I'm quite sure the woman we dealt with doesn't know the definition of customer service or human decency. She was extremely rude, informed us that since we had no appointment we wouldn't be able to try on anything...stated that their "good" rooms are reserved for clients who booked appointments... when the bride to be asked to try on a certain dress the "customer service rep" communicated that since we are uncertain of our budget (there was no budget yet) that we could not try on that dress as it would be a waste of time. The woman made it very clear that the dresses in the back is where we should look.. however the dresses in the back come as they are and IF we damaged any of the dresses in any way we best be prepared to purchase it. I would not recommend anyone wasting their time here... the staff were unkind and rude... the woman we specifically dealt with, on what is supposed to be an amazingly, fun day made my entire family regret entering this shop.

I had an appointment to get my five bridesmaids to try on dresses. We were early as instructed. When we got there we were told to go upstairs and someone would be with us. We waited till 3:30 to start looking because we noticed a group before us were still there. Fifteen minutes passed and we still hadnt been helped. I am very disappointed in the service and will not be purchasing any dresses from unveiled.

She was very manipulative and I felt very cornered the whole time. Awful experience. Picking out a wedding dress is a big deal and should be a FUN and as stress-FREE as possible. I will never step foot in or recommend this place to anyone.

I came into the store without really knowing what I wanted beyond a few key details and Aimee and Michaela helped me pick the most beautiful dress! They were very patient and really listened to what I liked to help me pick out some additional gowns. They were also very quick to help me in and out of the change room so I was able to try on a many more dresses than I had expected. Highly recommended!

Very disappointed with my whole experience. No one explained that I have to pay for alterations and the dressess are not custom made. Don't go on this store people!!!! If you're having a wedding or anything... just asked someone to take your meassurements and order it online. That is what they are basically doing. Geting you're meassurements then ordering it and if it doesn't fit... YOU ARE ON YOU'RE OWN! Staffs are very sarcastic and unfriendly.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Unveiled Dress Co! I had the whole store to myself & two employees to assist me. I came in not entirely knowing what I wanted, but they took the time to ask me questions, & picked out a multitude of dresses that were exactly fitting for me. I originally went into unveiled expecting to leave unimpressed and empty handed. But instead I was met with a huge selection of unique gowns and incredible customer service. The girls were amazing and there was one consultant who was fantastic every time I went in to shop (and I went in quite a few times!). I ended up getting the champagne bridal package and it's well worth it as long as you are sure you are going to purchase your dress there. I was able to have 12 ladies there to help me make my final decision with 2 consultants undivided attention. We even had time left over to shop for bridesmaid dresses! I can't say enough about how good my experience here was! I had a few poor shopping experiences around the city, but unveiled really blew me away. I will update on my full experience after the big day!

Unveiled made wedding dress shopping so much fun and so stress-free! I can't begin to explain how overwhelmed I was walking into that bridal shop, but once I met my consultant, Aimee, I was instantly at ease. She allowed me to try on as many dresses as I wanted and was extremely patient with me. She was very prepared to hear the positives and negatives of dresses I tried on and was unbelievably understanding. The dress I decided on was not in my size at the shop, but Aimee brought out a dress that she said was by the same designer. I was able to get a feel of what my real dress would look and feel like. I am so grateful to Unveiled for making the most important day of my life so relaxed and fun!

I has such a great experience! I booked an appointment online for a day that the store was suppose to be closed. Instead of turning us away we got a private viewing with morning mimosas! Aimee (store owner) was fabulous, so accommodating, the gowns were gorgeous, and she matched my dress with beautiful veil options! So the positive, my girlfriend who is getting married really enjoyed the multiple choices of wedding dresses and how fast they were coming to her room. She tried on more then she could have imagined and dresses she wouldn't have thought suited her tiny figure. But your business definitely has one staff member that is snarky, catty, and speaks in such a sarcastic manner it could drive a woman to snap back. She speaks to your customers like children and it's disgusting. I didn't enjoy her attitude and her comments. How she works around women is beyond me. I'm sure the negative reviews in here are from everyone who delt with the same lady. I would have given 5 stars if she could have had alittle fun with her job and drop the damn attitude.

UnVeiled is an absolutely amazing place to go and find your dress! Aimee and Kris made it so easy for me (even tho Covid sucks). Did a lace appointment with my closest people and found my dress within like 9 dresses - and she pulled one that completely wowed all of us! I 100% recommend this store! I had to change my appointment so many times for personal reasons and Aimee reassured me it was okay, and I would still get my dress in time for my wedding! It was a truly an amazing experience - and this is the first place you should go, because you won’t have to go anywhere else! So much love ????

Aimee kept me calm and collected during the whole experience, She tailored dresses exactly to my taste. She is full of knowledge and has excellent taste. Before we left my sister in law Mishelle Strauss booked a champagne party for the following week. At our private champagne party Aimee supplied us with some bubbly and popcorn for my bridal party to enjoy while I tried on more dresses! I loved the champagne party experience because it was after hours, the store was open only to us. Nov 21, 2018 was when I said YES TO THE DRESS. Had an unfortunate experience at this place with my mother and sister. I believe it was the owner who was quite rude to my mom and I while we waited for my sister to try on dresses. We were just trying to make conversation and she would respond with something unnecessarily rude. The girl who was helping my sister put on the dresses was darling and I saw her get mistreated from the owner. A very sad place to go for such a happy occasion. I’m shocked they’re still in business.

Went here looking for a dress for my daughter's grad. We didn't have an appointment but were greeted with friendliness immediately. The ladies were so wonderful and helpful. The dresses were beautiful as well and we didn't feel rushed at all to finish trying them on. My daughter tried alot on and she did end up deciding on one. Even if the selection wasn't great, which it is, I would recommend this place because of the service alone!

We went as a walk-in to get my sisters grad dress. One of the ladies right away was like go down someone will help you. We went down. No one came. We ended up trying it ourselves. Keep in mind there were multiple people helping one bride. Than we finished and we asked for it to be on hold for 20 minutes so we can quickly check others and come back. The lady rudely said with rolling her eyes, “no we can not” with no humbleness. I dont know if its because we were not a white skin color or if they just have attitude problems. We spent 500$ on the dress and still these ladies put absolutely no effort to be nice or help us out more. If anyone likes costumer service please don’t go here. They r not worth ur temper.

My consultant Kiera was more intuitive of my style than any of the other many dress stores I tried, and brought me options that looked great on my body type. When I went to purchase my dress they laid out everything I would need to do quite clearly. It is nice that they are willing to store my dress till just before my wedding day, and can do alterations at the store.

My daughter got her grad dress here and Amy and her staff went above and beyond, so above that Amy ordered two dresses at her expense because sizing was a difficult choice. What I love about this store is there honesty, they want you to look your best when you walk out that door and there was never any pressure to buy. My mom felt a little pressured by the one lady who was helping us. I had a great time but I did notice she was slightly standoffish towards my mother and vice versa. That being said they were both very opinionated and I could tell my mom was asking some questions that may seem redundant and annoying to someone who has been in the business for a while and maybe that was why. I'm not sure what the problem was. But my dress was lovely and it fit well so I am happy!!

Not happy with my experience. Was fitted for a bridesmaid dress they took my measurements and ordered me a size 20. According to the Christina Wu site and the measurements that Unveiled took it should have been a 16. I am now >5lbs heavier than I was at the time I was measured and when I lift my arms the top of the dress drops to my waist. I was told it's just a miner alteration and all dresses need that. When I tried to bring up my concerns they were brushed off and the subject changed by the sales lady. Also an FYI there was an extra charge because the dress was considered plus size
