It's awesome I have order about 10 pieces from Mario Tailor over last 2 years and the end product is always delivered as expected. The team was professional and really kind. Mario Kamrul Hasan, the owner, always give good advice on how to select fabric and style based on price range. Prices are reasonable and suggestions on pattern and design are very useful. The first fitting was perfect and the suits have been delivered at the hotel. If you visit Hong Kong, don't miss the great opportunity to get a wonderful suite from Mario Tailor. Do not hesitate to visit at Mario Tailor if you are in Hong Kong.

I have bought around 12 shirts from Mario at this point and 4 suits for myself and the groomsmen at my wedding. The quality of service and product that I’ve received has been exceptional. Mario isn’t located near me, but I go out of my way to get my shirts and suits from him. Customer service and excellent product quality in combination is rare in Hong Kong, Mario has it, I highly recommend him.

***Be Warned*** Had a very bad experience with Sammy who is the salesman inside the shop, (they have a number of guys that hang around the hotels trying to pull you into the shop. When in the shop Sammy will try and sell you Italian fabrics which are really made in China. Then he will hard sell you into buying. If you are not interested in the high price he will get aggressive. Never before in HK have i experienced this

Mark Robertson I bought 3 suits and 6 shirts. The material is great, beautifully fitted and tailored, hand stitched internal lining, and high quality. I'm very pleased with the result. I did not try to bargain down on price too much, but the price paid was certainly not outrageous for the result. You get what you pay for. The salesman in the shop (not the Tailor) did try to up-sell to me more and more suits, which can be expected, but became somewhat annoying when I clearly stated I did not want a fourth suit and he continued to be insistent.

My husband found this tailor in 2015 when he was staying nearby at the Regal Hotel. He had shirts & trousers made & was very happy. We returned to HK in March this year & had our son measured up for a black velvet with satin trim tuxedo jacket and trousers (high school formal) & four shirts, choosing the fabric on-site. We returned 2 days later for the fitting. Unfortunately, due to us not being specific, the trousers had also been made in velvet. We just assumed they'd be in fabric with matching satin stripe. The tailors were most apologetic & between them & our son they chose a fabric that would work. He returned the following day to find beautiful trousers that work really well. He will be beautifully attired for his formal in November & we wouldn't hesitate to return to Mario's tailors. Extremely happy with service, price & speed of delivery.

My new Tailor in Hong Kong! My wife and I recently had a staycation in TST, and I decided to drop in to Mario Tailor for a visit. We were warmly greeted right away, and Mario spent well over an hour discussing different options for suits and shirts. I decided on a new suit, several shirts, and a sport jacket. Mario did a thorough fitting, and quoted me an outstanding price! I came back a couple days later for the final fitting, and just couldn’t be happier with the service and quality. I travel all over Asia for my work, and hands down Mario has the best combination of price, quality, and customer service. If you live in Hong Kong or find yourself here on a visit when travel opens up again, do yourself a favor and drop by. You will not be disappointed.
