I ordered 5 shirts and they came to my house just under 4 weeks later and they fit perfectly. Big shout out to Arulia and her team for great customer service and overall an amazing experience. They lied to me saying a customization can be made, they also confirmed with the Tailor. The last day when I received the product, they said customization can't be made. After I sent emails and talked to every single sales rep. in the Room to be sure. Everyone agree it's possible. I felt I lost my money and my time with this Chinese template Product called INDOCHINO. Sales people are not Tailors as well. BIG PROBLEM. Chinese Scam.

Don't waste your time or money. Customer service knows as much as you do by looking at your profile. They are NO help at all. Was lead to believe my suit was being shipped after close to 8 weeks of waiting. 3 days before my event they told me there was a mistake with the computer and they didn't even start it. Refund took over a week and they never once even said sorry or sent me an email. USELESS. Thank goodness for Moores. They hooked me up same day and it was cheaper.

The staff were friendly and helpful but unfortunately after spending a couple hours getting "fitted" the suit I recieved wasnt even close I could barely even get the jacket on and could not bend my legs while wearing the pants. I had to spend another couple hours getting fitted again and am now waiting for another 4 weeks for a suit that hooefully fits. On top of this the lining I choose originally wasnt available anymore. I email head office to express my unhappiness and got no effort on their part to retain a customer. I will not be back.

I don't know why it took me this long to finally go here! I saw Sam for a consultation and fitting and I highly recommend this. She was patient and not pushy at all, great approach to everything. As long as the suit arrives as promised I will be adding to my wardrobe often.

Went into the store the day before Black Friday to look at fabrics knowing that they had a great sale on. I was going to do my purchase on line as I hadn't made an appointment. A rep kindly offered to help with my purchase. However, we discussed the price he made no mention of the sale and was trying to sell me the items at full price. Only when I said that I was I would just go and buy on line did he offer the sale price. It was cheeky and dishonest. The rest of the service was fine, but it seems clear they are commission paid staff. Aftetwards, my partner and I discussed the experience and said it felt very much like buying something from a sales person at Future Shop (remember them?). Crappy that they didn't offer the sale price up front. Great products, bad start to a new relationship. I think Indochino should be ashamed of this move by their staff person.

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my first custom suit here with the help of Nikhil Sawal. I took a lot of time deciding on what fabric to purchase and Nikhil was very patient with me, giving me the pros and cons of each fabric and showing me each one online. Nikhil was extremely thorough in taking measurements and I felt very well taken care of. I'll definitely be going back to Indochino and asking for the help of Nikhil again. I would highly recommend asking for Nikhil when you visit this location.

As a layman to the whole custom suit thing, Joanne got to know me a little bit and found out what I was looking for, walked me through the process step by step, helped me find some great fabrics and measured me up. 3 weeks later suits arrived at my door. Perfect fit, no need for any alterations. Joanne even followed up to see how everything was and how it all fit. A customer service gem! Would recommend (and have already) her and Indochino to anyone. I will for sure be buying my next suit with her. Thanks again Joanne!

The price is cheap and quality is reasonable but they are extremely disorganized in general. Your order NEVER comes in time, they often lose your order (multiple times), if you ask for alterations, you need to constantly stay on top of them for months on end because they "will" lose your paid clothing. They have admitted that they have no system for tracking inventory for alterations... Are you F-ing kidding me? When bringing this up, I commented that their reviews online are terrible and people complain about the service all the time. I am then told by staff that people only review when it's negative which is 100% BS. I will not use these guys until they get this $hit together.

My first experience a few years ago was great. Second experience not so much. Went to the store and ordered a suit. Sales person told me the vest I ordered with the suit was included in the price, turns out it's not due to a "tech glitch". They also said they would get back to me within a day to confirm my order but I had to call 2 days later to get more info. On top of that, they didn't seem to care that they gave me wrong information and the tone of her voice was extreme apathetic. I get it, my order won't make a dent in your profits, but at least have some class and care about the people who want to spend money with you. Suits are great, people aren't.

Well, not sure why everyone else's experience was so perfect and mine was so bad. Made an appointment online, got there on time, no warm welcome and waited 10min to have someone to help. Not sure how the process works, and the associate didn't help in any way to explain. Spent 15min and just left because the associate didn't do anything to help, and my wife and I were just so confused. Anyway, I had the weirdest shopping experience ever here as no helpful service was provided and the associate didn't even take a little time to explain their product and process. I'll spend my $$ elsewhere.

Bought a suit and wore it for maybe 10 times and my pants ripped at the seems. I went to my tailor and he took one look and said "you got this from indochino right?" my tailor said to never get anything from them because they are notorious for cutting corners and using cheap fabrics to make your suits. I went back to see if they could get me some new pants and they were quite condescending and told me that I would have to pay extra to get the new pants. I told them they could keep their pants and that I would never buy from them again. I have also made sure to tell anyone I am friends with or work with, to never buy a suit from this company again

I've purchased multiple suits and shirts from Indochino over the past 3 years and the experience and service is still fantastic. Just yesterday I was remeasured by style guide Nikhil Sawal and he was fast, efficient and provided sage advice on tailored specs down to the centimeter which made purchasing another suit a easy and fun time. Indochino also makes the process simple for first timers as well as entire wedding parties that need to get fitted. Make sure you talk to Showroom Manager Harsh as well and tell him Jordan sent you. Went in to pick up two suits and a couple of shirts for work. Note that I did not know what styles/patterns I was looking for going in. However, Kaelan and Gabe were extremely helpful and efficient during the process of helping me find the products I needed. Not only were they patient in listening to my personal opinions regarding the type of fit I wanted, but they also provided me with their own insight which was very helpful. They also made sure that I was well informed of the production and delivery process. Needless to say, I left the store extremely satisfied.

I visited this store based on recent Google reviews (since the negative ones are mostly from the time when Indochino had no brick and mortar stores). I made an appointment and was helped by ***ADRIAN*** It was straight forward process got my measurements done on a standard suit, and requested few areas to be as per my specification. I waited for 4 weeks approx and received my suit. The suit fits like a glove, perfection in all areas, looks great and feels great. I bought the suit from the Premium line. After wearing my suit five times the buttons all started to come off. I got the buttons for suspenders and one fell off. Took my pants in to get the buttons tightened and that one replaced. They replaced the button but put it on the wrong side so the suspenders don't line up.... they also didnt hang my pants properly on the seams, they just draped them over my hanger. Quality is poor and the service is even worse. Don't recommend going here.

My experience with Indochino has been consistent - that is, consistently terrible. My first suit ever with them came back with a terrible fit. It draped over me like a garbage bag. It was almost comical - I imagine that Andre the Giant had worn that suit and discarded it. It also came with errors, as the neckline was the wrong color. Of course, their customer service team blamed me initially, until I showed them on their site what I had picked out. They gave me some store credit for me to drop it, but I was still pretty miffed that they tried to stick it on me. Fitting itself is a bit hilarious - you're basically measured up by young, college-aged guys who have been indoctrinated with Glengarry Glen Ross tactics (Always Be Closing). And so while this guy is feeling up my thigh, he's telling me that I would look amazing with an overcoat. No disrespect to these guys (and trust me, I admire the hustle) but this is not a grizzled tailor who's made thousands of suits over the course of 30 years. No - this is some guy who just wants to do this shift and go back to studying. Their senses of style and fashion vary wildly and definitely do not help a first timer getting a suit. They have incredibly persistent and deceptive advertising. I went in recently to use a promotional code for an item as advertised. Guess what? Code doesn't work - curiously enough for just that one occasion. But it was a great time to promote other items to me, now that I was in the store. Is customer service helpful? They are responsive..initially. Eventually they get to the point where they don't know what to do - so they just drop it, and never reach back out to you. After all, you're just a dollar sign to them. But customer service is not the only problem with Indochino. I would never go here simply because Indochino lacks in quality. Why do you think your suit is only $379? Indochino runs these deceptive sales every month. None of their suits are worth even close to $999. What you're getting is not a custom suit, which you might have been led to believe. Bespoke suits are very expensive - but that obviously shows in the quality and worksmanship. No, what you're getting is a cookie cutter template that has been dialed down to your fit. Material, labor, almost everything is sourced out to China and then shipped over here. They have some seamstresses on staff, but they deal with the very small alterations, something which even Uniqlo can do for $10. Save your time, save your money. If you're lacking in funds, buy an off the rack suit from R&W and get it altered for your sleeves and ankles. If you can save up, go get something tailored from plenty of other great local stores in BC. (Blair Shapera and Brascia spring to mind). Even Harry Rosen provides a much better suit. Or skip this clown fiesta and go straight to the source - go to Asia and find great tailors there who will make you an amazing suit. Support their economy instead. In short - ignore this place.

Very easy to make an appointment online. You show up. You have your own personal measuring assistant. I tried to do the measurements at home but it was much easier to have someone who know do it for you. I'm ordering the suit as I write this. While I was there a gentleman showed up and he didn't lose the fit of the suit and to my surprise the lady helping him didn't say no. She said not a problem I'll remake it for you to make sure it fits your shoulders better.

Worst service ever. I ordered a suite for my wedding approx 2.5 months ago. Everything came late, and was the wrong size. Finally when they managed to get the suite right i was told the cufflinks, tuxedo buttons, and bow tie i ordered 2.5 months ago could not be delivered. 2 weeks before my wedding im told to find them from somewhere else and i will be reimbursed... Worst customer service. No manager called me, no acknowledgement, or attempt to resolve the problem. So I originally posted this review 6 days ago, and was sent an email from Indochino saying someone would contact me ASAP! That’s was 6 days ago and no one has still contacted. As you people can tell what amazing customer service this company is.... never buy anything from here.

