Rude and incompetent. Brought in pants to get the zipper replaced, and it broke 3 days later after wearing it only once (the stitching came out). Brought it back to them and instead of them fixing it, they blamed me "for being rough on the zipper"... Are you serious? LMAO you guys are a joke! FYI - I took them to another stitching place in parkway mall and they have been good as new! It's called doing the job right the first time, maybe you should learn a thing or two about stitching and check your attitude. Rip offs!

SAFE YOUR DRESS DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Dec 11, 2014.I took my dress here to have the length shorten, the sleeves and the body shorten the price $79.90. The result was the arm pit area was down by my elbow, the hemming was uneven and the dress is still too big. The dress is completely ruined. The two ladies clearly had no clue how to deal with the dress which I ask prior to giving the job to them if they can make the alteration. The price was over charge for alteration but I did not have time to look around.

Terrible service. My hat was not altered correctly after I specifically asked her to take measurements which she didn’t. My hat is too big and I won’t be going there to have it altered for the second time. They also tried to charge me twice, never going there again.

They honestly never alter it very nice. It'll never look like what you need it to and you'll probably just be more upset with your clothes along with the amount of money they charged for it.

The ladies were nice however they really over charged me. Check your bill before you leave the store. They post prices that say $10 for pants narrowing and then charged me $15. Some items say "and up" pant narrowing isnt one of them. I also gave them a dress and they charged me over $50 for minor alterations. The entire bill was over $80. When I brought the issue of the pant narrowing over charge to the lady she was rude and told me she couldn't do anything about it. Although I was told earlier that they were all family who worked at the store. Will NOT be going back for any work. When i said 3 members of my family go there she said "everyone comes here". Then she started yelling. Buyers beware! Do your homework before. Learn from my mistake. A bunch of scam artists.

Clean and quick work on your alterations. Reasonable pricing. They are now on the 2nd floor of the mall above the food court. I’ve used them a number of times and have always been happy with the result.
