Terrible customer service, they pre judge customers and treat you like you can’t afford their stuff. I was prepared to spend a significant amount of money in their store but i decided to shop elsewhere where i was made to feel welcome. Also super expensive, found better Joseph Ribkoff clothing line at Sandbox with amazing friendly staff

Klassique Designs has the best customer service in Saskatoon! The store owners + the workers are the best at their job and really work to make you feel beautiful. I shopped for my grad dress and got EXACTLY the rose gold mermaid dress that I was looking for, after spending the entire day searching at every dress store in Saskatoon. Because of that I recommended Klassique Designs to my sister near her grad she found a perfect dress. After that, my auntie did the same for her convocation and got something amazing too! Because of our amazing experiences I will always recommend Klassique Designs!!!! 10 out of 10!!!!

What a pleasure it is to shop at a business where the staff is knowledgeable and helpful! This seems to be a dying art. I am tired of spending my money in shops where I’m ignored by the staff, or they are no help at all when they have no clue what looks good on what body. Having staff actually help you find the perfect pieces for your body type, when you are “not the perfect body type” is a gift we don’t see very often. Every single item of clothing I’ve purchased from a Klassique has instantly become my favourite! I’m always asked where I find my pieces....often from people I don’t even know! It seems every time I’m asked this question, the item is always from a Klassique! Thank you for making me look my best in casual, business, or formal attire ladies, you are so appreciated!

I have known Kajoo and Klassique Designs since it first opened its doors, and have always appreciated the care and attention to detail and customer service. It was recently, however, that I truly experienced the depth of commitment to her clientele. With the pandemic and regulations creating hardships for all, I was planning ahead for my husband's memorial, with a goal to offer a hi-bred event. It was important to me the design of the event would translate both in-person, as well as on-camera. I met with Kajoo privately, and with her care and sensitivity was able to find an outfit to meet perfectly my needs. Her compassion, care and professional approach were deeply appreciated, and the outcome of my shopping trip with her, complete with tailoring to ensure perfect fit, helped me to move into this highly important day with grace and peace. Most of the lady’s were very nice but one of the lady’s fat shamed my friends and I as we were looking for grad dresses. I told her my size was an 8, and she told me there was no way I would ever fit into a dress that small. (And I did)

Had the most phenomenal experience at Klassique! I’ve never gone dress shopping and needed a gown. I walked in, not having a clue what size I was, in baggy sweats and a bunnyhug. They took one glance at me and nailed my size perfectly. Talk about passion for your industry! That takes skill. They brought me multiple gowns to try on ranging in style and price. Well, I found the perfect dress and felt amazing in it thanks to these two ladies. And to top it off, they sent me to Kay sewing for some very quick alterations which were also done professionally. Ladies, thank you for going above and beyond. You made me feel confident and every time someone asks where I got my dress, I can confidently tell them about Klassique. Cant wait to do more business with you in the future.

The women are pushy and won't let you choose your own style. If you have style in mind you want they'll tell you your figure is not good for it and try to convince you to buy something they've had in stock for two years trying to get rid of it.

Bought my wedding dress at Klassique. Went to several locations and nothing compared to the quality and style of the dress I chose. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. A Very clean nd classy store. Beautiful nd very fashionable up to date clothing. The gowns r the highlight of the store. I visited the store yesterday nd the awesome fall nd winter jackets r just amazing. I do my shopping at Klassique. The primary nd the only reason is the personal service rendered by the owner Ms. Kajoo Kamal. She is too good beyond words. One can't walk out of the store withut trying a few outfits nd nd even buying a few. My experience is very positive. She carries very unique designer clothing which one can't find in other stores.
