Wonderful service! I needed a dress to be enlarged and she did such a good job, I hardly noticed the new fabric on the dress. Just be aware that getting a dress enlarged will be quite expensive.

My boyfriend visits Mina to have all his suits altered, and absolutely raves about how good of a job she does. He had a negative experience at a different tailor resulting in an ill-fitting suit, which he then brought to Mina and she was able to fix everything (and make it fit perfectly!) as a rush as we had a wedding to attend that weekend. We would highly recommend her for any of your alterations!

Mina did such great work! I have a vintage(90’s) Chalkline brand Raiders jacket, and needed the cuffs extended. Mina was able to extend the cuffs 1 1/4 “(inches) seamlessly! Now the jacket fits like a glove and no one is the wiser it’s had work done. She also fixed a hole in a lovely hoody of mine. Very good work! Very professional. Great understanding of the materials and is more than happy to accommodate your needs. I highly highly recommend Mina if you need any kind of alterations done. Thank you Mina! I have only good things to say about Mina and her work! I was getting ready for a big family wedding, and took about 10 traditional Indian outfits to her for alterations. She was extremely meticulous with each outfit, and recommended the right alterations. Her work was flawless, and I was so grateful that she was able to get my 10 outfits altered and ready for the wedding on a very short timeline. When I went to pick up my clothing, she had even packed everything up for me in a bag I had left at her place, which was above and beyond my expectations! She's kind, respectful, honest, and obviously extremely talented when it comes to design and alteration. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone, and I will be a customer for life! Wow! What a great place. I called them last night, in a pinch, an hour before closing to inquire about service. They said they could have my kid’s 4 pants hemmed by tomorrow. Well, I went and I asked them if they could at least hem one set of pants for each of my kids that night, as they needed them the next day for private school. She agreed!!!! This was at 6:25 and they close at 7pm. When I returned at 7pm she had all four sets of pants completed!!! I was so thankful. Such a sweet lady and a great business. I will definitely return. She helped me out when I needed it the most. If you are in the area and need alterations, I would recommend without hesitation.

Finding a quality tailor/seamstress in Toronto is extremely difficult. The countless dry cleaners who offer “alterations” pretty much hack up your clothes. Mina on the other hand offers nothing but professional quality work! She’s brought several of my old suits back to life, making them fit as if they were custom! Mina is one of the most talented tailors I have ever come across between Boston, New York, London, and of course Toronto. Her work is impeccable and quick, and frankly she doesn’t charge enough for the work that most tailors either would turn down or botch. She is also so committed to excellence and customer satisfaction that she performs re-alterations if the clothes don't fit right and does fittings if she is altering a more complex garment. I couldn’t recommend this tailor enough, especially for petite women (for reference I am 5’4” and could easily shop at the children’s department if needed) and for those who want high-end, designer clothes & fabrics altered. Mina also has a background in fashion design and knows how to make clothes from scratch. While she doesn’t market this service, this competence is a testament to her impressive skill as a tailor. She also often makes very fashionable suggestions for changing a garment’s style in a way that will better flatter both you and the garment’s fabric and cut. Lastly, she is not only very professional, but also has a great, easy-going personality, and is clearly passionate about clothes and her work. Wish I could give her 10 stars.

Mina is a miracle worker. I had a very complicated vintage wool-blend trench coat that was 2 sizes too large, with two gun flaps and a back yoke. She transformed it beautifully from a size medium to extra-small and tailored it perfect to my body. I also felt very safe in her studio as she wore a mask and she had a little area off to the side with a mirror and screen. Thank you so much Mina, you did a fantastic job - I'll be back soon!

When I arrived to pick up my garment, she was in the process of closing the store early. She rushed me out, saying I wouldn't need to try it on. Needless to say, it didn't fit properly. I don't recommend taking anything of quality here.
