I was short on time and had to get on a plane early the next morning. I dropped off my laundry and they took care of it all on the same day and i was ready to travel. Can't thank them enough for doing it all on a saturday!

I must say my experience here was sub par. No one notified me when my stuff was ready nor did they do a good job. My coat was still not clean on the cuffs nor around the base of the jacket. Lastly it took 4 days to clean my coat which is a bit too long in my opinion. Sadly I will not be returning here again. Gotta take my coat to get cleaned elsewhere properly.

I used to get my uniform down here well I haven't been there for a while so I can't say what the experience is like today but when I used to go there it was a beautiful vibe and a wonderful place to just go and have you close dry clean

I brought our family's dupioni silk christening dress in to be freshened for my daughters christening tomorrow.The dress cost $200 and 80 hrs to make. It's completely ruined. The shine is completely gone and the fabric looks dingy. It looks like they ironed it on a much too high a heat, burning the silk. I just assumed a drycleaner knows how to treat fabric. And the ironing!!! There are fold wrinkles all over the dress, as if they didn't even straighten it out on the board before ironing. The garment is completely ruined and I'm heart broken. I ended up having to buy something ugly in a hurry because the dress is so unwearable. Don't trust these people with your valuables!!! If you want something ruined, you can do it yourself for free.
