I’m extremely disappointed in the quality of the jewelry I recently purchased. Within a days wear, the gem in two out of the three nose studs I bought have fallen out and the metal has begun to degrade. On top of that, the sales woman specifically told me that what I originally was looking for (rose gold jewelry) was a rarity and uncommon for piercings. I’ve since purchased rose gold piercings from a different shop that have far surpassed in both quality and functionality, for a fraction of the price. I’m fairly sure that she was SO desperate to make a sale that she stooped low enough to lie to me. Extremely poor service and quality for far too much money.

Fake. Jewellery quality is low, make sure you go to a REAL jewellery shop for high quality jewellery. Hope people who do plan on checking this place out will not come. I also suggest the workers to not lie about the material, you will get into more trouble than just bad reviews.

I would give this a rating of zero if I could. I bought two cartilage earrings at the stampede BMO centre this year. I legit told the lady I am allergic to fake metals with great emphasis and she told me those earrings were 100% sterling silver. I recently wore them for two days and it gave me an extremely bad allergic reaction and now my cartilage piercings went from normal to fully closed. Please do not sell these fake metal things on the market and tell customers that they are made with high quality materials because they ain’t. LOW QUALITY AND HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

Staff is very knowledgeable and incredibly patient and helpful. I have purchased jewelry from them on multiple occasions and have always received wonderful service! Prices are fair and jewelry is quality. Selection is vast for such a tiny cart. I have very picky skin when it comes to piercings and I have never had a problem with any of their products.

This year I went to Calgary stampede it was my first year being there and I found this booth of hair dye and paintings and body jewelry and I was talking to this wonderful person named Jess she was telling me about their hair dye called punky color it is the best freaking hair dye ever it's vegan. and cruelty-free I bought flamingos pink & red wine

The most inconsiderate district manager ever. Brought me in for an interview knowing I was a student, sat me down and told me she needed someone full time and that I wasn't the right fit. I told you I was a student. Why waste my time and yours? Don't work for these people they will probably just waste your time like the did to my family and I.

I visited BodyMods to buy a nose ring. I did not know much about piercings or what I was looking for and I was helped by Kottah. She was so friendly, knowledgeable and really took the time to explain to me different types of nose rings. I even called her later with a question and she was so helpful over the phone. She went the extra step and even wrote out a type of nose ring to try in the future. I would highly recommended seeing Kottah if you’re new to piercings and need some guidance!

Came in this morning at 10:15am to purchase some things from bodymods and saw that there was a “back in 10 minutes” sign up so I decided to sit close by and wait. I kept checking to see if someone would show up and decided to leave after waiting for 40 minutes for an employee to help me out. A gentleman was there with his little girl and told me that “she would be back shortly, she’s battling a stomach flu right now.” I get it, the lady who was working was probably sick in the washroom. But imagine if that guy wasn’t there to share that with me? I love bodymods and have been shopping there for years for my ear jewelry. But today totally sucked! Not impressed at all. Hope the girl can get well soon. But on the other side of the coin, if you’re going to be gone longer than 10 minutes, do not put that sign up at all. Something along the lines of “temporarily closed” would have been better for this situation.

I had visited this location looking for some assistance in finding a new pair of stretchers. The girl who assisted me, Maddie, who was extremely helpful and gave me some amazing recommendations!! I've struggled with my ears smelling weird for years and never knew that the material you had in your ears to lessen or worsen that. She recommended a stunning pair of stone plugs and even within like 3 or 4 days it's already gotten so much better!! She also let me know there was a warranty on their other jewelry which I never knew about so that was super exciting! This is the second time I've bought anything from Body Mods and both times I've had the pleasure of getting Maddie as my server and she's always super helpful and amazing!! Would 100% recommend coming and bringing any and all your questions to her. She's super knowledgeable!

Went to crossiron mall today to go shopping and came across this store in the mall, I wanted a black nose ring so I decided to stop by. The lady who helped me out was very nice and i bought a nose ring, she told me i had 3 months for a return if it didn't work out. I tried to put it in and realized she sold me the wrong size hoop (after comparing it to the one in my nose) so i went back to see if they had a smaller size. She told me that's the only size they sell and smaller one don't exist (even though I had one in my nose) and she cant do an exchange because it's not defected. She then told me to have a hot shower and use coconut oil to get it to fit. I was upset but decided to just go home and try it. This did not work and my piercing is just bleeding. Very sad, would not recommend.

There is only one girl on the staff that I like, she’s knowledgeable and patient and got my sizing right. The other girls have sold me incorrect sizes, weren’t very knowledgeable, told me rose gold jewelry is rare, weren’t rude but also weren’t super friendly. The quality of their jewelry is ok for the price.

I bought 3 hoops for my helix at the BMO center at Stampede. I will say that the staff was so nice and amazing to talk to, but within a month my piercing started to hurt. I noticed that the band had started to decay. I thought it might have been a fluke, so I tried another one. This one has decayed as well and this time it has infected my ear. I'm sorry to all the staff that are told to lie because you were amazing people at Stampede. I will not be putting the third piece in my ear.
