We like using this tailor, but last April, my daughter's dress was too small after her final fitting 3 days later and her zipper busted right before prom. We called they didn't answer. She had to be seen into her dress after we paid over $100 for alterations. She was miserable and could hardly breathe in her $400 dress.....

I had two things altered. The first I had a dress for an upcoming event. I was told to pick it up on that Saturday, which was the day before the event. I got there and was told to pick it up the next Saturday. I explained the event and was able to come back and get it the same day. Unfortunately, the dress is still big but it us at least wearable. The other item, I wanted the jacket shoulders fixed but she told me it would cost too much. And only fixed the arms. Then pick up was pushed back twice, then I tried it on and the jacket still doesn’t fit.

This lady knows what she's doing! She positively saved my wedding dress. Skillfully covering a tear in very delicate lace, the first time I went to see her I was very upset. She reassured me she could not only fix my dress but match the floral pattern of the lace. She did it by hand because the fabric is so delicate. When I returned for my second fitting she remembered me, and my wedding date, all around made me feel so welcome and was so helpful and her prices were surprisingly low for the care she gave me and my dress. She also does other services as well. Will recommend to anyone who will listen!

I took my daughter's cheer uniform in to be hemmed. It took them 5 days and the skirt is terrible. The Front of the skirt has a 2" hem and the back has a 3/4" hem. Terrible job and i will never go back.

Tian is phenomenal!!! We’ve taken many important pieces to her... including a wedding dress. I can’t tell you enough how great her work is!! She knows exactly what’s she’s doing. Everything I’ve taken to her.. many prom dresses, regular clothes, mother of the bride outfit and the most important wedding dress. EVERY time, they’re perfect. I’ll never go anywhere else.
