brampton....but the BOTTOM THREE IN ETHICS!! I got charged a different amount every time for a 2 hour appointment!! My final appointment that the artist booked for two hours........ so I was charged 2 HOURS for a 40 minute appointment!! I have a bunch more stuff I want done......but I will be going elsewhere. Screw me once , shame on you screw me again....and I will tell everyone I know!!

Visited shop Saturday, January 27th at 12:16pm. Shop still closed, although hours online and on website state it opens at 12 Noon. Waited until 12:30pm in parking lot for shop to open, but it did not. I even went to door to try and open, but was still closed. Returned later that evening shortly before 6pm. Showed Jay at the front desk what I was looking for and showed pictures. Quoted $250 for the work wanted and agreed Amanda would be the best artist to fulfill my request. Paid $100 cash deposit and received a slip confirming appointment Feb. 24th @ 5:30pm. Was told to send an Email with attention to my Artist, Amanda Beair, indicating exactly where I wanted the tattoo and pictures of what I wanted. Email sent immediately after on January 27th at 7:10pm. Showed up Feb. 24th at 5:15pm, only to wait 20mins to be told my artist, Amanda Beair had injured her hand earlier that day and my appointment had to be rescheduled. Guy at reception said he tried reaching me several times. Checked my phone logs, one missed call at 12:45pm and it was from 905 tattoo. Not "several" as I was told. So, after 45mins of waiting at Reception, Jay had taken over and rescheduled my appointment for March 20th @ 6pm. Left work early to make my appointment on Tuesday, March 20th. Arrived at the shop at 5:45pm. Around 6pm someone assisted me at Reception and I indicated I had a 6pm appointment with Amanda. At 6:45pm, is when Amanda had come out to see my in the Reception area with a draw up of my tattoo. It was all wrong and she had to go back and redraw it; despite the pictures I had sent in my Email on January 27th. After that was all sorted, she had me in her room and proceeded to place the tattoo on my back - when my Email from Jan. 27th specifically stated that it was to go on my upper left arm. Because of this, she literally had to rearrange her room to accommodate this, as she had it setup for a back tattoo with a special chair for that. Once the tattoo was placed on my arm, she then took a break and went for a smoke. It was 7:48pm by the time the needle hit my arm. Once my tattoo was done, and I WAS very happy with the work from Amanda, it was 9:06pm. 3 hours for a tattoo that took just under an hour to finish. I went to pay my balance of the $150 owing (I was quoted $250 and already paid $100 on January 27th) - imagine my surprise when I was charged a total of $452, a balance of $352 owing ($400 for the tattoo, minus the $100 deposit plus $52 tax). I was told if I paid cash, I would not be charged taxes, so my amount would be $400 flat. As I was originally quoted $250 and only had $150 owing, I only had $200 cash with me. So I asked if I paid debit if I would be charged taxes. I was told credit was taxed. So I paid with my debit card, only to see that I was charged the $352 - when I could have just used the ATM in the Reception area or go to my bank around the corner if it was stated actual cash. At this point, I was exhausted and fed up. At this point, I could have used my credit card as I got charged tax in the end anyhow. Furthermore, was very disappointed that I was not discounted for the inconvenience of having to have rebook my original appointment. Tables turned, I would have lost my appointment and $100 deposit. In summary, Amanda is a great artist and I love my tattoo. Once she got it right, it is exactly what I wanted and what I pictured. But seeing as this is my 13th tattoo, I am not new to the game. Never, ever have I experienced such bad customer service and was blankly overcharged what I was quoted - and further, charged taxes when paid cash. Customer Service is clearly not 905's strong suit. I love my tattoo, but will never go back to this shop again. I will continue to go back to Nikki at Warehouse tattoo's going forward. Anyone willing to question my review, I have proof of it all and willing to share.

Went and got an industrial piercing a while back. Place was clean, comfortable, very professional, and accepted walk-ins (I waited roughly 5 minutes). My piercer, KD, was very knowledgeable and even gave me an entire rundown of what having an industrial would be like (painful lol). My overall experience was really good, better than a lot of other places, and I would definitely get other future piercings here.

I had a great experience at this place the other night. I randomly and immediately wanted to get my nose pierced at almost 9pm and the staff here were easily able to accommodate myself and my friend. I’ve gotten pierced by a million different people in a million different places but the piercer with the Scottish accent here at 905 was by far the best of all. He was able to match my the piercing with the one on my other nostril, it’s perfectly symmetrical. Literally perfect. He showed me the expiration date of the needle (which none of my piercers nor tattoo artists have ever), which really impressed me. The guy at the front was super chill and the atmosphere was lit I recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, convenient and quick piercing.

