We bought a baby bassinet which was sold as new in a box only to come home to build it and find out it was obviously USED and returned. There was URINE on the fitted mattress sheet and hair from the previous owner. Absolutely DISGUSTING to be sold a baby item used and in that condition!!! Burlington needs to be responsible in items that are returned and checked instead of being sold to customers as new. We will never shop at Burlington again. This forever left an absolutely disgusting impression on us.

So my first time inside of a Burlington I was really pleased but I was able to find dress shirts at my size a reasonable price. The store is huge and it first it's a little difficult to find your section but once I did I was by there was lots of options. Seems like halfway between a Ross and a Nordstrom's Rack

Sold us a trench coat that was missing the tags, belt, and button. When returning it we were refused because it was missing all of it. I get the policy of having a receipt but it doesn't say tags are needed especially when all the cashier had to do was type in the sku number and verify it was their item. Terrible customer service in which cost them 4 customers.

Stupid cashier who forgot to take the sensor out of the jacket i bought. I found out the problem and came back right away(about 2 mins later) After telling her the problem, her attitude was so rude and told me I have to wait. Just when I thought my Christmas was dealt a major setback the employees at Burlington brought the joy back!! Seriously I was out shopping today and left my IPhone 12Pro in the shopping cart. (I’ve done this at various stores in the last year but will not name any other retailers.) BUT today my phone was turned in to lost and found! Thank you to the honest crew member who turned it in. I liked how one of the workers helped me in the purse department today.I was looking at purses and put it back and decided I wanted it but couldn’t find it.And she went out of her way to help me find it.She said “don’t worry we will find that purse” and she found it for me.She was organizing all the purses today.She is a great worker I was very happy I don’t know her name but she is soo nice! Good selection, a bit hectic, because its huge, but here is my story: I went to the outlets to shop for a coat and went to many stores, after leaving this store I came to the horrific realization that I had lost my purse. I was absolutely frantic, I was across the mall when I realized and I remembered last having it in Burlington; so as I was running back I called and the floor associates and managers were next to useless, callus actually, so I had little hope. It wasn't until I got there and asked a member of their security team for help that I actually had people on my side helping me look for my purse. The security team was so sharp and compassionate, within minutes all five of them were working on checking cameras, walking aisles, contacting the outlet security team, etc. Well we found it! Thank you so much Burlington Security team, hopefully you can teach the sales managers a thing or two : )