Back in April, I went to the Downtown store to get measurements. An order was then placed with the Metrotown store on May 3rd. On May 24th, I received the suit and immediately went back to the Metrotown store for adjustments. The jacket was too short, shoulders were poorly fitted and the armpit areas were too tight. A new jacket had to be made, on top of that, they also promised to make alterations to the original jacket (in case I don't get the new one in time). I received the remade jacket after 3 weeks, and none of the issues from the original jacket was addressed. On top of that, no alteration was done to the original one even though I was promised. Now I have no suit to wear for the wedding I am attending in 5 days. Do not waste your time with this company.

Not someone with high standards for a suit but my experience with Indochino was deeply disappointing. During the fitting process, the in-store rep inquired if I wanted a pattern on only the inside pocket of my suit jacket and vest, which I found to be a unique request and agreed. When the suit arrived, the entire lining was covered in this pattern instead. See photo. I communicated my shock to the store. After a week, the assistant store manager Jonny placed the fault on me, advised there was nothing they could do after I had signed the dotted line upon placing the order, and simply told me to enjoy the wedding. The disappointment I have is not just with the suit but also with the lack of service and support I received from Jonny, the Vancouver showroom, and Indochino in general. Once the suit and my payment were made, Jonny and Indochino showed zero interest in whether I was content with their product or even if I would wear the suit. Unfortunately, when I visited the Vancouver showroom again after it arrived, Jonny made little effort to find a solution and instead looked for ways to turn me away. I explained that it was not something I could wear, but his concern was with the cost and inconvenience I would potentially cause Indochino and he refused to look at the suit. If you are looking for a custom suit, I’d recommend making the investment at a store/company that shows interest in your satisfaction with their product and service. Would be happy to update this review if I do receive any real support or assistance but two weeks on, it does not look promising.

My first experience with Indochino left me quite unimpressed and I'm honestly disappointed that the process was not as smooth as advertised. I went in for my first fitting, and once you get past the somewhat indifferent staff there, Jonah is actually quite helpful and friendly. I received my suits within the 10 business days as expected, but the suit jackets and sleeves were long, the shoulders did not fit right and the chest area was also too large. It felt like I received two off the rack jackets. I booked an appointment for a refit, and the attitude I got was that this is normal. When i went in, i was again told that they cannot capture all the right measurements on the first fit. I thought this was the whole point of the "made to measure" service. I was told that the jackets would take a week max to be done, but i called two weeks later to be told that it would take another day. Again, the staff was cold, but not unfriendly, when i picked up the jackets. I hope that my experience was a one off, because Indochino is a brand i do want to like, but based on what i received i probably won't be going back.

Had heard really great things about indochino when they were on line. i was pretty excited when i heard they opened showroom here in Van. I went there ordered two suits and was very specific about how i wanted my suits made. The person that took my order seemed to know it all about suits, which obviously he kept mentioning which i thought was a good thing but in actuality he was only hearing himself talk because all what i requested how my suits should been made was absolutely not followed. I spent almost $2000 US... what a disappoint these people are. They talk the talk but they do not walk it.

The ugliest suit I have had. That should say it all. Went for Black Friday because I thought it could be a good deal. Went on for measurements, and even got one off the rack suit they had in order to get the measurements done. Two weeks later, the suit arrived, and to my disappointment, it was ugly and did not fit. Went back to store to get alterations. A week later, got the suit altered, but still the fit was horrible (shoulders were 16 inch, when my shoulders are actually 17.5 (note: when I got my measurements, the guy said my shoulders were 18)) and the suit, also horrible. asked for a remake. Plus, I asked if it was possible for them to deliver to the store, as DHL has the bad habit of delivering when I am not at home, and as I don't have a car, and I had to take a cab to DHL Service Point close to YVR. 30 bucks spent there. Store guy said no problem. Two weeks later, suit arrived...at DHL SP again. Another 30 bucks wasted. The suit, albeit better than the first one, still looked hideous. Went back to the store for alterations. A week later, saw that the sleeves were still long, and the mid section was still big to me. Asked for another alteration. A week later, went back. Still looked bad (sleeves were good this time though), but I had given up on asking for another suit to be delivered at DHL SP again, and spend another 30 bucks. So I ended up leaving the suit at Indochino Metrotown location, as I would not use the suit at all. The guys at Metrotown location sent me an email asking if I would like a remake to be done. I said I would only accept if the suit was a standard 38S off the rack suit, with no padding in the shoulders and delivered to the store, otherwise I would not accept it. Received no response, so I gave up totally. Perhaps the only positive point is that the staff is friendly and attentive. However, since I am paying for a product, it does not really matter.

Yes, ladies - Indichino’s got you covered if you’re looking for power suits! I got fitted for a suit in early October at the Vancouver showroom with Jonah’s support. Jonah was very professional (and patient) when working with me, accommodating my request to see various fabrics side-by-side and my ever-changing mind. Being new to the world of custom made suits, I was excitedly overwhelmed by all the options I had - from amount of buttons to collar felts to lapel and more - but Jonah explained the function of each for my inquisitive mind. After an hour of customizations and measurements, I made my purchase! I also received a tracking number via SMS which was handy! It was two weeks later that I received my suit - the delivery was faster than anticipated and my suit fit me well. I was very pleased! Upon trying it out at the store, Shane helped me with some alterations that I didn’t even know were possible. He asked if I would be interested in having my pants tapered further. As I’m more accustomed to slim fitting pants, I was comfortable with this alteration. Further, we spoke about my blazer habits (whether I preferred it open or buttoned up) and he suggested pinching the waist slightly to provide more of a feminine shape. Trusting in Shane’s suggestions was but I was also expecting to wear the suit in a week’s time for a corporate event. Understanding that my alteration request coincided with the busyness of Black Friday sales, I didn’t think it would be possible... but lo and behold, Indochino delivered! Nothing short of impressed with the service I received at Indochino. I’ll certainly be back for more and I’ll be sure to bring a crew!

What a wonderful experience! From the first phone call, speaking with the manager Harsh, he was so calm and very professional and set up a time for me right away to meet with Kelvin to get me measured. Kelvin measured me and told me to expect the suits to come within 3-4 weeks. I told him there is no way that the measurements will be correct, and I would need to come in a few times. Both Harsh and Kelvin reassured me that they would re-fit me as many times as I needed to make me look best. But Harsh was very confident that the one measurement would be enough. I have been buying custom suits for many years and I have never had a suit fit first time before. I am so impressed and blown away by the material and the product of the suit and it arrived right on time. But I am mostly impressed with the team that Harsh has in Yaletown. They have a customer for life! I would definitely recommend Indochino Yaletown!

Friendly service and quite helpful. We went in and they had a sale that was going to end the next day but there weren't anyone available for a booking. Sam mentioned to us as long as we can pick out a fabric, the price can be honoured, definitely very customer service friendly. There is a large selection and you can essentially customize every detail so that is great! The initial service and visit for a custom fit suit was great but I've had to come back and edit my review. The suits allow for customizations and it is custom fit since they take all your measurements. When the suit was returned, it was completely off and then they told us the jacket needs to be remade. I have to say, considering all measurements were taken, how can it be so far off and how is it efficient to remake the suit. And each subsequent time we've come in, they either only had the pants ready or just the vest. We were told the full process was going to take about 8 weeks, 4 to make the suit and 4 to do all of the touch ups. I think we're at 17 weeks and they said to go to home see how it really fits. I'm not impressed at all.

I'll let the photos speak for themselves. The measurements were based off the measurements from their staff. I got new measurements done. They remade the suit. Still had problems but then other covid-19 problems delayed my responses to the for the 10 day turn around for alterations. They only gave me 10 days. It was too far out. So I'm paying another $200 to get the suit altered. Will not use them again. My suit is going to cost me $900 in total after alterations and it's made in China. I have a suit made in Canada from Ted Baker that was $800. Too bad they are bankrupt. I asked for the vest to be remade as it didn't fit. They said it did and that the lining would match my remade suit. I also bought a tie (not shown) that would be the same color as the lining. All 3 linings are labeled "Burgundy" but they are 3 different colours. I asked their staff to confirm at a showroom and they were unable to do that since covid. It's ok for them to delay responses from covid but I can't be delayed for the same reason. It took 2 weeks for them to say they couldn't find the lining colour in house. I highly recommend that people consider using a local tailor. It will cost about the same in the end and you will get better quality wool and be in control of your suit. I'm going to have to buy a suit off the rack for my wedding now.

I used to really like them when they first started but ever since they sold out and their management team changed their company has changed for the worst. Plus their email marketing campaigns are complete spam with USD only pricing in a Canadian market from a Canadian company is just plain insulting. Came in 3 months before my wedding for a fitting. Staff were helpful. I received the suit a few weeks later. A few issues needed to be addressed (liner, fit) and they were. I got the remade jacket with lots of time to spare and it was perfect. Ordered another suit shortly thereafter and it was also perfect. Custom suits don't always turn out perfectly on the first try, but it is definitely worth it to iron out the kinks with your measurements. I may return for a fitting if my body shape changes significantly, but I love that I can so easily order a suit that I know will fit.

Indochino is very dedicated to customer service. The tailors I have seen have been friendly, helpful and never snooty or pushy. The first suit I had was refitted for free and a new jacket made from scratch to get the best fit. The numerous and constant promotions they have are a bit confusing especially when buying multiple items, looking at my receipt its hard to tell if the 2 for one promotion saved money or the 52% off or the 3 for 250 shirts. Also it would also be nice to see my measurements online.

