Brought in my son's favourite coat for a very small but necessary fix. It was a type of repair that she doesn't normally do, but she thought that she might have the part that we needed and wanted to give it a try for us. The coat was fixed and ready the very next day, and she refused to let us pay for it - she said that it was just small thing and that she was happy to help us out. We so appreciate her kindness, and will absolutely return to her for any tailoring needs that we may have!

I was promised a deadline & pickup date. I arrived the day of the wedding & she had not even started on my dress. So i waited one hour for her to complete the dress as the wedding was in 3 hours. On a separate occasion my husband coincidentally brought his suit there (without telling me) and he was promised it would be done at the end of the week. She is now closed until January 3rd and he needs his suit for a wedding December 31st….

Brought my pants in to get hemmed and she even fixed a tear in one of them. She had them finished the very same day. Very polite and kind lady. Much more affordable then the place at the mall, and nicer I might add. Will definitely be coming back for my future alterations. Thanks again!!

The employee of this establishment told an African-American customer that they “didn’t” alter wedding dresses, after telling that same customer that they did on the phone before she arrived at the store. She later found out that her caucasian friend is getting her wedding dressed altered at this store.
