Had a very disappointing experience with my wedding dress here. The manager ended up refunding the cost of alterations/cleaning and reimbursing me for the cost of the dress as it was not wearable after their alterations. Thankful they at least dealt with it but ultimately, I was still left without a dress 2 months before my wedding! Would seriously think twice about taking your wedding dress here as I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same stress as I did. If there were issues during the alterations I would have expected to be told about them, or even turned away at the start of the process if the dress wasn’t suitable.
