I had 14 pieces altered and all but one piece was done to perfection (one piece just had some straps twisted but it was a simple fix). I was extremely impressed at how quickly the alterations were pinned to how accurate the final product was. I had everything adjusted from tshirts to jeans to jackets to formal wear. The items were pricey pieces of clothing so the quality of the alterations were important to me. I had a pair of white pants that needed an adjustment at the waist. They were able to do the alteration so perfectly that you cant even tell it was ever altered. There was enough material that they didn't have to insert any additional material. I even had a Jean jacket altered to be 3 sizes smaller and they did it to perfection.
