Had bought a board and after four hours of skate time it broke in an way it shouldn't. I went in and explained what happened and they offered me an acceptable discount on another board. Been skateboarding for 21 years in April, this is always the sign of a good local skate shop.

I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional sales team at this Zumiez location. As the hours are listed as open until 7pm on Sundays, I did not expect to be turned away at 6:25, five minutes before the store apparently ACTUALLY closes, which is not reflected on the Google listing. I was only given this information through someone who was sitting on top of the sales desk that yelled "WE'RE CLOSED!!!" while giving me two thumbs up and then holding a heart up as if to mock me instead of coming to the prematurely closed gate to take my question or to politely say "sorry, we're closed". I was also confused to see that there were clearly 8-10 people inside which seems like more than the number reasonably expected to work on Sunday in a small outlet. Maybe they invited friends in, or maybe it really does take 10 people to be a disappointment. I came specifically to buy a board I had looked at last week and would have just picked it up and bought it immediately which literally would have been done before they would have actually closed if it wasn't down early. I'll be taking my $150 to another shop that at least has the decency to make the bare minimum effort to walk up and talk to me.

Love the stock and the atmosphere. The staff is absolutely terrible. Went to go look at hardware for my board, stood near the deck counter for five minutes without anyone acknowledging I was a customer. A tall lanky employee looked at me multiple times while talking to a friend. Left the store. Came back a half hr later and actually got service after requesting it. The same tall lanky employee helped me. Treated me like I was stupid, and literally threw what I purchased (bearings, multi-tool) onto the counter. 100% will not go back. 100% do not recommend. I wish 0 star's was an option. If you want someone to tell you what clothes to wear, great place. If you are actually into buying hardware for your board, pick a local shop. Zumies is absolutely terrible for people who want to board. Commission store focused on clothing, and of employees don't get paid commission, I don't know why you work there.

Aggresive customer service. I do not like being spoken to by every single associate in the store more than once each. The amount of times I was approached was unreasonable.

Staff is always so accommodating! Especially the man in the front with the eyes! Generally mostly everyone in the store has good vibes and good energy. Highly suggest for people to shop here!

Took my daughter in here to get her a couple sets of pants. This place is certainly on the upswing of the trends with colors and styles. My daughter thoroughly enjoys going here and wants to continue her shopping sprees here when she can. The staff were amazing and friendly and the store was well-thought-out and laid out for being a smaller one. And since it's on the main floor has a lot easier access to the general public.

Great great place!! I discovered Zumiez when I was in the US and loved that shop. I bought a Element hoodie and was the best hoodie I ever had. So glad to see them at West Ed. For any one that needs a good set up or new to the skate world this place is the place to be. Staff is so chill and they will help you out on your first board. They teach you everything you need to know. Great Skate Shop 5 out of 5

Got a new deck and paid $73 for it and once they were done setting it up and found out it was warped but can't do anything to give you a new board or check their stocks before hand . Store is really unprofessional for skaters. Really don't recommend getting skate decks there .

The Manager AJ, is super customer service focused ! Helped my son get his Thrasher hoodie. Called WEM location etc. Called me back several times and followed through with everything. It's rare to see now a days. Every time we go in we are always greeted and asked if we need help. Keep up the good work!

I don’t think I’ve ever had bad customer experience here. Everyone is always so friendly! I’m always greeted when I come in, and when I need help, there’s always someone there to give me a hand. The employees are always so cool and nice, which is what usually brings me back. For most of my skater needs, I prefer to come here over other stores with the same products. Prices are usually really good as well. Highly recommend this store.

This store really needs to invest in some earpieces to communicate to each other or the staff need to learn how to walk up to each other and talk rather than yelling across the store telling someone what size to grab from the back. Seriously, this made me leave the store.

Have always experienced amazing customer service whenever i shop there, and I received a bag from there as a Christmas gift but somehow it was missing the strap. Took it back and although I had no receipt or anything they gave me a brand new strap and were very apologetic (even though it was not their fault , I'm sure the strap fell off before being bought or another customer took it) and I was very grateful because I did not think they would be able to help me. Over all such a nice group of employees, Rob the manager was super helpful

My wife was told she could buy a board and return with no issues. She bought a board on their recommendation, as they said it was a great board. When she took it home I checked it out, my son didn’t like the graphics and the bearings were terrible. We went to exchange and ‘Rob’ said ‘no way, you tried it out’. I told him how else would we know it was a bad board without trying - his response directly to me and my son was “ how is a 5 year old supposed to know if it’s bad, he won’t”. My son is almost 8, he was an absolutely terrible man to my son and I, let alone not letting us exchange. I will never shop their again. When I told him the bearings are bad, he said ya, it’s a junk skateboard. I told him they sold my wife on it because it was fantastic, he said it’s a great “board”, saying the deck was good, but the rest is garbage, including the bearings. Upon arriving to this store, I was greeted by multiple employees who welcomed me into the store. They informed me the current sales that went on in the store and I proceeded to buy clothing for Christmas gifts for my family.

went in the other day to look gor some clothes and was litterally forced out of the store by the pushy staff. not sure if they have recently been put on commission or what the deal was but in the 5 minutes i was in the store i was approached by 5 different staff members, i couldnt even pick up an item without having one of them staring over my shoulder badgering me with questions. its one thing to be present and help customers but people generally go to shop gor themselves they dont need someone shopping for them, and it personally drove me out of the store empty handed which was a shame.

i went in to return a pair of pants that i had ordered online. as soon as i got into the store every employee was quite quick and wouldn’t listen to the things i was saying. when i did get up to the front of the store the cashier ripped the pants from my hands. i had been hoping in getting a smaller size in them but i didn’t even get a chance to speak to her. it was horrible.
