The entire team at Oscar Hunt are responsive, easy to work with and helpful. I ordered two suits through Fernando in the Sydney team who was really informative throughout the entire design process. He was completely transparent on advice around wool, linings and finer details in the design. I've been to a few other tailors in Sydney and can confidently say the OH experience was the best. If you're looking to have your first suit or looking to replace a current suit, I think you'd struggle to do any better. Special thanks to Claire as well!

The suits are incredible, right down to the tiniest of details, and the boys and I had a great time getting all suited up over a few drinks. I bought one suit from OH two years ago after some pretty bad experiences buying suits from three separate suit shops (one of the rack, one tailored and one off the rack with some tailoring).. I have only gone back to OH and bought two more suits and a tux since then. The quality is high and the price is worth it, plus the team invest the time to make sure you get what you want (especially if its the first good suit you're buying).

Not one to write reviews, but the experience i had at Oscar Hunt Tailors compelled me too. Firstly, the studio is just immaculate and the decor is everything you would assume it to be; very sleek and old school, like that of a New York loft. From the first moment you walk in, you really feel appreciated. Special shout out must go to Fernando of whom made me feel incredibly comfortable straight away and you really can feel the passion that he has for the craft without being overbearing or making you feel like you're out of your depth. I've been wondering the tailoring streets of Sydney for a while now, but I'm sure i have to look no further than Oscar Hunt.

I was getting married in January and first met wit the team at Oscar Hunt in November, I knew the timeline would be tight however the team at Oscar Hunt were very open with me in terms of expectations and delivery. Their service was fantastic and the process from choosing a fabric to getting measured up was done in a relaxed atmosphere yet Steve knew exactly what he was doing to tailor this suit to my body shape. When I got my suit I couldn't be happier and from the second fitting only the slightest of adjustments was required. Wearing it on my wedding day, the suit was comfortable and looked great, I'd definitely recommend Oscar Hunt to anyone looking for a new tailored suit. So I've been bugging the OH team for almost 2 yrs now and have nothing but good things to say. - Garments are consistent (have had a bunch of clothes made so far) and there is a great selection of different fabrics at various price points - Service is also consistent. if they say something will be done or arrive on x week/day, then it will be done or arrive on that week/day - in-house tailor/s are very good, have had countless alterations done long after ordering and wearing garments. So there is the peace of mind there. - judicious selection of classic menswear is available beyond their tailoring: think shoes, ties, coats, polos etc. Creative design is definitely a step above many other MTM houses - most importantly, the people. I've only had the pleasure of meeting Nick, Fernando and Clare but can only assume the rest of the team is just as great. when i first stumbled into their showroom I was a student looking for something decent to wear to graduation with no knowledge of classic menswear. The team is very educated in these matters and explain things very clearly and without any pretensions anyway could go on and on but this is a great business. You can rest assured that you will be in very capable hands.

All I can say is not only they provided the best boutique experience but exquisite made to measure quality suit in Australia. Followed their Instagram page about a year ago and decided to visit their Sydney’s boutique on appointment base, I was fortunate to be taken care off by Thomas and the team which leads to a multiple fittings now. Thomas know his stuff very well and straight away I know I will be very pleased with the suit. As a result not only the suits looks amazing both formal and casual, he lifted the level up by adding extra detail to the suits which made me really happy. If you're looking for a 5 star suit ALONG with a 5 star experience than Oscar Hunt is the place to go! The showroom is a sanctuary within the CBD... with a large range samples and accessories. You are even greeted with a beer or spirit of your choosing on a arrival. The boys really know their stuff! They were so helpful with fabric and style selection and completely transparent on pricing! The final fit of the suit was second to none and I have had many suits tailored over the years!

I am happy to continue the 5 star streak that Oscar Hunt has earned. I have had MTM suits from what I would say are similar calibre services in the past, but the result I have obtained from Oscar Hunt are just a touch more refined and detailed. The fitter was able to identify issues that I would have thought could only be solved by going bespoke, yet after a tiny pinch here and there, the suit was transformed from 2nd to 3rd fitting and I am totally happy with the end result.

Oscar Hunt is a great example of a company that is willing to go above and beyond to assist you in creating the perfect suit. A key difference to other suit stores is that both you and the tailor go on a journey to make a suit that you want - and at a very affordable price point. There is no rush and ample time to make a decision. The vibe is relaxed and private, with a drink first offered when you come in. They have a wide offering: suits, made to measure shirts, shoes, ties and pocket squares, so you are able to craft an entire look. Finally, the quality of suits is very good. I've had a suit that I have worn twice a week, for two years and in every season of weather and stretch, it has held up. No holes, tears, or pinch points - because it fits perfectly. The girls and guys that work there are friendly, attentive and always listening, so there is no need to feel awkward. From the moment I walked into Oscar Hunt I knew the level of quality was high. From the jackets and suit combinations that adorned the walls, to the bar in the corner I knew the level of detail was there. Great design MTM suits. I have two suits and two shirts (measured by Fernando and Thomas) , and they were able to adjust my first suit and shirts after I lost a few kilos (12 months after it was made). Overall, a great friendly experience, good attention to details, and great after sale service. The price price to quality is very high, so great value too.

Wholeheartedly recommend Oscar Hunt Sydney as a great spot to look after your tailoring needs. I've had a number of fittings with Thomas and had a really great time, and always leave very happy with the final product (because they make sure you are before letting you walk out the door). In the past I've found a number of tailoring experiences stuffy, uncomfortable, and sometimes condescending. Thomas and the team at OH Sydney are extremely approachable and down-to-earth and take you through all the details and suit-making process and are willing to answer any questions, no matter how silly they seem. I particularly value the long term commitment they demonstrate with understanding the rest what I've purchased and my preferences to build a collection of clothes that suits my style and profession. There's also great fun to be around in the showroom with making you feel relaxed and valued as a client and friend.
