I recently got my wedding dress and brought it to this location to get it altered. I came from out of town and she tried to cancel on me last minute because she was "too busy", even though she booked it a month in advance. The actual reason she tried to cancel was because she didn't do any work on it. When I told her I still had to come in, she rushed through it and ruined my wedding dress before I got there. I was so so so devastated. Hopefully I can find someone who can fix it! She also didn't bother fixing another dress I brought in and ruined my sister's dress & lied about that one too. Don't make the same mistake I did. Go somewhere else! Quality & customer service was absolutely terrible. I would give a 0 rating if I could.

I brought my wedding dress to Lady Di, I had a bunch of major alterations needed and a 4 week deadline - mission accomplished! I felt so comfortable there. I had 5 dress appointments, all booked around my availability and all to make sure my dress was exactly right. I couldn't be happier with the end result!! Sad that after all of the work put in, you only wear it for a few hours. Thank you so much for all of your hard work and making our day extra special!!

I had my wedding dress made at Lady Di's and I must say the experience was wonderful and eye opening! While I knew it would take some time to have a dress made, I was ignorant of the detail required and how extensive the process would be! I called Lady Di's around late December and grabbed the last spot for having a handmade wedding dress for my June wedding. My fittings started in January and they were pretty much weekly for a while. They were meticulous in making sure everything was perfect before going onto the next step. It was wonderful having my dress made because I really felt part of the process and they would always ask how I liked it to make sure it was perfect to my taste. It also makes me feel my wedding dress is even more special because I know all the time and detail that went into it. It truly was a labour of love as Jennifer and Diane are highly passionate about what they do. I would not hesitate to send family or friends there as they are good, honest people who do high quality work. The only thing I will say is make sure you give enough time to have the work done. Some people give poor reviews for customer service, but I think it is because they don't understand (as I didn't at first) the time and the extensiveness of the work involved in alterations. (For examplee they started my dress in January and I'm picking it up late May.) The truth is Diane and Jennifer hold themselves to a level of excellence. I believe any time they have turned people away it's because they won't do sub par work and they also don't make promises they can't keep. They're only two people and they run a busy business. They simply won't take on more work than they can handle because they don't want the quality of their work to suffer. They always respect their customers and go an extra 5 miles to make sure their customers are satisfied.

Lady Di's is a great little consignment bridal place. In speaking with the owner, I found that their phylosophy is that every bride should be able to feel like a princess on her wedding day, regardless of her budget. They have many gowns just waiting in all sizes for the budget-conscious bride. She also provides alterations on site for her gowns and others. Make sure you call to book early, as she requires a 3 month minimum for your bridal gown. There are a few parking spots right outside her front door in a little private parking lot.

I brought a bridemaid dress in, needing minor alterations. They had my dress for 13 days. When I went to pick it up, it was not ready. They had barely touched it during the 2 week period of them having it. I had to wait for them to hurry and finish it and because of this, the dress does not fit. The sewn in cups are barely sewn in and not at all placed correctly. I'll be using tape to help that situation. The ladies are very nice, but I feel they are too busy for their own good.

The ladies here are fantastic. It’s clearly a labour of love. They’re fun to talk to, and they know what they’re talking about. I went in with my girlfriend to get a dress altered for Valentine’s Day. We went in with an idea of what we were lookin for, and they were able to tell us exactly what needed to be done to make it happen. I definitely recommend checking them out.

There is no better place that you could take your alterations than to Lady Di's! She is quite simply amazing! We chose to drive from London to Windsor for all of our alterations because of a negative experience we had with someone in London and she was able to surpass all of our dreams for my daughters wedding dress, the bridesmaids dresses and the mother of the bride dress! We could not be happier! She even altered my daughters spanx so they could be worn with her wedding dress! Unbelievable! We would not hesitate to come back here for future alterations!

I had a fantastic experience at Lady Di's. I felt very taken care of and listened too, and never rushed. I have had a bridesmaid's dress, wedding dress, and evening dress altered there, and have also brought my bother and bridesmaids there. Everyone who works there is thorough and patient, and never makes you feel rushed or that you're asking too much. Their rates are outstanding, and they are worth every penny and much more! Not only did they alter my wedding dress, but created a beautiful wrap, garter, and added antique earrings to my shoes. I can't offer enough praise or thanks for their hard work! Always make sure to give them 2 months notice for wedding dresses, as they are very popular and it's important to book an appointment. You can't go wrong by going here :)
