Suit was clean I had an awkward transaction. I thought the green ticket was a receipt so I didn't know that it was I had to pay at that moment. So when I found out it was a bit awkward. I apologize for that. But the job was good. Suit was clean. Well ironed.

This is not a recent incident, but I was going through my old cloth and came across an expensive jacket ruined by these guys a few years back. Still annoys me.

This store is 100% not doing dry-clean. My Thom Browne Pants are decolored, shrinked and inside cotton pockets are wrinkled, which cannot be like this if it is dry-cleaned. Worse, brand sticker is ironed damagedly by this store. They still insist that they dry clean. Angry with those lies!???????? Thanks for your reply These version-limited pants are purchased in June 2019 and I just wore them once. I also feel so sorry and pity about your feedback that you cannot admit your faults and still lie to other customers. The new pic also approve that your water clean caused serious damage to my pants. Please do not say customer is always right. You ruin my $900 pants and I should put the right comments here to let other customers notice that.

Very impressed, everything was done quite impeccably well. My wool coat buttons had a lot of details, I was happily surprised to find they were protected snugly with aluminum foil. Price is good too. Definitely coming back with my wool pieces
