I suggest booking an appointment to get a nice room for your group. We had a great space for the group I brought with me. Denae was my consultant and she was such a huge help and found me my dress. I highly recommend shopping here as they have a huge selection and all the consultants were very friendly and helpful. The prices were very reasonable and they had everything from jewelry, veils, belts and lots of options for dress sizes.

Drove to this shop from Regina looking for a very last minute engagement photoshoot dress as my fiancé is in the city for only 2 days before heading back to the states. Had a very unfortunate encounter with a racist staff member who would not be accommodating to let me look at any off the rack dresses after driving 270km to just take a look. I read reviews on here about how accommodating they are and flexible with same day appointments or with people who miss appointments or walk ins for people in urgent situations. Guess they only provide quality service if you are white. Keep up the racist and discriminatory service.

Sadly, I had a awful experience here. Not being a bride, I felt like they couldn't be bothered to help me. I walked in without an appt on a saturday, which was clearly my fault, and the girl that helped me was terrible. She had no idea what I was trying to find, and had no interest in helping me locate it. Then when I did find a dress I liked, she gave me all of the wrong information about it and I was unable to order it the next week when I came back. I found them rude, and uneducated in helping me find a dress. I will be back there for another bride very soon, and I'm hoping that our experience is much better than my previous two

I ended up buying my wedding dress from here. It was originally $1300 but on sale for $650! I made an appointment with Jeannette, and she was very helpful. She found dresses that were ACTUALLY in my price range instead of grabbing a bunch that were way above, unlike other dress shops. All the ladies there were helpful and very polite and friendly. It was a great experience all around! Updated review to add photos, thanks again for the amazing dress ladies!

This is the ONLY place to go in Saskatoon. Very professional service and high quality selection. Going to any other bridal shoppe in Saskatoon will be a total waste of your time, and highly disappointing. Book your appointment ahead of time, as this is a highly sought after bridal shoppe.

Terrible experience at this store. The salesperson misled us as to the name of the colour of dress that we wanted, even providing us with a swatch that the bride could match her decorations to. Big mistake trusting this company, as 4 months later our dresses FINALLY came in but in the wrong colour. They proceeded to be completely unaccommodating and unprofessional, going so far as to blame us for the mistake. We had the swatch of the fabric we wanted, and they still argued it was our fault. How are we supposed to trust this company's service and knowledge if they are that unwilling to admit their mistakes and make sure it gets fixed? They are still charging full price for the dresses despite their mistake.

Went to get a dress super last minute and the lady was so nice! She was pleasant, helpful and most importantly not pushy. I went to some other stores and they either tried too hard or just seemed so forced in their attempts at being friendly or helpful. I forgot her name but she was the blonde lady with the curly hair and she wore glasses. She got me my dress at such a great price and even threw in a free veil! I can’t recommend this place enough! They have a wide selection and work hard to stay within your budget. Thank you so much for your help and I will forever recommend Exquisite Bridal!

I found the store quite chaotic and crowded which made it difficult to enjoy our experience. Staff were helpful. We did end up ordering some bride’s maids dresses here and the experience has not been great. My bride’s maids dresses were scheduled to arrive in May for my August wedding. Of course due to COVID-19 we expected delays and did end up postponing the wedding, however, when we inquired exquisite informed us that COVID-19 would not affect shipping time for dresses. This was surprising to me, however once I was told this I did have the expectation. Unfortunately throughout the whole pandemic exquisite has been extremely difficult to contact, with their phone often ringing busy or not picking up at all, and no voicemail service. I have to say that it’s hard enough to plan a wedding at this time and having this lack of responsiveness put even more stress on me. Additionally, we did not find out until after the dresses were ordered that they wouldn’t arrive until May. If I would have had my wedding on the original date this would have been a really tight time frame for my girls to have their alterations done and dresses ready. Overall disappointed in this business and their lack of commitment to open communication during a stressful time. I recognize it’s stressful for them as well, but what makes people support your business when you do reopen is commitment to customer care.

