So, the laundromat is fine, the people working there however, are soooo rude, the family hotel/laundromat workers in my opinion shouldn't work in customer service ever. They yelled at more than 5 people while I was there for 3 hours. I had a ton of laundry and was clearly a customer, and they wouldn't let my boyfriend use the washroom because it's for "customers only" which made no sense to us, but we weren't about to start anything. Long story short I'll never go there again, and if I do I hope it's run by a proper business person by then

Cheap - so is the service. Old machines, clothes not really clean. If you need a quick wash and your clothes are not too dirty you can stopp here.

The only laundromat ive ever been to that makes you buy tokens for the machines. Also its the only place in town that has dry cleaning and it was broken down for 2 months

This place sucks! The receptionist ignores you when you try to exchange coins...there were 4 of us waiting 10 minutes for her to come out and then she tells us she has no loonies. How do you run a laundromat and have no change for your machines. Also no exchange of American coins so if you are a traveler, skip this spot.

Do not use this laundry mat. Their change machine took my money and didn't dispense the change, when I bought it to the attention of the attendant ( owner) she said there was nothing she could do. Nice to know they have no problem stealing from their customers

Way too hot in there! Their dryers shrink your clothing as there's no way of setting the temperature (high, mid, low setting seem to be the same) and ìt is a hot spot for homeless people after about 4 pm as they seem to give out free food. (Which is awesome but not at the same time) People are smoking right outside the doors so that's fun as well. Not overly a "family friendly" place

Prices ok. Mashines worked. Have a coins changing machine and a soap machine. Enough for what I was searching for. Staff is unmotivated.

rude staff and poor equipment. Dryer ate our coins and they wouldn't refund even though we could see the coins still in the coin slot. Staff was useless and had a very bad attitude, made us exchange our extra change so we "didn't waste all their loonies". Better off using the laudromat next door.