I was initially hesitant about ordering a suit from Indochino because I didn't fit their mainly male clientele, but I'm so glad I took the leap. Not once was I treated differently because of my gender. Even though Indochino has yet to introduce silhouettes for women, the alterations and customizations ensured that my suit fit perfectly; there's no way I could've found an off the rack suit that would've complemented my physique so well. All of my interactions with the team at Indochino were wonderful, and they truly did everything they could to accommodate my requests. The fabric I wanted to order was in short supply, and the staff did everything they could to help me secure the remaining stock; even though there ultimately wasn't enough to make a suit, they helped me choose another similar fabric. When the suit jacket first arrived, the lapels gaped significantly and the team decided that it was serious enough to warrant a remake. After the remade jacket was complete, Shane helped me review every piece of the suit from head to toe and had me run through a series of tests to make sure that everything fit perfectly. He helped me identify the final alterations that needed to be made, from the most minute details like my preference for the depth of the trouser pockets to more obvious issues like shoulder divots in the jacket and explained how he'd fix every issue. Unlike most tailors, he was also attentive to the fact that I wanted a more androgynous fit; his background in women's tailoring gave him an advantage in helping me strike a balance between an overly masculine or feminine silhouette. Overall, the customer service was amazing and Indochino truly honoured their Fit Promise to the very end. I can't recommend the Yaletown team highly enough, especially Shane, whose attention to detail and expertise completely blew me away.

Terrible experience, terrible value for the money. I wouldn't go back. Highlights of my time here include: - custom fit? It fit like a rain poncho and MC hammer pants when I first picked it up - seven trips (and counting) to the store for alterations and drop off/pick up of the suit - first trip to the store was early April, it is the end of August and I still don't have a suit which fits properly - indifferent service until I contacted the Director of Customer Service, which I really shouldn't need to do My advice, for the money you can get excellent tailored suits from Maxwell's, or buy a suit off the rack at The Bay downtown or Nordstrom for the same price and it will be better quality, better value, and FAR less frustrating.

1 star is for the actual suit, I would give 3-4 stars for the level of service given when you are at the store, it's nice to pick fabrics, liners, and customize your suit in a nice environment. The garment was junk, fairly poor quality stitching, either the employee doing the measuring was incompetent at it, or the factory in China messed something up, but the fit was comically off. the sleeves were 4 inches too short, shoulders at least an inch off, pants were close, but pockets were flaring big time. All in all a bad product, plus a 6 week wait, and if I wanted to give them another chance it would be another 6 weeks for a new jacket! On a positive note they took it back and gave me a full refund no questions asked when I told them I was not interested in waiting. Do yourself a favour and buy something off the rack and have it tailored by a pro.

Do yourself a big favor don't buy from them. Suits look like crap. Made to measure is a lie, because they cannot measure properly. Also shipped from China. So prob made in China. We went in to get measured to prevent issues with the fit being off but that did not help with the headache i am about to describe. I liked my initial visit to the store but after we got the suit in the mail i have to change my review I am very Disappointed with the fit of the suit on my fiance. The jacket and pants are both baggy and not flattering makes him look boxy & short and sleeves are too short. Note on box says you should feel and look like a million bucks but It is worst than if we bought a pre made suit from Calvin Klein. What is the point of measuring if you do not get it close to his size. He can overlap the front of his suit at least two inches The guy at the store mentioned we can come to get it tailored if it doesn't fit, but honestly im not sure if tailoring can fix how ugly this suit currently fits. His groomsmens suit are also too large even the waist of his pants do not fit. I really wonder where the issue lies. Do staff in showroom lack the training to properly measure or the suit makers really terrible at following measurements. After reading reviews on yelp am i not looking forward to the process of remaking a suit. When you book an appointment keep in mind that once you get measured you can choose all you customizations on the spot. They do a very thorough job of explaining each element of the suit to help you better choose contemporary options. I am very dissatisfied with this company. I also got a suit for my brother and there were a lot of issues with getting the package as the shipper in China did not put the correct address and required indochino to correct it on their end. i had to drive to the fedex shipping center to pick it up myself because they took three more weeks to clarify the address. I just opened the box to his dark navy suit. We choose the under collar felt to match the suit but it came light grey and stands out looking terribly cheap. I cannot stress enough not to buy your suit here. Pay more for a custom bespoke suit. Don't buy into the convenience of buying online is not worth the hassle of chasing down your package and waiting for them to fix it.

*revised* Indochino was kind enough to offer me $75 in an alterations credit for me to get alterations externally, 4-stars overall for good customer service! Unfortunately after two suits from Indochino, I won’t be coming back because the fit is good... just never perfect even after performing alterations. Further, the fits are inconsistent and alterations usually take weeks. The suits are good for the price ($400-$600) but I think I’d rather spend more elsewhere for a better fit and higher quality wool.

White shirt has some kind of stains looking like watermarks in multiple places. Hard to notice while trying it, but clearly visible in a well lighted room. The customer service experience after the suit gets ordered is absolutely horrible. There is no number to call to communicate but instead only a chat option. There is no refund option all because these are customer suits which I understand but my suit came from China with a promise of arriving in 2-3 weeks but instead it was almost 4 weeks. I would not recommend ordering customer suits at all, especially if they are coming from a foreign place. Do better indochino.

I really like their suits, as my jacket size is a 34 and it is difficult to find at typical retailers and there is usually limited selection. I would recommend ordering 1 suit and then go in and get it altered, because their will update the measurements, but once you get the measurments and fit down you can just order suits only and they have been a great fit for me everytime. They always have sales, so I would not recommend buying a suit at full price and if you are in a rush to get a suit, this is not the place to go as even once you have all the measurementa and fit down the order takes 2-3 weeks, but if you can wait for it than it is worth it.

If I could give a lower score I would. My daughter was getting married on December 1, 2017 and the groom and groomsmen decided to purchase custom suits from Indochino. I was measured on September 26, 2017 at the King of Prussia, Pennsylvania USA store. I was measured and fitted by Jasmine for a suit and shirt and was assured that this would be the best suit I ever purchased. I paid $569 for a three piece suit and shirt. My suit and shirt arrived on October 17, 2017. I tried the shirt on and it did not fit. It looked like it came off the kids rack at Kmart. The suit also did not fit. Jacket was way too big, shoulders not even close to fitting properly and the pants were too big. I contacted the store and informed them that I was being operated for my rotator cuff on October 18, 2017 and would not be able to come in for a fitting for several weeks. They said they would note that on my account and not to worry they would make any adjustments needed. Unfortunately my daughters fiancé broke the engagement and the wedding was cancelled, so I was not under a time constraint to have the suit altered. I went to the store on December 29, 2017. They measured me again and ordered a new shirt and adjustments on the suit. The shirt came in on February 2, 2018 and when I tried it on it was exactly the same as the first one, I immediately call the store and told them of the issue I also asked about the suit. I was told the suit was delivered to them two weeks ago but they forgot to call me. I went in on February 2, 2018 and James Bressie their store manager and their expert in measuring people for suits. Mr. Bressie was surprised at how ill fitting the suit was. He re-measured me for the shirt and I had to pick out different material because the material I originally ordered was sold out. Mr. Bressie also re-measured the suit and assured me I would be pleases. On February 10, 2018 I received an email my order shipped and a few days later I received a text telling me my order was received at the King of Prussia store. I never received a call from the store about my order so I called and asked about it, I was told again they forgot to call me. I went to the store on February 20, 2018 and was helped by Samantha Lauter. Samantha could not find my shirt, she called Mr. Bressie and found out he forgot to order it. I tried the suit on and guess what not one alteration was done. I then requested a refund. Samantha said she would process the refund and sent me an email showing where it was entered on the journal. On March 1, 2018 I contacted customer service and informed them I had not received the refund they sent me an email showing they requested the refund, I contacted them again on March 7, 2018 again I was told they refund was processed. I was told it could take up to ten days then I was told it could take up to ten business days. So I have no suit and no refund. As I told the people in King of Prussia I received better customer service and a better suit at Men's Warehouse. This company is a ripoff. Stay far far far away.

II wanted to give you a review of what happened to me in your New York showroom It was a really disappointing experience, after waiting for almost a month a suit. I received a call requesting to change my appointment. I went to make an appoint for the following week only to find out that the suit and the shirts I ordered had the sleeves several inches too short and the quality was atrocious. This was unfortunate because I needed this for a wedding on May 8. They did offer to fix this but recommended I go buy another suit and they would reimbuse me for it. After speaking to the manager and the poor customer service by the person who was lazily sizing my pants. I will say the manager and and a second customer service person were very professional I opted for a full refund instead dealing with this headache. Because of your company's mistake I wound up paying an extra 450 dollars down the street to get full suit for my wedding. Sadly you have lost me as a customer for any future purchase.

We also visited the metro town location which is the worst customer service experience... Being told we're busy right now, when there's literally 5 people just standing around doesn't make us want to come back. I would highly recommend against the metro town location. I've been to the Yale town location three times now and each time they've acknowledged my fiance and treated me and my in-laws like we're not even there. PRO-TIP, EVERYONE IS A CUSTOMER. I'm not likely to recommend the store just because of being treated like we don't exist, also the suits still aren't perfect. Literally the only reason I would tell my brothers to go here is because of the price and they currently have enough time for enough trial and error. I'm surprised by how glowing all these reviews are. The employees were for the most part considerate but failed quite completely with their lack of real tailoring knowledge. It legitimately took 12 fitting rounds, 7 months and 3 completely from scratch pairs of pants before I got frustrated enough to take them down the street to Samson Suitmakers who fixed them his first try. I would say if you are in the middle of the bell-curve of body shapes/sizes this probably will work for you. If not (I'm 6'5" tall) then I don't recommend Indochino at all, which is ironic because one could just buy off the rack for cheaper if that were the case. I needed a new suit for my wedding. I started the process with indochino in Sept 2017 and finally got sick of the rounds of fittings in early April and took my stuff to Samson who fixed it in time for my wedding in late April. That is 7 Months and the guys on the floor just didn't know what do do about the problems and wouldn't admit it which is the most frustrating thing.

