I had the best experience here. We walked in at 9:00am and walked out with my dress ordered at 10:00am. The lady that helped me with my dresses was incredible (I believe her name was Darlene?). But she was super patient and even though the second dress I tried on was the one I wanted she had no problem helping me try a few more. While I was doing that she also checked with the seamstress to make sure that we could add straps to my dress, as it was an off the shoulder strap, and I wanted normal straps. I recently was "down with the gown" at W Bridals and my experience was amazing! My maid of honour and I are both getting married, me in 2022, her in 2023. We wanted to go dress shopping together, so we made 2 separate appointments, me in the morning, her in the afternoon. I walked in thinking I would just try on gowns and get a better idea of what I wanted. It was SO nice to try on dresses that actually fit or had to be clamped, I truly appreciated the diverse sizing they had in their sample sizing. It created such an enjoyable experience being able to have a better idea of how the dresses would fit. Sam was both our consultant and she was spectacular! She created a fun and non-judgemental environment, truly she went above and beyond! The owner Kimberly, was also amazing to deal with when it came to purchasing the dress. W Bridals is wonderful. I walked in on a Saturday about 45 minutes before they were closing, when they were super busy, and I didn’t have an appointment. I proceeded to book an appointment for the following weekend but they graciously allowed my little crew and I to take a quick boo at their gown selection and said if I wanted to try one or two on, they could accommodate that. I found a couple I was interested in and Eddie assisted me with trying them on. She was SO lovely and patient and ended up helping me try on about 5-6 gowns. I fell in love with one of them and ended up purchasing it! I felt bad showing up without an appointment at such a busy time but they were so helpful and patient and we all won in the end. :)

I have to say that W Bridals provided the most amazing customer service ever! I was shopping for my wedding dress mid-May in the early re-opening stages of the pandemic. They went above and beyond to do a virtual dress appointment to figure out what kind of dress style I liked before the store re-opened, and then set up an appointment for me to try on a few the first week that retail restrictions were lifted. The service I received while shopping for my wedding dress was fantastic. While I ended up finding my dress at a different salon I found myself saying “I wish I could have just got it at W bridal”. The staff were all amazing and the salon itself is very fashionable and spacious. The rooms were a good size for trying on dresses and I was impressed that almost every sample they had fit me (dress size 16). That was most important for me as I found at other salons it was hard to picture yourself in the dress when you can barely even pull it up! I would very highly recommend booking a dress appointment with these guys.

Being a plus size bride who hates clothing shopping normally, I had a blast with my friends trying on both bridesmaids dresses and wedding dresses, there was lots of variety and our consultant was amazing at bringing us dresses and changing them out to our likes and dislikes so we were easily able to find styles we loved! W bridal! I have nothing but great things to say. First of all was clean! The sample dresses were in amazing shape. They had a great size selection as well. I'm a size 12 normally, and other boutiques made me feel very very large, even though I'm not a large person. The ladies in the store give good advice and know which dresses to pull for your shape. They had everything done on time and the alteration price was reasonable. They successfully made my dress which I bought at a sample sale in their store 2-3 sizes smaller. The bustle was great, albeit it took some work for my bridesmaids to find the hidden loops! 10/10 experience overall. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Both Kimberly and Kayla were consistently knowledge and helpful about the products they stock, and what alterations would need to be done and why. I felt so confident ordering my wedding dress from W Bridals - they really know their stuff! They went above and beyond for me when I expressed interest in ordering a separate skirt that they didn't have any samples of in store, and researched until they had a list of different options for me with lots of information about each one. I would say that my consultant was a bit business like when I came back for my 2nd appt to see if there any dresses that truly spoke to me. But she managed to find the dress that I purchased after I finally was able to describe what I liked and didn't like in terms of dress attributes. I cannot stress enough how this is the best place to get your wedding dress if you have a larger body. I was provided with great dress suggestions that I could try on because they were a good size and they have veils and tiaras as well. The staff are so accommodating and genuine. I was scared to dress shop for my wedding and I am so excited to say after trying on a bunch of amazing gowns and styles, I went with the first dress I tried on. I was also expecting this place to be way more expensive and was so pleasantly surprised with the low costs. I am so happy!

The location is prime, they have a large selection of dresses with great prices, jewellery sets and some of the most beautiful veils I've seen! I cannot say enough great things about W Bridals! As a curvy bride, I was not having much luck with trying on wedding dresses at other boutiques. I had always dreamed about finding the perfect dress but the experience of being put in tiny dresses that were nowhere near my size, had me feeling disappointed and not very beautiful. I fell in love with the second dress that I tried, but felt like I couldn't be sure until I went to my second appointment later that morning. The girl who assisted us today was Hanna (I believe) and I can’t remember for the life of me the name of the second lady was when we went back to try the dress on again and they were both GREAT! Super friendly and patient. Shopping, let alone dress shopping is not my idea of a good time. She respected my wishes, lack of idea on a dress and budget. This was our first stop in the morning, I found one I liked and she put it on my file. We went on to other stores to try on dresses and I decided I want to try the one at w bridal again. I really loved my dress I got for my wedding! I wanted to order a size up but was encouraged not too - because I would only need to lose a little bit of weight for it to fit perfectly. I requested it multiple times and was convinced I didn't need to, because at the very least it could be taken out. I was also encouraged to buy shape wear. Well, my dress didn't fit on my wedding day and I look back at the photos and feel ashamed of myself for not standing up against the fat shaming or just going somewhere else. They have very lovely dresses here, make sure you get one that fits the day you are there. Your body doesn't need to change for your dress to fit you.

