I have brought in 3 coats plus 1 dog coat to fix their zippers. 1 was a Hugo Boss coat and it was flawless. Looked just like the original. The second coat he matched the zipper to the other zippers on the coat so it looked like the original as well! My dog's coat came out perfect too! They were very nice to me and stuck to the estimated time. They even called me to double check with some options which was nice of them! Definitely recommend. They also do wedding dress dry cleaning and offer a special presentation box with it. I'm considering this as I want to sell my wedding dress and having it in a nice box would raise its value.

Harry, I cannot begin to express my appreciation. First, my daughter’s grad dress has ink on it and two of the snaps needed to be refastened. Second, her skirt needed two darts at the waist. Third, our dog chewed my son’s football jacket, ripping part of the letters off and mutilating the lining. We came on a Monday, the dress and skirt were done 24 hours later, dry cleaned and perfect. The jacket was done Saturday. Harry called me, twice, to ensure I remembered to pick it up. Look at this workmanship. I wish I had taken a before pic. Harry, you are a miracle worker ❤️

Burnt my sleeve on my Superpuff Aritzia Down jacket, it was completely ruined (torn and leaking feathers) and within hours of my call, they managed to fix it completely to the point where we couldn’t tell which sleeve was damaged!! May 14 my daughter and I brought her prom dress in to be hemmed. The promise date was to be May 30 at 4 pm, a day before prom. After spending a wooping $200 on the alteration I expected it to be ready. May 29 Sal called and hung up, did not leave a message. The next morning, the day it was to be ready for pick up; he said it wasn't ready and to pick up tomorrow. I told him that was not possible and in turn he said he would have it ready as promised. At 3 pm, a lady named Maria called me to ask me to come tomorrow as it still wasn't ready. I lost my cool as this was the third phone call and the service I paid was was not being delivered. I was already enroute to pick up and told her that this would not work and I had to have the dress by the promised time. Upon arrival Maria was working on the dress. I apologized to her when I realized that Sal and everyone else left her alone to deal with me and a promised time that wasn't being delivered. My daughter tried on the dress and the zipper became stuck and wouldn't budge due to the alteration. The zipper had to be broken and replaced. Another lady came in during this time to pick up her dress and guess what, it wasn't ready and was asked to come back tomorrow. Another lady that worked there ended up coming in and bringing in a receipt and telling me that I had my promise date mixed up, luckily I had my receipt in hand. She tried to offer me a discount for next time which I told her that I would not be back and would be writing a Google review about my experience. After that she would not leave me alone about the ordeal. I asked her several times to please stop and just let me quietly wait for the dress which she would not do. Maria is excellent and hopefully finds a better place to work as they don't have her back. Over priced, poor customer service and do not stand by their commitments. You've been warned.

Had a rip in my Nike windbreaker jacket. Rather than going to spend $100+ on a new one, I decided to see what this place could do for me. The staff was very friendly and offered to have the rip patched up the same day. I said it was no rush but they still fixed it up nice for a reasonable price. I was told they'd probably cut out a piece from the inside to patch up the hole on the outside. However, I was pleasantly surprised to see they found a material very similar in terms of colour, material, and shine in order to patch up the hole. It was a very subtle repair, basically unnoticable, and I'm very pleased with the service and end result.

She double stitched the fabric making it extra durable which I really appreciate. I have had it for a couple years now and it's still flawless. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Expensive and slow service and they don’t even care if they get the job done right. I needed pants taken in and they charged me $30 and said initially it’d take 10 days. Once the pants were done the fabric was all bunched up in the butt area. When I mentioned my concern they wanted to charge me another $18 to adjust it. They couldn’t care less about customer satisfaction.

My daughter was excited to finally find a dress for her backyard prom. But it needed altering and it needed altering quickly. Marina was very responsive, professional, and quickly assessed the needs of the dress and proceeded to clearly inform us of not only the work that needed to be done but the cost. Marine was super nice and very thorough when making her adjustments. I brought my new, un tailored suit in because it was very big on me. It was a $700 suit and I got it for $135 so I couldn't pass it up! I took my chances. When I returned to get my suit, I tried it on for the second time. Only this time my suit fit very well!!! I couldn't believe it was the same suit that I was nearly swimming in a week before! Marine also made some more recommendations that I will do later when I have more time and I can bring it back.

The work is solid, the tailors are friendly and know what they're doing, and the location is convenient. I've had a few blazers and suits tailored there and have been happy with everything. I will mention that the pricing is reasonable but not cheap, which has prompted me to consider whether or not some things I own are worth getting tailored in the first place. This is more a reflection on trying to change my mindset about what I wear and recognizing that quality and skill are worth paying for, but I would encourage you to talk through your budget and your goals with them beforehand so you can have an idea what's possible. All in all, highly recommended!

I have long arms and I bought a leather jacket that had sleeves that were about 3 inches too short. I took my jacket to see if Salstyle could lengthen the sleeves for me. I was very impressed with the service. The owner went to Toronto to find leather that matched perfectly with the jacket. He brought a sample of the leather for me to approve. Then he went back to Toronto and purchased enough leather to lengthen the sleeves. The results were excellent and the jacket looks great! I am very happy with the service I received from Salstyle. I had a nightmare experience ordering bridesmaids dresses online. Nothing fit my daughter and I correctly. Salstyle took us right in, eased our minds and performed magic! The dresses were taken in and altered and you would never know! They even punched another whole in my leather sandal so they would fit me better at no extra charge! They did an amazing job. I will definitely be returning for any future alterations and recommend them for sure.

I came here completely desperate. I actually had 2 failed alterations from other seamstresses, and they saved the day. I had an amazing white jumpsuit that I needed altered. The first place where I took this just added ginormous cups and made me look horrible. It was probably designed for someone with a full C cup, and I'm an modest A/B cup. They fixed it perfectly, and just in time to wear to my rehearsal dinner! I got so many compliments. :) Not only that, but I called them with another wedding emergency. I got my wedding dress back on June 10th, and my wedding was June 18th. My seamstress basically told me she did the best that she could, and the alterations she did to the straps made them lie crooked when they were meant to be straight! I called them in a panic, and they were able to make the straps look WORLDS better in just one day. I am so grateful to them - they are the absolute best. They are, and forever will be, my wedding fairies. I have to say, this was on the pricey side, but I didn't even care. You get what you pay for. They did such an AMAZING job. Definitely going here for any future alterations I may need!