We had such a great experience at Exquiste this weekend. It was my first round of dress shopping and I had no idea what I wanted. I really appreciated how helpful the salespeople were, I felt comfortable and was able to try whatever I liked. We were helped by Tracey and I have to say she really elevated the entire experience. She was incredibly attentive without being overwhelming in any way and seemed geniunely interested and happy to help. The selection of dresses was huge. If you're starting from the same point as I was, with no idea what you are looking for, this is a great place to try one of everything. The quality felt high compared to some other shops we went to and the prices were really great.

Great selection for bridal gowns. But there is no such think as an appointment going late there. They will rush you out and tell you to come back even if you just have one more dress to try on.

Good bridal store. They can definitely help your needs if you are a walk in and didn't book an appointment. Their dresses are on the more expensive side so beware when you go if your budget is less than $2000. Definitely have nice ladies there and they will steam your dress and try to make sure it gets to you within time for your wedding.

The store is beautiful with a large selection and the service we had was fantastic. We were shopping for a friend's wedding dress and the consultant was very accommodating and made sure to ask the bride first what she thought of each dress. That is so important when there are many opinions of family and friends floating around. We will go back there for sure! The only downside was that it was very difficult to find a dress for a somewhat lower budget, but I get that they have a high standard of quality at this shop.

I went with friends dress shopping here recently for one of our party's wedding dress! It was by appointment only and we were a little early. Luckily there wasn't an appointment before us so we were able to start early. Make sure to bring socks and a mask since we had to take off our shoes in the store. When you book the appointment, they let you know everything but just as a note here. The person helping my friend out seemed to really know how to help a bride and find dresses based on what they were describing. If the bride had found a dress that they thought was their #1 so far and they had another dress that was still lovely but not their favourite, the person would remove it so it wasn't an option. I found that to be really helpful and would help ease the anxiety of choosing a dress. We ultimately didn't choose a dress that day, but I have a sneaky suspicion my friend will be back soon for one of the dresses she previously tried on.

My daughter had a fantastic experience at Exquisite when looking for her grad dress. The staff member assisting my daughter made her experience so fun which can sometimes be tough with a 17yo! She had us all laughing and explained everything to my daughter in terms of fit etc and was able to help my daughter visualize what she will look like in the dress in the proper size. I highly recommend this store!!

We went to every Bridal shop in Saskatoon and I wish this would have been our first stop. I was looking for a dress for my maid of honour. They were so busy, and we did not have an appointment but they had no problem helping us right away. I was amazed by the selection they had for bridesmaids - largest inventory in the city for sure!!!! When we found the dress we wanted and found out that it wouldn't be here in time for the wedding... the owner (Khanh) stepped in and referred us to another designer who had a similar dress that could be rushed in. I felt so worry free and relieved after going to Exquisite.

The customer service here is great! We were looking for a wedding dress for the bride and both the lady helping us and the owner were very helpful. The staff here cares about what the customer is looking for and were great at picking out similar dresses to match the style we were liking. The owner also offered a really good discount on a floor model dress for us to suit our budget. Be aware there is no public washroom!

I had an amazing experience with Exquisite and the staff until they recommended I get my alterations done by a woman named Pat Vu. When I got my dress back from her, she completely destroyed it. She was extremely lazy and did not do anything that I had asked. The bustle was an absolute disaster and the worst thing I've ever seen. She took it in in areas where there was no lace to make it easier on her behalf. The hem in front was way too short and she hand stitched in about 3 threads. I took it to a seamstress following this and she refused to touch it. Thankfully another seamstress helped me out 2 weeks before my wedding and saved my life!!

The staff were incredibly helpful in finding my wedding dress, which is a process I was very overwhelmed with. They were knowledgeable about the dresses in the store and were mindful of the details that were important to me. I appreciated how Jeanette was experienced and efficient at clipping different dresses on so that I could see what they would look like in the proper size. They provided honest feedback and opinions on various dresses and helped me narrow down to select my dress. There were dresses in a wide range of price points, and almost any style I could imagine. I am now anxiously waiting for my dress to arrive, but am very happy with the experience of shopping for it!