So , I got my first tattoo done here by Ace, and let me tell you how amazing this experience was. Everyone there was so nice and the athmosphere was just overall amazing. Their shop is so clean as well, I love everything. Ace was very informative about what was going to do and so I knew I could trust him. I saw that this place had great reviews and was close to home so I decided to get my first tattoo here. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! I was supposed to get this tattoo in October and it was delayed until March because of all the problems I had with the staff and their communication. When I arrived for my appointment, the artist was late and I hadn’t seen the design. I called a couple times prior and was told that the artist wouldn’t start working on the design until the week or day of my appointment. When I did see the design, it was not what I expected. I wanted her to DESIGN a tattoo that would be an improvement on my original idea, NOT slap stock images on a Word document and print it out. I was disappointed and was told that was how they do their work at 905. I decided that I wanted my deposit back so I could go elsewhere. There were so many instances of miscommunication following this; I was told I could get my deposit back then told I couldn’t, I called to cancel another appointment scheduled when I had to work and it wasn’t cancelled by the staff then I was accused of not showing up and told that I lost my deposit. I made a new appointment with the artist and it wasn’t communicated to the other staff, then she said she wasn’t even available at the time we agreed upon and that I got a call about it that I never received... I had multiple failed appointments, uncomfortable conversations with the staff and just an overall horrible experience with 905. I recommend visiting the shop you intend on getting a tattoo from and taking your time deciding whether the artist and environment are a good fit for you - that was my mistake. (EDITED)

I was so scared to get my piercing but the guy was so nice and definitely very knowledgeable about piercings and all which made me feel comfortable. I definitely recommend people to go here. This place has been wonderful! I got my nose pierced in June and a few days ago it fell out while I was sleeping. So I came all the way from my new home to Brampton which was a three hour trip to get my nose repierced but In the end the guy who did the piercing remembered me and pushed it back in! Not only are all the staff that we encountered extremely friendly, but Ace was honestly next level. We had so much fun while getting our tattoos done by him. Got my nose done and I am not happy. I had a dot put on my nose close to where I had it periced before and was fine with the placement. After sitting for 10 minutes because my nose would not stop bleeding I was freaking out inside because where I just had a hold put in my nose is not in the right spot. I kept trying to convince myself I just need to get used to it but the more I see it the more I hate it..... and my nose started bleeding when I got home and is still bleeding from the top slowly the next day. When I get home this is coming out!

Just finished a full day session with Ace and had a fantastic experience! The receptionist is awesome and all of the guys made me feel like family. Ace is incredibly talented and friendly. He went above and beyond to ensure the tattoo was perfect. From the design to the execution, he takes the time to make sure each detail is how it is supposed to be. got my tattoo done here by KD, and after a few days the tattoo started peeling which is normal as its healing. however, after a while the ink of the tattoo faded which is not supposed to happen. i followed all the after care directions and still this happened. mind you this isnt my first tattoo, ive gotten two more tattoos and this is the first this has happened to me. very unprofessional and cant even get a touch up because its been more than 3 months. terrible customer service, and not professional at all. i paid so much money for my tattoo and they cant even do a simple retouch. will not be doing business here ever again, and will be sure to let my friends and family members know to avoid this location.

Hello Ladies and Gents; I just wanted to share my recent story at 905 ink. My mom and I are new to the tattoo world and met with a lovely tattoo artist ACE. we went in wanting mother daughter tattoos pretty small, and I wanted under my collar bone. Ace could of simply just did it. BUT....he wanted to educate us that....this is permanent, and for the type of tattoo he recommended a certain size for detailing and line work to be better off in the future. overall he wanted us to have a tattoo we will love years from now...not something that will just blend. I cannot thank him enough for taking the time to educate us about sizing, and also where certain tattoos look best on the body. In the end I ended up getting a larger size infinity rose and a larger heart with my sons birth date and name so that fine lines and writing look great years from now! HE IS THE BEST GUYS. VERY FRIENDLY TOO....AND AMAZING WORK! He is the guy too see! He genuinely cares about his art and wants what's best for you. (if this were another tattoo shop I may not have been not so happy now or future) -Britt, august 2021.

I went in for my first tattoo and was completely freaked out. Tom and Sim reassured me and answered all my questions. Sim’s light touch made the tattooing process virtually painless and now (11days later) the tattoo looks great and is healing up nicely. I got EXACTLY what I wanted and it looks amazing. I went to get my ear lobe piercings. Once I got there the guy who pierced my ears (had an accent... don't remember his name) definitely made a mistake and seemed like he was in a hurry. My ear would not stop bleeding and the people were only nice once they had realized the blood. My other 3 piercings did not bleed at all. All in all, I would not recommend this place to anyone for piercings. If i could rate it 0 stars, I would.

