We were created by a friendly staff member, and checked in quickly and without any issue. The room was clean, comfortable, and prefect for our needs. Super quiet and seemed to be in a safe area. I would recommend this hotel to others

The hotel was very clean but it has no pool and the breakfast is basic yet it charges as much as the other hotels who offer more. The rooms are not sound proof so you hear all of your neighbors as they talk and go into their rooms.

A great place to stay. I have stayed here for several years in a row. This year they changed the location of the dog show, to a town about 30 minutes away. Nevertheless, the whole gang of us all still stayed at this hotel. Worth the little extra driving.

General Comfort Inn experience.... Has a bed, has a door, breakfast is like cafeteria food; generally everything you'd expect or require.

Je reviens toujours à cet hôtel lorsque je suis à Trois-Rivières. La qualité du lieu et le service courtois se sont toujours maintenus au fil des années. Avec la boîte déjeuner à emporter, c'est un très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Very good location just by the highway, close to malls and a Timmy. Beddings is great, the staff are friendly and meet you with a smile every morning. The breakfast is included in the room price, and what a good deal this is. Eggs, pancakes, sausages, bacon, fruits, yogurt...really worth to try, their coffee is excellent. Parkings have plug in's, and this was really appreciated during our stay. I would return. Gerry

Nous avons dormi la porte ouverte pour aéré quelque peu, malgré tout ça les odeurs y étaient toujours au petit matin. Par contre, le déjeuner était de bon goût et généreux. Tout étaient emballé séparément afin de respecter les consignes du ministère de la santé. Dorénavant on se renseignera sur l'état des chambres (sans tapis) avant de réserver ! Finalement trop cher payer????

The hotel has everything you need for a budget stay. The staff was friendly and quick to check us in and out. They respect Covid protocol so there was not hot breakfast, but "Grab and go" brown bag. The entrance is accessible for the 1st floor, there is no elevator or cart. Tne location is great right off 40 hwy, in 100 meters there are a big meat shop, SAQ and bakery which has anything you dreamed of.

Clean, comfortable accommodations with helpful service. The bed was comfortable and the surroundings were pleasant.

Bien, mais lits trop petits. Rien signé à l’hôtel, et payé plus cher que ma réservation en ligne. J’ai posé la question à ce sujet et pas été capable de me répondre en me disant que la gérante m’appellerait plus tard, aucun appel de sa part.

The room was very clean and the service was great!

This hotel was in a quiet area. It was relatively a quiet stay as we checked in late. For those who need accessibility, they are limited to only the first floor as there are no elevators. Complimentary breakfast was very good with a variety of different foods.

The Comfort Inn in Trois Revieres provided everything we needed for our overnight stay. We liked the location since we could walk to stores in the area. The staff was very helpful in printing off directions to a restaurant for us.

déborer le chaufage dans les chambres ou le faire réparer. je suis en séjour dans votre établissement pour 7-8 jours et les deux seule fois que j'ai séjourné dans un hotel étais avec votre compagnie. Les deux fois le chauffage ne fonctionnais pas. c'est asser ridicule.

I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn in Trois-Riviere. The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was great. I didn't expect a microwave and a couch in the room, it was a nice suprise. The best thing about the stay was the free hot breakfast. Great value for what I paid. Highly recommeded.

It is good overall, but the shower has low debit, feels more like someone is gently spitting on you. But great room and services

Décevant sur toute la ligne pour le prix! Hôtel qui aurait besoin d’être rénové. Odeur de la chambre. Beaucoup de bruits, on entend tout du corridor. Il n’y avait plus rien (œufs -saucisses) au déjeuner et on s’est fait dire qu’il navait plus de temps pour nous en faire...même s’il restait plus de 30 minutes au déjeuner....