Long story short: they blew away my expectation. I came to them about a month ago to have my first Made to Measure suit experience. It was great! Very seemless experience. Jonah was very reassuring and calming as well. The suit came in about two weeks and it looked well off the bat, it did just need a couple of small alterations. From what I’ve read online, They usually need for me to book an alteration appointment, but was able to come in as soon as my schedule would allow. Jonah was the one to help me again and was just as good as the first time. I came in knowing some things needed to be adjusted. However, I was reassured that he knew what he was talking about because he saw things I didn’t even see that were opportunities to be better. An overall great experience for my first MTM navy suit and will come back again for more!

Quality is poor and takes a long time to get your garments after measurements are taken. Once they are in, order comes in wrong and another long stint before they return your items. I had a pair of suit pants that had to be remade 3 times. Overall, about 4.5- 5 months spent waiting for my garments to be shipped. Brutal!!! Compensated me with a non-wrinkle shirt that ripped in my first wear. Never again will I order from these guys.

Then ordered the shirts which I asked are they being made by the 1st wrong measurements or the 2nd right measurements she said the right ones and they were wrong so again we had to go back. Do NOT have a suit made here... If you have a special event, AVOID this place at all costs. You will not get the suit on time or fitting correctly. Their photo method is an absolute joke and the time you spend in there to get "fitted" will be wasted. There's a reason these guys are always on sale... Don't be fooled by the sharp suits on the mannequins. My fiance wanted to get a nice suit made specifically for our civil ceremony and then as his 'go to' for any events thereafter. He came across a sale event in April, got "fitted" and placed the order. The next day he added a made to order shirt to complete the look. The company put a hold on the suit and NEVER ordered it!!! We found out a month later when the shirt arrived with no sign of the suit. So they rush ordered it. It arrived, but the sizing was completely off, arm length too short arm pits very tight. So they decided to remake the jacket... a couple of days later we find out the lining he originally picked was out of stock so they'd have to re-do the waist coat as well in a different pattern. Suit finally arrives and we are 1 week away from the event, the new lining is ugly, the jacket doesn't fit again and they completely forgot to re-order the waist coat they insisted needed to be redone due to this lining issue. They have no record of the waist coat issue, can't find the order and with only a week to go, there's no way this jacket will be ready on time. What a JOKE. We should have checked the reviews before committing to this process with a sub-par company. Do yourself a favour and keep moving. For these prices, you can find a ready made suit from a high end brand on sale that you know will fit and look sharp. Or try a different made to order company, these guys just aren't worth the risk, not for an important life occasion that's for sure.

We went over to Vancouver to have a stylist there take my hubby's measuments. (I wasn't about to do that!) And it was a super fun day! Nelson really enjoyed the lush feeling of having his suit made just for him, and picking every detail right down to the cuffs on his shirt, the vent and lapel, the inner materials, etc. Nelson's suit arrived promptly a 8 weeks afterwards and fit amazingly. He loves his suit so much he now talks about going to fancy galas just to have an excuse to wear it???? The husband: They really came through on their promises. I got to create a style and look that I felt really good in. If you want to feel like a million bucks for a mere fraction of the cost, check out these guys.

Purchasing shirts from Indochino (Yaletown) was the worst fashion decision I have ever made. I purchased a 5 shirt package in January 2016. The Indochino employee who was measuring me told me it was her first time measuring someone. First batch of shirts come, nothing fits. I point this out and they refer me to someone else. Turns out the next guy has been working at Indochino for 2 weeks and is still in training. He completely botches the order. He also forgot to place the order, so when I came in a month later to check the status, it hadn't been sent in. Long story short and 3 remakes later, the shirts arrived in December 2016. They still do not fit and look downright unprofessional. This was a complete waste of $350 - I hope whoever receives these shirts from goodwill finds a good use for them like using them as a towel or something.

DO not GO HERE IF YOU HAVE A SPECIAL EVENT. Terrible experience and worst customer service. We are very disappointed by how we have been treated. Their staff here and staff in Shanghai somehow had a "miscommunication" regarding our re-make, and they said the tailors in Shanghai never received it. Now, we were assured that we wouldn't have to worry about a thing and we would be contacted. Past the 4 weeks already, and our wedding is coming up, we still weren't contacted so I gave them the benefit of a doubt and waited an extra week. But even after that we haven't gotten a call. So i phone them, and that's what they said, there was no re-make processed at all. So for the compensation of us having to wait another extra 3 weeks for the re-make, they will compensate us by giving us bowties and cufflinks. But we wouldn't have the time and luxury should the tux not fit. I feel that we are being belittled about the situation and they the company is not owning up that it is their fault. I will never recommend this company to anyone needing a special tux made, horrible customer service. The manager I was speaking with continues to reason with me and makes excuses, so to make sure it isn't their fault. She said they would compensate us by giving us bowties and cufflinks. I had added two dress shirts as well, thinking they are accesories as well. She will be invoicing me for that as well. For our situation, she will be giving us $39 and $59 for our trouble. For such a big company, terrible value for your money, they only care about making MONEY AND NOT MAKING CLIENTS HAPPY.

Suit material and price is great however i'm not too impressed that i don't have a personalized fitter... every person there has a different style so when I order shirts and suits, batches ordered of shirts and suits cannot be interchanged with previous orders as they don't fit well. I've also had some shirts and a suit made too short/skinny for me as a fitter who styled it to his liking which didn't suit me so i've never worn the suit... a shame cuz i'd give the company a better rating as im happy with the material and price.

Long story short, I ordered a suit for a wedding 8 months in advance. Continued to ask them when it would arrive as the wedding date approaches. I get told 1 week before the wedding that the order had an error in the computer and had not been started. I was told to find a Plan-B since it would not arrive in time for the wedding. Each step of the way he listened to what we wanted. A surprising bonus came when he suggested a lining material that fit the theme of our wedding. I ordered it of course! It was one of the best retail experiences of my life. Then I met Harsh Thind, Showroom Manager, who took me around and tried to figure out and push my style. I ordered 5 suits through them. They arrived in time. The suits did not require any secondary fitting. Everything was made to order. I hope that they have more fabric options. Some fabric options were ridiculous, for instance a purple suit, who'd wear that? Elton John! Boy George! Need to have their charisma to carry it though. Anyhow, the staff are super helpful and go out of their way to help you out. Nothing beats them as you can get s customized suit for the same price as a suit from Moore's but do not expect bespoke hand tailored suits from Saville Row.

I’ve been a loyal client since I had my wedding suit made with Indochino in 2015. I’m an every day suit wearer and my wardrobe is now almost entirely Indochino shirts and suits. That said, after a bit of a saga that started in March, when I had gone in to the showroom to replace two pairs of pants that had blown out, the Showroom Manager Harsh has made everything right. Two new complimentary suits later (after 3 remakes as part of the saga) they fit beautifully and I just ordered an overcoat. Can’t wait to receive it in time for winter!

Gerald was helpful, knowledgable, and provided a low pressure buying experience. My only small concern is that pricing wasn't obvious. It would have been nice to see the pricing differences between the different options up front. I haven't received my suit yet, but so far the experience has been good.

Shady business people. Five minutes after purchase, I received a "No Caller ID" phone call from a shifty voice offering to sell me a tailored suit; "right to your place of business." Someone on the inside lifted my info and tried to cut out their employer. Crazy. Though reported, Indochino has done NOTHING to acknowledge or atone for their obvious privacy breech. They also charged my credit card twice for the purchase and have yet to reverse the double charge. ("It will be 7-10 days"--last time I returned something to, say, Banana Republic, they can issue a credit on the spot.)

And they have sales so frequently that you'll almost certainly be able to pick up a great suit at a fantastic price. I love being able to choose not just the fabric, but also all the details - lining, collar styles, buttonholes, monograms etc. My suit arrived and only needed a few adjustments, mostly on account of the fact that I am a woman with curves and some of those curves being rather crooked.

In the tailoring business I expect passion, expertise and precision.but instead I felt like I was visiting some college students just trying to pay the bills. Seriously? Why cut so many corners, particularly on the customer service? My husband went for a fitting/measurements and got a surprisingly bad, clearly incompetent showroom person (Davin?). It's not that he was young, he was simply disinterested and unable to do his job. Took measurements as if he had never touched a tape before, then when asked about converting in to cm he said "no idea", to which we simply pointed at the other side of the tape. Honestly do they train these people? Then to make things worse, upon selecting a fabric, we were followed to every corner of the showroom, and when we asked for time to think he got uneasy as if our presence there was bothering him. Then he pretty much showed us out. Never to return again.

