I got my wedding dress cleaned and it was beautifully preserved in a box for me. I also recently brought in a bridesmaid dress that was covered in mud due to forest photos taken in the end of October. The dress was completely cleaned and looks perfectly new!

Customer service is very important to me...unfortunately this business does not feel the same. The women that answers the phone is rude, abrupt and has no people skills at all. I will not use this business in the future, I will take my dry cleaning into London. I gave one star because it would not allow me to not give any stars, however this business deserves no stars.

Brought a pair of shorts in to be repaired at the seam. Paid around $25. Wore them for less than an hour and they split again in the exact same spot. I had my wife bring them back the very next day and she was told they would "take care of it". Had to pay another $20 the second time around to get my shorts back. Disappointing customer service.

Came in to get my wedding dress dry cleaned and preserved. My dress was simple but pretty delicate so I was nervous to take it anywhere. Happy to say they did an excellent job! The box they provided is great quality, and I couldn’t be more pleased!! Truly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service!

Went today to drop off wedding dress & 2 flower girl dresses for cleaning. Site says open 9am - 1pm Saturdays. Got there at 10am, closed. Already had in the car & ready to go so took dresses elsewhere, suggest you update your hours on the site.

I had a coat cleaned by them through independent grocery store in Ingersoll and I needed 2 buttons repaired - one was loose and one was literally hanging off the coat - when I got home and looked at the coat the one button was still hanging off the coat and the other one was sewn on with ONE piece of thread - I called and was rudely told to call back in the morning when the cleaners were there so when I called in the morning the girl I spoke to wasn't any politer than the girl the night before and she told me they replaced 3 buttons - why they would replace 3 buttons don't know cause all the other buttons were fine and I still have a button literally hanging off my coat - not to mention how expensive they are - I will never use them again!!!

Very unprofessional and very expensive. I have been there 3 times and every time the price went up. It’s double the price to get a suit clean there verse other places in town or in Cambridge. They charge me 30 bucks plus hst and I found a place on Norwich that charge $16 plus hst. Such a ripe off

Brought in my suit which I needed pressed quickly for my fathers funeral. They took it and pressed it right away for me while I waited at the counter. I appreciated the concern they showed about my situation and that they pressed my suit while I waited. I didn’t even ask for immediate service. I will definitely use them again.
