My nose was pierced wrong. After about 4 months, I took out the stud and put in a hoop. The hoop stuck out of my nose really weird. I thought it might just be the jewelry, so I bought a half hoop that's supposed to tuck into your nose. The end of the half hoop didn't even touch my nostril. It stuck out completely in the air. The WEIRDEST thing I have ever experienced. I went to Alberta Ink to ask what was going on, and the lady there informed me that my piercing was done wrong. Apparently the angle and the position were both off, making my hoops stick out weird. The lady said it didn't look like my nose was pierced by someone who was trained (awkward). I went to Jaded for a second opinion and to have them see if they could put a hoop in and make it look normal, but there was no luck. The guy at Jaded told me my only option was to wear studs forever or take out the piercing and eventually have it redone. So now I have to pay twice for my nose to be done. The whole situation cost me a lot of money and just sucked a lot. I would not recommend a nose piercing here.

HIGHLY recommended!!! Barb is very sweet and relatable! I used to visit a different shop for piercings for a very long time but sadly when my favorite guy left I was in search of someone new. A girlfriend recommended Barb and so I went for a visit! She was very professional and friendly, walks you through everything and most importantly her work is clean and so is her shop! I definitely plan on going back for not only piercings but also tattoos! Her work is incredible I definitely suggest checking her out.

Barb and her team are amazing. I received a daith piercing from another parlor, not in Lethbridge, which has been bothering me for 3 years now. When I got it, I didn't feel confident they knew what they were doing. Contrast that to talking to Barb and her team and I felt like they knew not only what the purpose of the earring was, headache management, but also how placing it in the wrong spot could cause any number of other issues and was possibly causing some of my other ill health affects. They took the earring out for me and recommended it heal before I try again. After just one day, my head feels less foggy and less dizzy than it has in over 2 years. Thank you so much ladies!!!

Barb did a vertical labret on me today, and she was awesome. I haven't been able to find a place in lethbridge that will do it. She was very friendly, very informative and the shop was very clean. Definitely recommend going to her.

Barb is a lovely soul! She shows you all the removable and clean equipment she uses with expiratoration dates. She answered all my first time tattoo questions with ease. And then her actual art is beautiful. She puts the time and attention into anything you could desire. I now have an amazing first time tattoo story.

This shop is amazing! She showed me every piece of removable equipment in it’s sealed package and the expiry date before assembling. Her personalized drawings are amazing. Easy to talk to, fast work, clean and very gentle. Would recommend 100%!
