The place is pretty expensive and the customer service is terrible. I left few pants for tailoring and a white lab coat for dry cleaning and I went to pick them up few days later. The lady at the desk could not find them and had to ask for help. A gentleman came and was very rude. He found my clothes and shoved them at me and he was kind of kicking me out of the store!. I left without checking the clothes only to find out when I came home that the white lab coat still have the stain I took it to dry cleaning for and the tailoring on the pants is not well done. I will have to take the cot and pants to another facility and pay again to get the coat cleaned and the pants hemmed correctly. Would not advice going there. I think you are confusing me with someone else in your reply to my review. My wife did not come to the dry cleaners at all. I did not stop by several times and did not try to pick up the clothes earlier. I actually stopped after the time that was assigned to me. I don’t know if you are confused about my specific case or you are just trying to make it look like you accommodated me. I dropped off three pants and a white coat and picked them up later. Stopped by the place only twice, once for drop off and one to pick up my items.

Rembrandt cleaners and tailoring are the best! I go to them for all my dry cleaning and tailoring needs. I took a coat to them that had a very very old stain on it and they got it out and made the coat look new! I have also taken many dresses and fancy clothing for them to tailor and they have always provided quality work and fast too! 10/10 would recommend if you are looking for a new tailor or dry cleaning service.

Got my wedding dress altered here and they did an amazing job.. did not have to pull up my dress it fit snug just how I wanted it. They also fixed my broken bathing suit top while I waited. Very friendly and also have taken a few dresses to be cleaned there as well.

Came in from a recommendation from my neighbor and from the suit place across the street. High recommend them. Super fast and professional. My suit fits perfectly. And he I was only in for 10 mins to have it sized. The price is a little but high but quality work doesn't come cheap!

Over priced to start and they ruined 20%-50% of my shirts 3 times in a row. Shirts that aren't ruined are still wrinkled when they give them back to you. They refused to refund my money or replace my shirts so I had to take my business elsewhere.

I brought a suit to Rembrandt Tailoring that had been altered multiple times in the past by a big box suit store. Like many other people I put on some weight during quarantine, but I didn’t want to go and buy another suit. The guys at Rembrandt looked at every seam and took many measurements to ensure the suit fit perfectly. One week later when I picked it, it couldn’t have fit any better. Be prepared to pay a little bit more than a big box suit store tailor would charge, BUT you get you get a significantly better result!!!

You have to respect honesty and transparency. Having lost 46 lbs (weird flex I know, lol) I had to have a suit I just bought less than two years ago and only worn once maybe twice taken in in the waist and jacket. Amir was honest enough to tell me that for the price I was going to pay to have my suit altered, I could buy and new suit and have the pants hymned for less. I did just that as he referred me to Todd's right next door. I purchased the suit, brought it right over and he did the pants while I waited for $15.00. He could have sold me the alteration for $165 and been set but his integrity wouldn't let him do so. I will continue to do business here in the future as I know I and anyone I recommend will be taken care of.

Went in because I wasn’t sure whether to get a jacket tailored or not. He could have accepted the work anyways, but made the honest choice to say that the jacket was already in good shape. Also did an excellent job on hemming some pants.

It was literally last minute I needed a white skirt suit. I am a size 0 to 00 & the smallest I could find was a size 4. I took the suit in early Thursday afternoon & it was ready by 4pm the next day altered & professionally pressed. I hated the buttons that it came with, he even changed the buttons for me..He made a size 4 fit me like a size 0. The Tailor was very professional & I just loved how reassuring & kind Randy at the front desk was. These guys saved my day. Saturday came & because I looked my best I felt my best. Job well done in very little time! Definitely will be a customer for life.

I brung in my faux leather dress to be adjusted for more space in the hip, bust, and waist area(s) and my Canada Goose down jacket to be sewed from my dog ripping the fabric. On Monday it was brung in and picked up on Wednesday! It was pretty pricey ($$$) 50+ for these 2 items which was shocking to me however, I truly believe you get what you pay for. There are no fringes, loose ends, etc. and it truly looks like quality work. Great customer service as well! I also want to acknowledge that even during the busy holiday season and the upcoming holiday (New Year’s Day) around the corner, I had no problems picking up my clothes promptly. I was treated with patience and respect.

Disappointing. Have had decent experience in the past. However have a wedding this weekend, and received all 3 of my shirts back with heavy creases in them. The worst one of course being my tux shirt for the wedding itself. Disappointed I paid $6/shirt for something I could’ve done better myself and now have to do myself.

I have brought a few pieces here for fixing mostly pants. They are very inexpensively priced ,always try to get your clothing back to you in a reasonable time frame and rectify items if something isn't right. I brought in a pair of shorts, and there was a miscommunication and they dry cleaned the shorts instead of fixing the seam. I brought it back and they apologized and fixed it right away while I was there. I appreciate the prompt customer service and the willingness to own their mistake. I will be back.

This review is a few weeks late. I recently got married and couldn’t be more pleased with this tailor. After my first fitting I made the mistake of simply picking my dress up without trying it on. I tried it on closer to my wedding date and didn’t love the fit but thought it was too late to make adjustments. Two days before my wedding I tried it on again and was upset that it didn’t sit right on me. I was so worried about the look so I called and was told to bring it in. All it took was adjusting the straps for the fit to be just right. I am SO thankful for the tailor. He was professional and wanted to make sure I felt great on my wedding day. I still feel guilty for asking for the favor with little time given their multiple other customers. Thank you thank you! I highly recommend. Try the dress on after the first fitting. Weight fluctuates, etc. might take 2 to 3 adjustments. I felt amazing on my wedding day thanks to this tailor.

Great work and honest people. They explain the services provided and if something is worth altering or not. I bought a suit that was too large. The tailor provided me with an honest assessment and advised I purchase a more suitable cut. I went back and did just that. He could have altered the original suit and charged me a hundred plus dollars but he was forthright. I came back and paid a third of what I would have paid. These guys are trustworthy professionals and they have a customer for life.