When I went dress shopping for me personally, I had the best experience. The sales lady was professional and was amazing at asking what I wanted but making sure I tried or was at least offered something different than I was envisioning. She finished off the appointment with making me feel extra special and having some fun by adding a vail. My latest experience a month later with my cousin who was looking for her dress, was nothing comparable. The sales lady was unprofessional looking, like she just crawled out of bed. I believe if these women are willing to spend some $$$ at the store you should look a bit professional. My cousin was sad she didn't have the personal feeling experience by getting to know her and what she wanted. Overall the store had a great selection, was clean. I would recommend others but the sales lady makes or breaks a decision on liking or loving a dress.

I've never seen a store so committed to the confidence of its customers, and although my dress was a size 4 and I am quite petite, they assured me that they are able to accommodate all body types and found me the perfect dress - which isn't surprising given the awesome selection they have! I will admit off the hop that I am friends with Kim and Kayla but I would still like to describe how unique and incredible my dress shopping experience at W Bridals was because they treat all their clients as though they are friends! I've often witnessed Kim or Kayla recognizing clients from years (and over a thousand sales) earlier and describing the dress she purchased - you truly become part of the family when you shop at W! Unbeknownst to me, Kim and Kayla arranged a surprise private dress-fitting and invited my mom (from Regina!) and my in-laws to attend. They decorated the store, arranged snacks and champagne, and pulled a selection of dresses that they thought would suit my body type and style. It was such a fun and memorable way to begin my wedding adventure and I would recommend a private shopping appointment (especially a surprise one!) to everyone! And rest assured, the excellent service didn't end there. My dress came on time and exactly as expected, and because it was ordered in a custom length, I didn't need to hem it (a miracle at 5'2!!) so I was able to save on the cost of alterations! However, because I had lost a bit of weight, when the dress arrived, Eddie helped me with some minor alterations and additions to make sure I looked exactly the way I wanted to on my big day! She took the dress in in the hips and shoulders and added bra cups, a bustle, and a belt - she's such a talented seamstress and was so easy to work with! From start to finish, my experience was perfect and I know yours will be too! No matter your size, budget, or style, you are in great hands when you shop at W Bridals! Thanks ladies <3

The staff at W Bridal was amazing! They made the process of buying my wedding dress easy and stress-free, which was not easy since I did not have time to order one in and had to buy off the rack. Amanda was my consultant and she was outgoing, informative, made excellent dress selections for me based on my feedback and what she thought I would like and would suit me, and made the appointment fun!

My fiancé and I got engaged in August 2020. I went dress shopping to an unnamed store in December 2020 and had a very discouraging experience full of stress and pressure. At this time, I decided to hold off on dress shopping until it was necessary. Fast forward to July 2021 – after many nights of research and reading reviews, I decided to book my appointment with W Bridals. From the moment I walked into the store, I knew it was going to be a great experience! I was greeted by my consultant, Schenina, and taken to my area of the store. Once settled, Schenina introduced herself, made the effort to learn who each member of my family was, and thoroughly listen to my likes and dislikes. As the appointment progressed Schenina ensured to ask how I was doing and if I were getting overwhelmed – it is like she could read my mind, as she knew when it was time to stop pulling dresses and just focus on what we had. When I finally said, “yes to the dress”, Schenina was just as excited as I was! Throughout the whole process of “saying yes to the dress” it is extremely important to mention that not once did I feel stressed, pressured to buy, or rushed. Schenina genuinely wanted me to have a great experience and confidently pick a dress that made me feel like a bride. After I said yes, Kimberely then took my measurements – she gave honest recommendations on which size to order my dress in (this was SO appreciated). When all was said and done, Schenina even took photos of my family and I to document such a special day. I left W Bridals on cloud 9 – I can promise you that I have not smiled that big since our engagement last year. W Bridals is the full package dress shopping experience! 10/10 Recommend to all my friends and family! I cannot wait to go back in January to pick up my dress!!!

I was visiting my family who I hadn't seen in over two years. It was great to be back in saskatoon and to find my dream wedding dress, with my mum. I some how managed to miss my first appointment- I blame jet lag and time differences, but the staff were very kind. I had the best experience with Sophie. She was kind and helpful and listened to my thoughts and concerns and helped me find the best dress. The store is well spaced and covid safe. All staff were very helpful and kind even when they were working with other customers. It was a lovely atmosphere. Thank you to everyone.

I had an excellent experience here! I visited the store twice, and both times were awesome! My mom and bridal party were all very excited and wanted me to try every dress on, and Kayla was awesome and patient with all their crazy requests. The best part about the store is that their sample sizes are larger, so you're actually able to see what a dress looks like on, which makes all the difference in the world! And they have some exquisite dresses. 10/10 would recommend to other brides!

Kim and her staff are absolute gems! The store is welcoming, bright and airy. The amount of stock they carry is amazing and being a curvy bride, I never once felt uncomfortable being in the store for fear of not being able to fit into any of the dresses on the rack I wanted to try on. The bridal assistant I had was wonderful - and she took care to make every dress I tried on feel just right on while I walked out to show my family who came along with me that day. I found the runner up dress on the floor, but found THE dress on the sale rack for an incredible price. My bridal party and I will definitely be back for bridesmaid dresses when the time comes. I would give Kim and her store and staff 10 stars if I could!