Great customer-centric experience. Sales Associate (Zachary P.) was very knowledgeable and provided amazing service but did not waste my time trying to upsell me. He only seemed interested in what I wanted. He paid attention to what I was saying and showed great attention to detail. I appreciate that. I’ve been shopping at other chain ‘suit stores’ for 20 years and I just got tired of dealing with high school kids who don’t know what a good fit looks like, or old guys/gals that have no sense of fashion trends and style. So I went to get 2 suits made for me a few weeks ago, the greeter was nice and I was helped right away, the person who helped me, Joey, was great and helped me decide on choosing a Navy Double breasted suit and a gray check double breasted suit, I got measured up and I was out within an hour which was great; so three weeks later my suits came in, they both looked great and went I put them they felt great, except, the sides were a tad slight and the arms were just a little short(for a MOTM suit, it's expected need a few alterations) but overall just minor things that are easily fixable. Overall I had a wonderful experience and would most definitively be coming again

When I got my first suit here, they had to remake the jacket because of the collar pop. It took an extra month. I thought it was just a one off. As I have gained weight in these past 6 months and don't fit the first suit very well, I went in to make another giving them well in advance notice for when I require the suit. Guess what? They have the same problem again!! They want me to wait another month to get it back which will be over a week late from when I require it. When asked to expedite it, they were unapologetic and said there's no way to. Instead, they told me to wear another suit for the event I require it for. Horrible service. Strongly do not recommend.

Go elsewhere. Indochino suits are made to measure but they’re measured poorly by inexperienced casuals and made cheaply in China. They shipped me something that fits worse than off the rack would - it’s unwearable. I took it to an experienced private tailor: no alterations could fix it - so their alteration credits are worth garbage. Post purchase customer service was atrocious too. I strongly suggest avoiding indochino or reading the many reviews of others that were unsatisfied with the suit they received. It’s not worth the gamble.

After going through the long process of measurements and choosing the right details, I was very disappointed to be offered only two types of material for the color that I want (black). Although the two options are not close to my expectations, I chose the more expensive one and proceed with the order hoping that it would look better once the suit is made. The package from China was delivered in a box with a broken hanger and the suit wasn’t even folded properly in the box. My mistake was proceeding with the order and making payments although I was disappointed with the material. I was even more disappointed when the suit came in. I came in the store and the arrogant sales person said there was nothing he can do. These salespeople think they are working at the best company in the world at making suits when in fact all they did was putting measurement numbers in their app and getting a chinese tailor company to sew and ship it. It has been 5 months and I never wore the suit up until today.

I wanted to like Indochino, the concept sounded (and still could be) very good but the execution was TERRIBLE. This is their flagship store too. I read the reviews online but was still optimistic thinking "Oh, they've learned from their mistakes, it can't happen to me". It's like a polished turd - everything nice and shiny inside the store but what happens after you buy it is crap. Coming from Seattle, I ordered a suit last fall and finally gave up 6 months later after a remake and several adjustments. Complete waste of my time. If there's ANY problem with the suit, they are clueless as to what to do. I had several of the employees/managers come by and look at it. They are all salespeople, with sales background but none of them have any TAILORING background and I would suggest they have a real tailor onsite. What they do is take your measurements and send it to China (their order form is in Chinese) where they have prefabricated shells that they can adjust. But if you don't already somewhat fit to this shell, you're screwed. This is what one of their employees told me. I asked if I could take the pants elsewhere to see if a local tailor could fix it and the manager, Teresa (who didn't even have the courtesy to come talk to me), said no. She doesn't even know the company policy because later on I checked the website and it said that they would reimburse $ if I had to go to a local tailor to fix anything. Here's what I suggest you do if you still want to try. 1) Leave yourself PLENTY of time. 2) If something is way off in fit, have them remake it ASAP, don't bother with an adjustment. 3) If they adjust it and it still doesn't work, get your refund. I hope this doesn't ruin anyone's first cheap "custom" suit experience. I've had it done in Asia before and it was quick, painless and...custom fit.

My previous experiences with Indochino were pretty average. I had my suit altered after a year and the first attempt was quite poor. On my second fitting, I was assigned to Jo and I was extremely impressed. She first really took the time to converse with my wife and daughter. Unwelcoming staff. My fiance, his groomsmen and my sister/maid-of-honour were there after lunch time. Came in and not one sales person approached them even if they had been there a while (staff was aware). The sales people just couldn't be bothered. No "hi hello do you guys have an appointment for today?" "Do you guys need help?" They said the staff just kept passing by until my sister finally asked for help. Quoting my sister: "They cant help our groomsmen theyre too busy. Female Assistant goes to me: "ummm it seems like we're not doing anything right now but we're actually fully booked and running late." Male assistant was more apologetic: "So sorry. We've got a long lineup. Maybe another day if you book an appointment?"

So, they have a shiny store, and some decent selection of fabric and other stuff to choose from, HOWEVER, they're just sales ppl and NOT tailors, they really don't know what might work for your body type, what's best to match, and how to make something look great. You order and get it shipped home, THEN have to go back if you wanted alterations, which is a pain as regardless of how they measure, it's never perfect and must be altered. Secondly, their Tuxedo selection was terrible, their fabric options limited and not great quality. So, all in all, good price for a custom suit but there are much better options.

I decided to order a suit through Indochino and have my fitting done and alterations at the Yaletown location rather than attempting the measurements myself. I placed the order online with my measurements loaded into the system. The whole process made me feel very important throughout, starting with the initial fitting that had infinitely more attention given with Desmond and another gentleman being great at making me feel at ease with all the changes by spending more time with me adding pins everywhere we agreed on for my desired fit for my wedding suit. I received the suit about four weeks after the order was submitted which is what I expected given the posted timelines and other feedback I had seen online, but I planned everything well in advance just in case as it's out of anyone local's control what happens.. When the shipment arrived, the suit jacket and vest fit great, the shirt and pants needed minor alterations so I booked another appointment and was assisted by Zandrew who was great to deal with too - just minor darting needed on the shirt and lower pant leg a bit hemmed more and tapered.. overall they were a very close fit and definitely wearable but why not ensure I'm 100% with everything when they offer tailoring and it is a quick fix. I was very surprised with how great everything fit even before the alterations and am very happy with the outcome and the quality of the product. I purchased a "luxury" line suit on sale that now fits perfectly that I paid about the same as a cheap off the rack suit that would've needed excessive tailoring to look even comparable.

He almost knew my style better than myself. His assets and knowledge of suits and his clients are indispensable. Excellent service: Sebastian was very helpful and appreciated his attention to detail However, your payment system left a lot to be desired ... your iPad would not accept payment by Visa. Sebastian said I’d likely get a call from my bank suggesting “fraud”. The call came in from CIBC seconds later while I was still in the store, along with an email and texts questioning the transaction attempts. I had to pay for my suits with debit card, which was not a problem but was annoying. I was in vancouver for a day and decided on a whim that it would be a good time to get measured for a suit. I dropped in to Indochino and they were able to fit me in right away. I was assisted by Nikhil, and it was a very enjoyable experience. He made us feel comfortable right away, and explained the whole process as we went through the fitting. My wife loved all the customizations. The suit showed up a few weeks later, it shipped very quickly and fit incredibly well right out of the box. I also ordered 2 shirts, and while they were made to the same measurements, they did not fit well. I e-mailed Indochino right away, and not being located near a show room, was linked up with a CSR via e-mail. I was instructed to send in photos of the shirts and suit while I was wearing them along with +/- measurements that I thought would fix the issues. After sending these in, I was immediately notified that new shirts were being made. The replacement shirts showed up a couple of weeks later and fit perfectly. All in all, buying a suit and shirts from Indochino was a great experience and I'll do it again without second thought. Nikhil was a great help and the response I received from the company when my shirts did not fit could not have been better.

Staff has been very friendly however I was told 4 weeks max and I am still waiting 3 months and counting for my order to be completed. I was also told buttons on the suits are custom but each suit comes with different styles depending on the color but when I received my suits they are all the same. Customer service wait times over the phone are very long. I will not be buying from here again unless a miracle happens.

If I could I would give them 2.5 stars but I can't and I don't think they deserve 3. We ordered two suits for my eldest son's wedding; one for my younger son and one for me. The fabric is quite good and the suits arrived on time. Numerous alterations needed to be done on my son's suit as the Metrotown store's staff mis-measured a number of things. However, these were all fixed and his suit looked good. Mine, on the other hand has been a bit of a disaster. After the first fitting, the front buttons were supposed to be raised a bit and the sleeve buttons (sewn on crooked and out of place) were to be fixed. The pants fit fine after the initial alterations. When I went for the second fitting, it was obvious the front buttons hadn't been touched, and the buttons on one of the sleeves was still crooked. We didn't have the time to leave the suit for another two weeks (a ridiculous time for simple alterations) and so the store staff "redid the buttons onsite". They handed me the suit which was creased and needed pressing. I asked, do they have a press and they said yes, they could and would press it for me - come back in an hour. I hung around the mall and returned an hour later and they brought out the suit. No difference, it looked as bad as it did an hour earlier! (If they didn't have the right equipment or people on site, they should have just said so instead of wasting my time and pretending I wouldn't notice they'd done nothing). I took it to my dry cleaner and had them press it properly. I wore the suit at a family 'meet and greet' a couple of nights before the ceremony. The top front button fell off the suit about 1/3 the way through the evening! Luckily, I caught it and my wife was able to find a sewing kit to re-fasten it. Then, later in the evening, the lower front button (which, of course, wasn't even buttoned) dangled dangerously and then fell into my lap while sitting at dinner! We waited until we got home that night and my wife fixed that button as well as two of the sleeve buttons which were also about to fall off. I wore the suit a second time 3 days later at the garden ceremony and as we were waiting for the big entrance of the parents of the bride and groom and the wedding party, my wife noted the right pant hem had come apart and fell down over my shoe! Seriously!?!$&? My wife had had the foresight to pack a travel sewing kit in a "disaster bag" and we went behind a large tree where she quickly stitched up the hem. Unbelievable. Fortunately, I didn't have to wear this suit for the reception as I wore my own tuxedo. Bottom line: BEWARE. The young folks at the Metrotown talk a good talk and say all the right things, but they just don't deliver. I was very disappointed with the lack of attention to detail as regards the "fixing the buttons and failing pant hem" which would have been disasterous had my wife not been able to fix them right there and then.

