really bad review！maybe address is different，but same company ，i put address and picture here for warning！10 Mallard Rd if i can give 0 mark，i will to do that！never come back，cheap guy，bad skill，no manner. Never recommed. i fixed the Wedding dress here. But the guy who work here is very rude. at first time i came here when we asked about price，the guy did not say anything，second time did not say anything. When we picked up the dress, that guy just give above $452. I told him too expensive. But he just keep stoped my word. And he said wedding is expensive, you are so cheap. If u do not have money, do not get married! What kind person can say the word like that. he did fixed well the dress, but he said i asked him make the dress perfect. but he made the dress not looks balance！so that why i asked him to fix again！then，he put more price on the bill，he said because he spent one day on the dress！but that is his skill not well！whatever never come back，cheap guy，bad skill，no manner. Never recommed.

Left a dress here with a male employee (with my phone number) to be fixed. Came back after they said it would be ready and it was never touched because the female employee said it couldn’t be repaired. No phone call warning; no apology. Nothing but a complete waste of time. Horrible customer service.

Very honest and polite man who helped me. Fixed a little part on my zipper of my jacket for 15$ when sketchleys on the other side of the mall had quoted me $80 To replace the whole entire zipper. Will definitely bring my things here for alterations.

Excellent service. Got the dress (yellow with flowers :) for my wife's baby shower altered here. Had to come in 2-3 times to get everything fit and the way she wanted; very happy with the results; and the price did not increase despite multiple alterations ($150). It was the East Asian lady the whole time...professional and very good at what she does. - Hafi

Magnificent. This profession has been running in the family for 40 years. They know exactly what they are doing and if you are going there to waste time of course they will get annoyed. It’s as simple. Anyways, their work is great..it’s so great this company alters famous NBA player Derek Fisher. Named best in the #905 area!

Any business that doesn't take the time to discuss their services within 2 minutes is not worth the time. Perhaps their workmanship is the same ... A PASS

Poor service...I went to Fit N Stitch at Eglinton Square today (June 6,2012) with a shirt that was too large and asked if she could give me an estimate on the alteration. She examined the shirt, muttered a remark about "why would I buy a shirt that was too large", which I felt was unnecessary and then quoted me a price of 14. I showed all the places I would like altered and ask if that price still stood. She told me to try it on to get a better idea of the fit I'd like. She pinned me in for about four minutes and I had said to her again, that I would just like an estimate as to what the cost would be before I make a decision to alter it. At this point, she got snide and said `"Why would you let me pin you in the garment if you aren't going to be paying me. Why wouldn't have you just told me in the beginning this was just an estimate. You just wasted so much of my time" I was pretty shocked by her rudeness and tone. I then asked if the price she quoted is what I would be paying. She looked away, ignored me, and walked back to her sewing desk and no longer wanted to serve me. I don't recall ever being treated like that in a shop and I am very disappointed by the treatment I received and would NEVER recommend anyone go there. Just plain disrespect and bitterness. In case you are wondering the woman I dealt with was asian with glasses and was heavier set. Very poor attitude. I don't know about the rest of the staff, but she is definitely not pleasant. I went to Sketchley tailors by the Bay and that tailor was polite and respectful in comparsion. Go to Sketchleys!

I've been twice. 1st time for last minute dress shirt alterations, the second for letting out a suit for a wedding because I've plumped out during COVID (again last minute required). Absolutely FANTASTIC service both times. Clothing was ready exactly when they said it would be, and fit perfectly. I was very impressed and thankful.

Ibrahim and Issac helped me. They were extremely knowledgable, professional, and kind. I was referred to them by a tailor from another shop who didn't believe he had the skills to do what the gentlemen at this shop do. Would recommend to anyone looking for good tailors!

Came to pick up something for my husband that he needed for tomorrow. The hours on the door say that they are open until 5pm. I got here at 4:50 (I finish work at 4 and it was the quickest I could get here) and everything was locked up. No sign on the door to indicate why it was closed early. I even tried calling the number in case someone was inside, but no luck. Not impressed and frankly quite upset. Not good business practice at all.

I was quoted $170.00 to place a zipper on a vintage top. I was told if they removed the zipper they have to do so by hand and the beads would fall off the top. I took the top to another seamstress and she had removed the zipper in front of me to confirm the zipper was not attached to any sort of beads and would be fine. She replaced the zipper ( hand sewn) the top looks like new and charged me $40.00. I used this place once before and found their services to be satisfactory, but not 100% experts in seamstress alterations. I took in a take in a dress that required simple darts configuration I will not go back to this place of business and from my personal experience would not recommend to others due to lack of knowledge and I feel were gouging .
