I called her and left voicemails several times to book an appointment. She never answered or responded. When she finally got back to me by text, she explained that she was on vacation. Which is understandable. She then asked me to send her details of my dress so she could give me a quote. I did that immediately. I followed up again after a few days after getting no response. It’s been almost a month since then and I still haven’t heard back from her. What’s the point of having a phone if you won’t answer your calls or respond to your messages? Very disappointed with her customer service. Will not recommend.

Sarah is really good at what she does. She works from home. Very polite and always gives my cloths on time. Prices are reasonable. So far she altered many of my dresses , pants and skirts. Highly recommend.

I got married over the long weekend and I had Sarah alter my wedding dress. Make sure you schedule your appointment ahead of time ( 1-2 months ahead) because she can be very busy in the summer. I met up with her three times to make sure we were on the right track. Sarah did a wonderful job in altering my dress to fit my body shape! She also altered my Chinese dress and it fitted my body perfectly! I cannot thank you enough Sarah!

Sarah did an outstanding job at tailoring my wedding gown. I bought it off the rack a few sizes too big and she was able to adjust it perfectly. She added several seamlessly integrated hand sewn beads onto the bodice, added a slit and adjusted the neck line to align with my vision for the dress. She is incredibly patient, kind and very easy to work with and open to all sorts of ideas. My dress was no walk in the park but she was able to carefully reconfigure it into perfection. Sarah will not let you down if you choose her as your bridal gown seamstress. And her rates were very manageable, especially for anyone looking to make lots of adjustments to their dress. You won’t be disappointed!

Sarah was very accommodating, it was easy to make appointment with her through email. I had originally requested a quote for my wedding dress and bridesmaid dress. She was able to provide an initial estimate through email after I sent her a picture of the dresses and the fabric material. After physically bringing her the dresses, she was able to write out a formal quote for each item, which was much appreciated. Sarah provided tips and suggestions on what alterations can be made, which gave me confidence of her knowledge and experience. I ended up bringing other clothes to her for alternations, and I am very happy with her work and her pricing. She also delivered on time as promised. Will be bringing my wedding dress to her for alternations post-COVID.

I had a great wedding dress alteration experience with Sarah! My dress was really two dresses - one double layered slip dress and a second all lace over dress. I had no idea when I purchased it that lace was very involved to work with (you have to lift the lace off the material under it to fit the dress then lay the lace back on...and if you are removing a few inches of the material under the lace, the lace needs to be adapted to fit that as well). Also, the over dress was tulle under the lace - which is very delicate. Sarah wasn't concerned at all about how complicated my dress was. I tried it on, we discussed what needed to be done and she suggested how she would alter it to make it fit then she wrote up a quote which was very reasonable. It wasn't just the price, but she made me feel so confident in her abilities that I cancelled the other appointment I had for an estimate and went with Sarah. Every time I went for a fitting, Sarah was pleasant, calm and very efficient. She had great suggestions on how to alter the dress so it would fit perfectly and enhance my physical qualities (while hiding the others). And on my wedding day, the dress looked fantastic! I'm so happy with the alterations Sarah did for me and I highly recommend her.

Sarah is a wonder to work with. I met with 4 other seamstresses about alterations to my wedding gown before finding her. Sarah listened to how I wanted my dress to fit and even took into account what I would be doing that day to avoid wardrobe malfunctions. She shortened the gown and train and reapplied the lace trim by hand within two weeks! Sarah was able to provide an exact quote the same day, which was a great relief since the other seamstresses waffled about and gave quotes that were so open ended that I feared for my budget. Sarah is very professional and does fantastic work but also warm and friendly, I highly recommend her!

I took in two dresses for some alterations including hemming, taking in a dress that was too big, adding a corset back to a wedding dress that was too small and adding in a belt etc. Everything was done beautifully, quickly, and was very affordable.