I wanted to like Indochino but my experience with them was disappointing and frustrating. I ordered a suit and white shirt from them and received a comically poor fitting garment and a white shirt of the wrong material. After two alterations, the suit still did not fit very well and was given back to me wrinkled and covered in dust. The staff are friendly but seem to be young and inexperienced. After giving Indochino three attempts to get the right fit, I asked for my money back as I had already wasted 6 hours in the store and 2 months of waiting. I had to fight to get my money back because they normally don't offer refunds and the whole experience was such a hassle. I think Indochino can make good fitting suits because it seems like many people do have good experiences here but I don't see someone getting the perfect fit unless they have a lot of time to waste with lots of alterations. If you are looking for a great fitting suit, I'd recommend going somewhere else like Moore's or a proper tailor where the staff have more experience.

I’ve been ordering suits, shirts and overcoats from Indochino since 2008, and have been extremely happy with the fit and overall bang for buck. I’ve purchased custom fitted suits and shirts previously elsewhere, but nowhere has come close to the value I receive from Indochino. Now that they have a standalone store it’s even better because I can see and feel the materials before ordering, and the expert tailor’s there can modify and update my stored measurements instantly. I’d like to recommend giving them a try. Ask for Jonny at the Homer St location, as he is very knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. I dealt with him twice recently and felt his service was exceptional.

I really don’t like giving negative reviews but honestly, this company needs to adjust their customer service if they want to remain remotely competitive. My husband bought a sweater online (non custom item) which didn’t fit or come in the colour shade he had expected. I go to return this item in store and they tell me they don’t do exchanges or refunds- even after I’ve explained it’s an online non custom order. Getting attitude from the sales person then suggesting I contact customer service as he has never experienced a return in his entire time working there (hard to believe). Customer service (Sepehr) offered zero assistance and was frankly quite rude, would only speak with my husband (even though I had all the account details and receipt), then told me he can’t do anything and I need to go back to a store to return. Which I did and again, they told me they don’t take exchanges or refunds. I’m going in circles and this experience has made me and my husband never want to purchase anything from this store again. It’s too bad as my husband has bought suits there for years.

Terrible quality suits from cheap material imported from China - after buying two "premium" suits after 6 months one of the suit pants ripped. Even after acknowledging their product quality being below expectations in this instance, the response was to offer another pair of pants to me at a discounted rate, rather than reimburse or replace because the warranty is ONLY 10 DAYS (which says it all in my opinion). Don't waste your money on this company's lure of branding/marketing...there are much better products (and customer service) elsewhere.

I went to the showroom in Vancouver and picked out some nice fabrics and ordered two suits. They arrived quicker then expected which was a plus, However the fit was abysmal. After tailoring and messing around (and a trip to Vancouver) they still fit extremely poorly. I had remakes done and asked for the pants to be taken out which didn’t seem to be complete on the remakes and now am stuck with two suits that do not fit. Spend the extra money and buy a nice suit. The minor cost savings you get with indochino isn’t worth the headache or having a suit you can’t even wear.

I bought a suit for my brother's wedding here and I was thoroughly impressed. I was assisted by Mariam and she was incredibly helpful. I was very uncertain on what I should get (especially for some of the more detailed choices), but thankfully Mariam was able to weigh the pros and cons of each choice based on the settings I'd be wearing the suit in. On top of that, she (and everyone there for that matter) were incredibly kind, supportive and professional. The only down side I could say is that it took maybe 10ish minutes for someone to help us (but honestly, this just illustrates that they take their time with their clients) Would definitely recommend.

The gentleman was good and provided great service. But if you are under the impression that indochino is the equivalent to high end stores like Brooke's Brothers and Harry Rosen you will be disappointed. These suits are straight imported from China and the materials are cheap. They ship your suit to DHL in a pizza box. You have to dry clean your $800 suit before you can wear it. You are better off spending an extra $200 at the highest quality of stores and get 5 star service and handling by the best in the business. Even Stores like Moores have better suits. Glorified Moores with good marketing.

Proof is in the pudding. Haven't received the suit yet (3 weeks out), but I can certainly say that the service was next to perfect. Harsh is, first and foremost, a true gent. He knows the product line like his finely combed beard and is a real enough fella to know exactly what you want. The store is exactly what you you'd expect from a high end made to measure suit store. No BS, functional with clean lines. Great team environment too. Harsh asked another tailor for a second opinion on a number of aspects of my suit and I felt like the whole company was behind making this suit the best one ever. Harsh put his personal spin on the sales process moments after I left the store as soon as I'd parted with a bunch of money. He hollered at me from the street to tell me that I can at least walk away with a pocket square. What a winner. Can't wait to get the finished deal.

I went to indochino based on their instgram account cause the clothing looked good. The process itself in getting measured is decent but the product afterward was just a joke. My sleeve length was comically short and so were all the dress shirts I ordered. When I went to get remeasured I got basic excuses "it take time to get a good suit" it always take a refitting. So i accepted that and waitied for the remake. The remake came back even worse than the prior order. I waited 2 and half month plus 3 trips DT to get a Bullshit looking suit that supposed to make you feel like a millions bucks but you feel like you owe money wearing this garbage. I went to Zara a few blocks away and got a basic suit altered from a tailor at 1/3 the price of what I suppose to pay at Indochino and the suit is better quality at ZARA. i wouldnt recommend this place to any one I know.

I had a tight timeline on some alterations needed and they made sure my suit was ready to go. Pretty disappointed with my service today. I came in about 30-20 mins early and asked them if it was okay if we start a little early. The response I got was “I hope so”. Already off to a bad start. As the three employees continued their conversation, I stood there waiting for some more communication about my appointment and what the next steps were. Soon the one asian Guy, who spoke like he was a Californian surfer, tried talking to me as if we were “bros”. And the. Proceeded to ask one of the other staff if she could help me. To which she replied “I’m off at six....”. That’s fine, fair enough. They continue to awkwardly look at eachother to decide who will be helping me. Call me old fashion but I don’t think customers are hot potatoes you just try to pass on to eachother because you don’t want to. Keep in mind this all happened while I was standing five feet away from them. Finally nikhil takes it upon himself to assist me. But this is when’s things turned bad to worse. While he’s talking to me, again too casual for comfort (we aren’t friends. We aren’t “bros”. I’m a customer trying to buy a suit), he continues to hold conversation with his coworkers while standing in front of me. The kicker is, they are gossiping about another customer right in front of me. Holding a conversation while I’m standing there not sure what I’m supposed to be doing and listening to them gossip about customers. Again, I may be young (23) but even I know this is extremely unprofessional to do right in front of a customer. At this point I no longer feel comfortable having my suit tailored by these immature staff. How can I trust them to take my measurements accurately when they can’t even act professional in front of a customer. This is when I told them “sorry but I’ve changed my mind about getting my suit here.” To which nikhil replied “ oh. Why?” This again seems extremely unprofessional to me. If a customer is telling you they no longer want your services, this is your chance to make it right. I reply “you guys seem very unprofessional. You’re gossiping about another customer right in front of me.” To which he replies “ooh it’s about another customer” But he seems to have missed my point. So I apologize and walk out. Which is a shame because I had come in hoping to buy 2-3 new suits for a new job. I just didn’t feel comfortable spending over a thousand dollars at a tailor that can’t even treat their customers with respect.

Went into the Homer Street location earlier this week after doing quite a bit of reading about Indochino and reading reviews from various sources. The layout was pretty simple, lots of fabric swatches and samples of shirts and accessories. I was greeted by Adrian, who offered to walk me through the process and answer any questions I had. Having done a bunch of research already, I decided to book an appointment for a suit fitting for the next day. The next day, Adrian got me set up for the first step, measurements, which was all entered into an iPad. After that, he came back with a few sample suits as templates based on my basic measurements. After finding a suit jacket and pant that were close, he fine tuned the fit and measurements, going through options and making recommendations. As soon as that was done, he took me over to the fabrics. Once the fabric was chosen he went through all of the options for the suit and all the customizations I could do - all at no extra cost. Once everything was selected, he went over the final configuration, price and what would happen next in terms of delivery and to book a fitting appointment once I receive the suit. Overall, Adrian was great. The process was thorough, but easy, and was done in about an hour. So far, I would highly recommend Adrian and Indochino. Will have to update the review once I receive the finished product.

I read the reviews and was a skeptic about coming here. I wear suits or at least formal wear on the daily. When I got there I was greeted by Arulia. She measured me and fit me in a suit. She explained what she was doing and wanted my opinion on everything. While we picked out fabrics we talked about preferences and she made it easy. The suit came in the mail the other day. I would not change a thing. It fits better than my bespoke suiting. I have never written a review for anything but I think people need to know that this place can be great. My visit to the store was on a Saturday and the suits arrived 13 days later! That's as fast as buying off the rack and getting alterations done. The initial fit is excellent and will only require a few minor adjustments. Overall Indochino completely exceeded my expectations!

Easily the worst experience getting a suit. One of five suits for a wedding and we all had problems with the delivery, staff and store. Ordered online 6 months in advance and there were delivery issues. Had to go to the store twice for alterations because they were not done the first time. No apologies for any of the issues and given the suit without a bag. The staff was more concerned with selling new suits than helping customers that had already paid for their suits. Would not recommend.