I had a great experience at 905INK. I knew I was interested in getting tattooed at a reputable Brampton tattoo shop but I needed a little extra guidance. Jay, artist and shop manager, offered support in this area over the phone prior to my in-person consultation with Ace. The shop is run professionally and there is a noticeable comradery between staff members. In my consolation with Ace, he helped me work through two different concepts I had in mind. When I showed up to my tattoo appointment, I had decided on the concept but not the placement. Ace gave his suggestions on placement and size to ensure the best looking tattoo, while ensuring longevity and keeping in mind future tattoo ideas. I deferred to Ace as the expert and I'm happy I trusted his input. As someone who can feel socially awkward/anxious, Ace's pleasant and friendly demeanor put me at ease. For me, getting a tattoo is not only about the end result, it's about the whole experience. Having said that, of course, the most important aspect is the quality of the end-result of the tattoo. The tattoo I got was admittedly simple (line work and shading), but Ace was well-suited for the job as one of his specializations is line work. Although I do have other tattoos, this was my first really visible tattoo (on the side of my arm, close to my wrist) so I wanted it to feel right to me. The tattoo linework is clean, straight, and looks exactly as I hoped it would when my arm rests naturally by my side. After the tattoo, I sent the tip separately and Jay called me to let me know it was received and thanked me. Ace also followed up with me on Instagram, thanking me and asking how the tattoo is healing. I appreciate this level of customer service. In sum: -the tattoo looks beautiful and clean (just how I wanted it) -905INK, as a business, clearly care about the art as well as customer service/the client experience -Ace and Jay were lovely

Defiantly not worth the price these guys throw at you. By all means I'm not cheap But for the price of my tattoo I got done here the job could have been a bit more cleaner and or detailed more. Half my arm was just shade and no real art work. Spent 2000 and some lines are very thin and you can't see from a distance. Didnt do a touch up after tattoo was heald either. Thank god I'm back with my normal artist. Place is a rip off with no real good talent! Don't know how this place has any awards!

The worst tattoo shop in Brampton. I would give no stars if I could. I have 3 tattoos that I have gotten over the past few years. I have one thats about 3"x 4" and has colour that I got done at Warehouse 13 for 120$ it was an amazing tattoo and also cover up. The other 2 that I have are on my hands and only 1" x 1". I got those done at body and soul for about 90$ each. So I am not new to tattoo's or prices. All of that aside, I went to 905 ink with my girlfriend on my birthday and we were both looking to get tattoos that were roughly 4" x 4". My girlfriend's had no colour and only a bit of line work with a space ship. They told her it was going to be 600$. Now i asked for a cartoonish space ship with colour about the same size as my other tat that i got for $120 and they said $550. To me these are crazy prices for what we wanted and I would recommend everyone check out warehouse 13 or body and soul. Both warehouse 13 and body and soul will both give you better art and prices. EDIT: I got the tattoo I wanted done at another shop. I got it done for 150$ Never go to this place unless u want to throw away your money for no reason. You can get 4 tattoos for the price of one here.

Excellent tattoo studio. Excellent personnel. Very friendly and professional. From the very beginning of my consultation and design with Jay, he was very patient and edited and changed the design as I liked multiple times and put in alot of effort to produce a solid design that he not only knew would look great but one that I would also love and be satisfied with. Moving forward with my artist Gary who completed my backpiece of an angel with script under, was extremely happy and satisfied with. They really take their work seriously and will not cut corners to save time but put out the very best work that their client can walk away with. Gary was very easygoing and open to talk to about concerns and ideas but also very honest about what would look great on skin, not just on the design itself. Was a pleasure coming in for every session and they really make you feel at ease about your tattoo and with good reason. The final result was outstanding and fantastic. Very clean and sterile work environment, no concerns at all about health and safety. Very accommodating to what makes you feel comfortable while getting tattooed, whether its music or conversation. After asking my artist Gary about later on doing a sleeve as a memorial to my little brother who passed away, was flattered and heartfelt when my artist told me that he would be honoured to complete it. Will definitely be recommending to family and friends and will definitely be coming back! Was worth every penny that will last a lifetime.

very bad attitude with customer.. we booked an appointment for 4.30 p.m in morning we walked in to store and they gave appointment for the evening.we want there at 4.30 and guy told us to wait for 15-20 min .But after 15-20 min we asked the guy how long it gonna take more .The guy replied you dont have appoitment. is there any difference between walk in appointment and on phone appointment . and repiled in very bad attitude ..

What more can I say about 905 ink. First of all the staff is great! Your always greated and welcomed in and treated professionally from the start. From initial consultation to finished product they give you all the information and competitive pricing as well as all your aftercare instructions. This is my second peice done by Gary and after my amazing first experience I just returned for a full half sleeve. His work is outstanding! But the same goes for the other artists there as well you won't be disappointed by making 905 ink your go too spot for your first or 100th tattoo. Thanks guys !

I heard about this place from a couple of friends. I went there last night as a walk-in. I had Rafael do my tattoo and I was so happy with the service. Everyone there is great and he did an amazing job. Showed me everything I needed to know. He even turned on Netflix just in case I needed a distraction! I would not recommend this place due to pricing. Everyone who asked the price I paid for my tattoo was definitely shocked at how over priced they were for a small simple name tattoo. My tattoo artist was very gentle knowing it was my first tattoo and owner was also nice. Just extremely irritated at how much I was overpriced.

Horrible customer service. Paid 250 to get touched up and he didnt want to do it properly. Spent 10 mins on the touch up. Manoo has horible skills. He acted like he didnt want to finish what he started. I dont recommend anyone going here. Go to body works on queen and bramalea,They ensure quality tattoos. 905 ink more about quantity of tatoos for the money.
