A shout-out to Sudbury Steam Cleaners - took my coat in to get the zipper replaced, was told it was going to cost about $50 - it's a good winter coat, still in good shape, so I figured it was worth it. Went to pick up the coat yesterday, was pleasantly surprised that the repair was only $11....! (they were able to replace just the "slider") Good ol' fashioned service - great job!????