Save your money the suits here are not even custom made, the shirts are nicely fitted. However the suits arrive after your measurements are taking and are about 4 sizes to large and then are altered multiple times in the showroom until it fits you. They must be pre made in standard sizes that are a bit wider because I personally know 4 people who went through the exact same experience. Measured exactly..Suit shows up way too big and they are told no big deal we will tighten it up and fit it to you...That is not a made to measure suit ..Hope this review saves a few ppl

Just make sure you are clear woth what you want in terms of traditional or modern looking and factor in that you will need to return for final alterations once your suit arrives. I was shamed in the store for my choices for my wedding party (black in the summer and I quote "poor groomsmen") - I was also told I NEED to purchase in store vs. online "you rather support a computer instead of a person?!". I really do want to like Indochino. I got my suit In time which was no problem. However the issues began after my first alteration. Now I realized i'd probably have to go in for an alteration as my past experience with even professional tailoring I'm store suits required alterations. After my first alteration appointment on March 18th, they told me they were backed up on orders so it may take 2-4 weeks. Understandably, I said that's fine and was told I'd be contacted through email when the alterations are done. By April 15th, I had still not received a notification, but I was passing by the store that day (I do not live downtown so it takes a while for me to get there) and the alterations had been finished on March 23rd. I thought that I must've missed the email and after scouring my inbox for 30 minutes, I still didn't see anything. However technical issues do happen so I tried the suit on, re-confirmed my email (it was still correct) and asked for further alterations. This time I was informed that it could take longer, but after informing them that I can't wait a month since I need the suit for an occasion coming soon, (I had already missed other smaller opportunities to wear the suit by this point) they offered to expedite the process. Happy with this, I left with given expectation that my suit would be finished on May 8. Yesterday, on May 1 I decided to drop by again since I was walking by the store to check up on the process. To my surprise, I was told the suit was already finished. However, there was still no email received. At this point, I realized this is no longer a fault on my end. I waited for about 10 minutes before someone came out to apilogize and told me it would be put on a priority list and finished by this coming Monday (May 6). Apparently there was some confusion and my suit had never even begun alterations. I checked my email with them as well, and it was still correct. Now I'm wondering if I hadn't even gone in randomly to check up on my suit, would I have even had a suit ready for my event? Because of this, I'm giving Indochino this rating. If the suit is not altered by May 6th, I won't be able to wear it to any of the events this month if further alterations are needed. This is disregarding the fact that I've already missed multiple occasions to wear this suit. I don't know much about managing a store and I understand that there are times where it can get extremely busy, but overall my experience with Indochino hasn't been great. With the track record so far, I probably won't go to the store myself before calling them to ensure a trip over there isn't wasted this coming Monday. I'll post an update once I go in again to receive the suit.

The only thing I didn’t like which was a big one was that the website modeled suits are in a studio and the lighting in them I guess are very bright so the actual fabric in the showroom doesn’t match it it’s a lot darker so the suit I actual wanted was way to dark but Zach took his time was able to help me find another great suit.

Chose Indochino for my upcoming destination wedding in New Zealand. Based on the recommendation of a friend (and substantiated by these reviews) I set my initial consult appointment up with Gerald Cruz. My friend, and Google reviews, did not let me down. I haven't bought a suit in more than a decade...and I recall it not being such a great experience. Having gone through the experience at a "big box" men's suit store where they basically take a garment and tailor it down to you, this was a distinctly unique experience. The Indochino approach is to start with a variety of shaped forms, adjust them to suit you (pun intended) and then have those items made to your specifications. My experience with Gerald was fantastic. I came in having done a fair bit of research, but open to being persuaded. Gerald offered a few suggestions from a style perspective, the result is a fantastic, made-for-me suit that doesn't need a stitch of rework. I have been dealing with Indochino Yaletown since September of 2017 on a suit for my wedding which was in January of 2018. The initial measurements of the suit did not result in a good fit, subsequent alterations did not result in a good fit. I felt like I was a kid wearing his grandfather's suit. Indochino was unable to meet the deadline for my event and a week before my wedding I bought a suit from another store without issue. In trying to get my money back for the suit I have dealt with a number of "store managers" who have no ability to help and have told me to come back another time as one of the more senior managers will be able to help sort the issue out. I have been offered store credit but as this has been such an awful experience I prefer to simply get my money back. On my most recent visit toward the end of July there was again no manager who was able to help with this issue but was assured that the store manager, Harsh, would contact me the next day to finally put this issue to bed. I am still waiting on a call back from the manager to resolve this issue.

One of the worst retail experiences I've had. Going in for the fitting was great. I was made to feel comfortable, the employee taking my measurements seemed professional, friendly, and offered me a water etc. I was quoted two weeks to receive the suit and it ended up coming in 12 days, which was nice. Upon opening the box that the suit was shipped in, I encountered a comically wrinkled suit that seemed cut for a completely different person. The pants were several sizes too large, incredibly baggy (think 90's hiphop) and more than 4 inches too long. The shirt that I purchased was also very wrong, with sleeves so small I couldn't even get my hands through with the buttons undone. Strange mix of way too small and giant sized. The quality of the material used in the suit seemed different than what I was shown in the storefront, and the overall construction was terrible, with bunched fabric, frayed seams, and misaligned buttons. I was quoted at least four weeks for alterations, and offered a $75 credit for 3rd party tailoring to get the suit to fit. No tailor is going to able to completely remake a suit for $75, although I have a hard time imagining it could come out any worse than the embarrassing pile of garbage I was sent. Nobody at the store made even the feeblest attempt to make things right, and I'm stuck with a poorly made, absurdly fitting bunch of rags. I'm generally not a fussy or entitled customer, but save yourself the trouble and don't deal with these squids. The tailors in the back of the brick and mortar store aren't making your suit, your measurements are sent to China to be haphazardly thrown together in an actual sweat shop. Look into how and where their suits are made and you'll encounter some seriously suspect ethical practices. Wish I had known how wack this ridiculous company was before giving them my money. 0/10

I had a suit made from IndoChino last month. I was completely clueless when I first walked in, but Gerald guided me through the process from step 1 to the finished product. He helped me select the colour, fabric, styling and customization to make the suit unique to me. With his vast knowledge and experience Gerald really paints a picture in your head as to what the suit will look like depending on the customizations you select. The suit was also delivered well before the delivery date. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I needed to have some last changes/fixes done and I was able to just walk-in for adjustments without a hassle. Mariam squeezed me in between appointments and really helped put the final touches on the suit by helping me select the right tie and other accessories. Overall, I got a quality suit, custom-fitted dress shirt, tie and a pocket square. I’m very happy with the final product and incredibly thankful to Gerald and Mariam!

THE WORST PLACE TO GET ANY SUIT! We ordered our suits here, including one for our groom. Well in advance, paid over $2000 in total..they never arrived. We called them, spent hours going there to get updates, questioned them. Turns out "someone forgot to actually order the suits." The customer service is excellent however the quality of the suit is disappointing. Took suit back for alterations. It's been 5 weeks and still waiting LMFAO. Like I Said the staff are professional however I think it's better you find a traditional tailor. Pay a bit more. At least it won't be done in China and wait 5 weeks for it to be delivered then another 5 weeks for alternations. UPDATE: when I went to get my suit fitted, the qualilty of the suit was not good. Honestly, the suits you can buy in Zara are much better quality. You don't need all those gimmicky customizing. I ended not even bother picking up the suit (told them to donate it).

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. 6 years ago we had a suit made by the then online-only company. I measured my husband according to instructions and the suit arrived fitting perfectly. We were impressed. We recently recommended 2 people to have their suits made by Indochino and since stores are now available, they went in for measurements because we assumed the staff would be more competent than measurements done at home. Both people had very different results than we did! For one person, it took 3 tries to get it right over a 3 month period. The vest and pants were too short, and the shirt sleeves were too tight. It ended up with a new vest and shirt made after the 2nd try as the 2nd alteration still didn't make things right. The other person had 2 tries to get his pants lengthened, and shirt and vest widened for mobility. His suit was finally ready for wear after about 6 weeks. Both people had different staff measuring each time. How does a company who prides themselves on custom suits conduct their business with a big flaw in their process. Either the staff who take measurements can't get it right, or the tailors who sew the clothes can't follow instructions. Regardless, this was a very painful experience for both and I am deeply disappointed that Indochino's standards have dropped dramatically in my opinion.

If I could leave no stars I would. Was measured once at metrotown once in yaletown both got my measurements wrong. Suit took 3 tries and 2 months to get right. Missed the event I ordered it for. Fit is not great - bunchy around the arms. Workmanship is shotty - visible hem lines and threads around pocket. No compensation offered for any of my issues. Do not buy indochino.

Extremely poor customer service; never going back to this outlet ever again. I ordered two suits they were not the correct size went back gave them the suits and requested alterations. Also sent them an email requesting to please return the suits packed in the same box. Booked another appointment for final look but when I went to the store they were too busy with other clients they didn’t even honour my appointment. No value for customer time and also they said sorry we don’t pack the suits in the box whereas they had confirmed on email that the suits will be packed. I didn’t even try the suits as both the agents were busy. Absolutely pathetic service.

