I was very disappointed . Just to get my drapes steamed I was charged $16 per panel. This was more than what I bought the drapes for. So their services was not good and extremely overpriced . Therefore, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Horrible. I brought in a jacket that I had worn a total of two times and had accidentally stained to be professionally cleaned for a dinner I was attending. I went in on the date they said it would be ready only to find out that it wouldn't be ready til the end of that day. Not only did they not get the stain out, but when I commented that I was paying almost $20.00 for this lack of service, I was told that it is clean. The morning after the dinner, I decided to try cleaning it myself and after using $1.50 of cleaning product, the stains are gone. A complete waste of my time and money. Next time I want to get rid of twenty dollars, I'll toss it in the garbage, it'll be less frustrating.

One of the poorest customer service in town. As I brought my clothes for dry cleaning and was giving a price of $68. I did accepted and was issued a receipt. But when I came to pick up the receptionist( Emilie) as per the name she gave me said that the price has changed to $88. When I asked her who why was the changed she said she doesn’t know but that I need to pay that amount if not she won’t gave me my clothes. I requested to speak to the manager if possible. She called the manager and spoke to him and passed him to me over the phone. After hearing both of us,he apologized to me and told the receptionist that I should pay the $68 which she issued to me on the first day when I dropped the clothes. I paid the $68 and left the store. At my surprised ,I received a call today by a certain ( CRAIG ) as he introduced himself to me and told me that he is the owner of the store. As per his phone called that he was told by his staff that I was there yesterday and that I yelled on the staff. As soon as I told him that he should asked his manager that I spoke to him already yesterday and he did apologized to me. He hangout the call. Unfortunately, as I went to the store at new Sudbury on ( Barrydowne) to pick up my other clothes not knowing he owns there also. I was told by the receptionist( Louise) that the owner CRAIG called in and told them that they should stopped my works that I left there since last week and was supposed to pick up today.I was just shocked to hear that as he ( CRAIG) didn’t ask me what happened when he called me. I did pick my unfinished clothes that seamstress MARIA and was willing to finish them today but unfortunately. This afternoon,I received a message saying that I shouldn’t enter his two stores anymore due to what her receptionist( Emilie) did to me yesterday. It’s very sad to see an owner of a company acting this way without listening and caring for his customers. Being the owner of a company is actually different from knowing how to manage a company as per my experience at these two stores. I am thankful to the manager ( I have forgotten your name) who had time to listen to both the receptionist and me, and found that it was unfair and did apologized to me. And accepted his apologies. I think that customers concerns should be taken into account instead of just defending a staff member ( like Emilie) who hasn’t done her job well by not telling to the customer WHO and WHY the price was Increase. This is an unprofessional customer service and ownership !!!