A nine year old girl went in with two adults and was told to keep her sticky hands to herself. Unnecessarily rude and emotionally scarring to a young First Nations girl who was there to help her big sister get ready for her big day. Kids deserve respect too. If touching product is an issue, then say it with compassion no matter the age of the person.

I had a good experience with exquisite! I would recommend going in with some idea if what you're looking for, as the number of dresses can be a bit overwhelming. I would also 100% recommend booking a consultation! We had the back room for our consultation which was great because it felt a lot more private! One disadvantage is that they don't have an in -house seamstress, So when it came to deciding if I was going to get a dress that needed alterations, it was a bit harder to know exactly what could be done. In the end though, one of the managers came over to help out. The dress was on sale, so he held it for me at the sale price, we took pictures of it & brought it to a seamstress he recommended before making our decision. Very accommodating to hold the dress for me as the sale was ending that day! :)

Size inclusivity is a major disappointment. Don't bother going here unless you are smaller than a size 8-10. I was searching for a fit and flare dress. Basically only managed to get into one dress, but it was 2 sizes too small. In most retail stores I'm a size 12 to maybe 14 if it fits small. I couldn't even get into a size 14 dress here to save my life and they didn't carry fit and flare dresses any larger. I understand that sizing is poor on wedding dresses, but other stores just had me trying on larger dresses. This store didn't have anything large enough in fit and flare for me to try on. The service was good so I tried not to let the consultant see how upset me and my family were, but I still left this place feeling like a bag of garbage and hating my body. Thank god every other store I went to had dresses that fit. I can't imagine how many other women leave this place in tears. Thanks for darkening what was supposed to be a really fun day.

I got my wedding dress from Exquisite, the quality of the dresses were phenomenal. I remember the first day my girls, Mom, and myself went to the store to try on dresses and it was perfect. The attention we received was great, the customer service was spot on. There was no complaints, even when I tried on about 15 dresses, and they were just as thrilled as my mom, ladies and myself when I had put on the dress! I had an excellent experience, and purchased my dress here. I booked an appointment and had 3 people come with me. To say we were off in all directions would be an understatement. My consultant was gracious, funny and helpful. I brought photos in with me (don't forget to do this!) and she followed what I was looking for while encouraging me to try on styles I hadn't considered. I never felt pressured to purchase and she wrote everything down for me when I couldn't decide on the spot. The store is clean, there are many dresses to choose from and the staff (I interacted with a few of them) were friendly and helpful.

Do yourself a favour & skip visiting the other bridal stores in Saskatoon. This store is amazing. I can't say enough about their exceptional service, professional staff, incredible dress selection & reasonable pricing. Something that also stands out is how invested the owner is in his business; he's been there every time I've gone, greeting & interacting with his shoppers (makes such a difference!) For most of us, we are only a bride once, and Exquisite caters to their brides like seasoned experts. Keep up the great work you guys!

We dealt with Exquisite for my best friend's wedding. Last fall we had an appointment booked to try on bridesmaid dresses. We were not informed ahead of time what our time limit was, so when they said we had about ten minutes left, we were blind sided. Not to mention, the way we were told was very rude. When someone is spending thousands of dollars on their dress and their bridal party is spending another collective $1,500, I expect to be treated as such. Then when it came time to order dresses, we were waiting for over an hour in line to write down our sizes and pay. One bridesmaid was between two sizes and the lady assisting us told her she would be fine with the smaller size. Fast forward 7 months, and it was NOT fine. We ordered them mid-November and received them in June. (Yes COVID is a factor in getting them late, but 7 months later is a LONG time.) Also, their communication was lacking during this void. Sending an email to the bride once in a while would be reassuring. The rest of the dresses were fine, but overall it just wasn't an amazing experience. Unfortunately, Exquisite just has a bigger selection than the competing stores in Saskatoon.
