Normally I would give this place 4 stars until my experience today(if they were a little cheaper it'd be a 5) However they advertise their hours as open until 5PM on Saturday. I walked up at exactly 4:55 to the door locked, lights still on, and a lady inside doing her closing duties. I gave her a polite wave and she stared through me, looked back down and continued what she was doing, as if they weren't supposed to still be open and couldn't be bothered with me. I was there to pick up a suit for my xmas party tonight which I obviously can't wear now even though I was there within the hours you advertise. I hope Accomplished Cleaners enjoyed the $1000 I've spent on dry cleaning in the last couple years cause you won't be getting another dollar from me!

I had a brand new pair of shorts that ended up battling a blue pen the first time they were washed. I took them in to see if they could get the multiple sets of stains out. The lady told me that it was unlikely she could get it out, and that if she did it would probably take some colour from the shorts. I asked if she’d give it a shot anyways and she reluctantly said she could try. When I picked them up a couple days later she claimed it must have been her miracle job because she managed to get the stains out without any other flaws to the shorts! Definitely worth every penny!!