My boyfriend and I went in 5 weeks before our engagement party to get 2 custom suits made. The store, the guys, the atmosphere and the entire experience was so beyond great. The staff are all dressed nicely (in suits from Indochino) and very knowledgeable. My bf And I both didn’t know anything about custom suits, so Jeremy took us through the step by step process, making recommendations on what he thought would look good at the event that would compliment my outfit as well. The selection of fabrics is quite big, they have huge panels of fabric, not tiny squares of fabric glued into a book, for you to look at. Anyways, our suits came within 3 weeks (as promised) and they were exactly how we imagined. However the buttons on the jackets weren’t what we had in mind, all it took was a quick 2 min phone call to Indochino, Harsh (the manager) scheduled us in the very next day, Shane (employee) took care of EVERYTHING buttons/alterations & reassured us we’d have the suits well before the engagement. We are not worried at ALL that we won’t get them in time or they won’t turn out right. We’re so confident in them. Great first experience, we will definitely be getting more made :)

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I was part of a group of people that ordered suits 6-7 months in advance and was managed by a person called Shane, all we received were problems. Lets list them out. 1. My suits were ill fitting after submitting the required sizes. (I sent the paperwork twice because our Manager lost the first email i sent him - somehow.. I'm not sure how you can lose an email, but if anyone could do it the staff at Indochino could) 2. The pattern for the jacket that I requested was not on the end product. When I asked our Manager about this he didn't respond to the first email and needed a follow up email to respond to me. The offer was another suit jacket from China or a partial refund (which came across as the biggest hassle since fish tried to walk on land) as I didnt want more to possibly go wrong i opted for the refund. Which i'm not even sure has been processed (??) as the radio silence from our 'Manager' is habitual. 3. Repeated mistakes on every suit that was a part of the order for the Groomsmen. How does this happen? A diligent double checker or someone who responded to emails would have reduced the fact that 7 out of 8 suits had problems. I have never ordered through Indochino and I don't plan to do so again. They seem more interested in new sales rather than responding to emails from existing clients. If our friend hadn't booked the suits so far in advance it would have been chaos for the wedding. If on the other hand you like getting your order wrong, ignored, not getting a refund and otherwise receive the worst customer service in the North American region, then this is the place for you!

Gabe was helping me today and he paid phenomenal care to ensuring that everything about my suit and shirts were just how I wanted them. Gabe offered fantastic reccomendations on personalizations and it was very helpful to have a second pair of experienced eyes to walk me through the entire process. Little things like how when I turned my body in the fitting suit, my pockets would show just a touch so he recommended I get a bit of length on the suit jacket to ensure the sleek look I was going for. This small attention to detail made it feel like Gabe really cared that my suit would turn out well and I am so excited for when it arrives! If all the staff were as attentive as Gabe, I could not recommend Indochino enough!

I had a suit and shirts made for a special event. I went in to be measured by a member of their team as I wasn’t confident doing it myself. After a disappointing first round (which arrived after three weeks) from a fit perspective, I went back to the local Vancouver store thinking I was going to have to argue or fight for a remake/refund. Instead, I had a fit consultation with Travis. He was great; very knowledgable and dedicated to making sure I was happy with my order. After my remake, which only took 2 weeks everything fit much better. I would definitely recommend making sure you leave yourself a couple weeks in case you need adjustments, but overall I was very impressed with Travis’ customer service, attitude and attention to detail. Would definitely recommend paying him a visit if your in the market for an affordable, stylish, made-to-measure suit or shirt.

The worst suit buying expereance of my life. Measuring took 2 hours because the tailor was inexperienced, the order didnt arrive on time so I called and it had been on hold the entire time and after another 3 weeks after the order arrived, it didnt fit. After coming back from the holiday season I called the call center (closed for the holidays) and when I finally got through they told me my time window had expired. He told me he would extend it even though this was on me but the expereance has left me so angry I simply want to return the items or give them away now.

If only I could leave zero stars. First we were given a quote at a special event for wedding suits, called in ahead of time before going in, and were told the price would be honoured from the event by the manager, Travis, who had outright lied. We went in and the groom and best man were measured for an hour after which point we were told they couldn't honour the price. At this point, time had been invested and they were excited about having custom made suits, so we decided to accept the new terms in spite of the lies we were told to get us to come in. The groom's suit was a terrible fit. The pants were over 10 inches too short - obviously a measurement error had occurred, and we needed the suit to do engagement photos. I have a sewing background and asked to get a new suit made as there was no amount of alterations that could make it fit properly. Fast forward - after having gone through 4 alteration fittings over a period of two months(missing our photos), the manager decided to order a new suit and conceded that the original measurements and suit were impossible to alter. Unfortunately, at that point, they no longer had the lining we had wanted that matched everyone else's. So my husband ended up with a mismatched lining. We also had to do different buttons to match and were told we would get another set for the best man, who had decided he would rather go to another tailor and pay out of pocket than deal with this. Two more alteration fittings and I still had to go back to get more buttons because they gave us the wrong amount. Each time we went we had to deal with paying for parking and an hour or more for fittings. The manager, Travis even wanted to argue about the number of buttons we were given, instead of apologizing for making a mistake and promising to make it right. It would have been much less work to have a suit actually custom made (as we learned these are not actually) by a local tailor, and cost less overall, as I learned when sourcing for future suits and that is what we will be doing from this point onward. We never even went back to pick a tie and pocket square (they didn't have any stock when we were there), which were part of the suit price, because we just don't want to put in any more work or be disappointed any further. We don't expect the world when we shop, and as my previous reviews indicate, we are pretty low maintenance, easy to please people, but this was easily the only terrible experience we had leading up to our wedding, and I wanted to warn anyone who was thinking of shopping here what we went through so that they can be aware before doing the same.

Discriminatory Customer Service Discriminatory customer service at Indochino towards a female-identifying customer. The staff were inattentive, rude, and failed to offer support or assistance even when we asked for their help and advice. We were extremely disappointed, especially in comparison to my experience shopping there as a gender conforming male. My friend felt discriminated against because she is a woman wanting to wear a men’s dress shirt. She felt ignored and minimized, which prompted sad memories of other similar incidences. Her experience at Indochino left her feeling depressed and sidelined by society. I reported this via Indochino’s ‘Contact Us’ page online and received a template-like ‘sorry’ with absolutely no acknowledgment of the gravity of what took place or any offer to rectify the situation. Service here was top notch! Kaelan, the associate who did my initial suit fitting, was efficient and the suit came in needing few alterations. The alterations I did need, were marked by Zach, and came out perfectly. I can't find suits that fit off the rack anywhere, so Indochinos is defintely the way to go.

I went in to the Yaletown location to get fit for a couple suits. Went through reviews to see who was the best there to see. Gerald Cruz's name comes up very often and always had exceptional reviews so I called to book an appointment with him. He spent an extraordinary amount of time helping me pick materials, options/features on my suits and shirts. Above and beyond my expectations. Is incredibly helpful in the selection process which of course is important. He spent lots of time measuring and explaining what he was doing so you really felt involved in the process. He was very meticulous in his measuring. I can't wait to get everything. I would definitely recommend that you visit and ask for Gerald. You won't be disappointed!!

My fiancé and I set up an appointment with Harsh for my wedding party to come in and get fitted. When we arrived we had Joey, Jonah, Mashhour, Vanessa and Zachary all there waiting for us. They put in the extra effort and expertise to make it a fun experience for the groomsmen. The next day I realized we ordered the wrong colour suits and immediately called Harsh. He was extremely helpful and had no problem changing all 8 orders for us on a busy Sunday afternoon. I highly recommend giving these guys a visit! Individual or group orders they will go out of their way for you and make it a worry free process. Hands down the best service I've had buying a suit.

I've bought several suits from Indochino. For a tailor made suit, I think their pricing is great. So are all the ways in which you can customize your suit. What really sets them apart for me is the commitment to getting everything fitting just right, even if that means multiple alterations or even a remake. I always ask for Gerald in the Vancouver showroom - he is excellent.

The one thing that I do love about indochino is that they go above and beyond to make sure the suit is fitted perfectly to your satisfaction- everyone that works there are super friendly and very professional- I highly recommend this location if you ever need a suit.

I don't wear suits often and didn't know much about the subtleties that go into making them but luckily I had Harshi help me through the entire process. He was patient but also provided me with recommendations along the way which resulted in two outfits that impressed family and friends at my niece's wedding. I was part of a bridal party of 5 whom all 5 suits had fitting and customizing issues. The website had promised free international shipping as part of the deal and 2 out of the 5 suits weren't sent out. Upon getting fitted one week prior from the wedding, the staff only provided bare minimum information and advice with regards to alterations, and were extremely reluctant to make changes. This made us feel like an extreme inconvenience to the indochino brand. Be prepared to dig your heels in to get what you want if you have the time, which I unfortunately do not have. Some adjustments could not be made in time, so we were forced to wear ill fitting suits. This seems to be a re-occurring theme with this company just from reading previous reviews. The groomsmen bonded over the poor service and quality from indochino.

Bought 3 suits and shirts in the past. This time, order went missing. Took 2 months to get the replacement order, which did not fit at all when received. Remeasured, submited remake order. Still doesnt fit. Measures are not reliable, customer care is not the same as before. Customer centre takes no ownership and responsibility. No follow ups. Calls were not being returned.

I went in and prior to placing an order for 2 suits, made it clear that I needed them before a certain date. I was told the suits would be delivered in 4 weeks rather than 2-3 weeks because of a busy time. Which is completely understandable and still fit the timeline. However, we’re at our deadline it just shipped from China… now I’ll be stuck with 2 suits and shirts that I have no use for. Complete waste of time and money. Thanks Indochino, I will definitely not recommend to anyone I know.

Terrible Experience. Very un-resourceful management and sales people. The app was down so they made us wait about an hour. Then proceeded to take measurements (took over 45 min) and after all of this (total of 2 hours) the sales girl said she was too nervous to do anything because she didn't have internet. The employees clearly need some proper training.
