Couldn't find an item, tag fell off, very slow service.. ***EDIT*** After receiving a response from the owner to my review, and looking at other feedback, I guess my visit (actually it was my wife, I was in the car) was an exception and not the rule! My wife did say in the past they were good. Changing from 1 star to 5 star and giving them another go!

Brought in a king size comforter that I had burnt and ruined because I shoved it in too small of a washer and dryer. Not only did they bring it back to life they gave me discount. If they weren’t able to fix it they offered to send it to their seamstress for alterations but they were able to do the job. Definitely very professional and pretty quick!

They did a great job cleaning my satin & faux fur coat that came from a resale shop! Previous owner hadn't cared for it properly and I wasn't sure how it would turn out... it came out beautifully. PLUS, it was such a reasonable price!!

Horrible. Took a baseball hat that I loved to this place. I thought they would "dry clean" my hat and make it look new again. WRONG. They throw it in a washing machine thus ruining the nice, stiff brim of my hat so it was as firm as a wet noodle. I pay for the hat as they run around trying to find it. As they hand it to me, I walk out the door get in my car, notice that it is FUBAR, and walk back into the store. They don't admit fault. They just say they can fix it. After a return trip and more unsatisfactory work, I settle on what they could do on my third trip. A year later I try them again. I tell Robert that the stain on a shirt is paint and I would like it removed. He doesn't do much about indicating where the stain was, and I thought that to be odd. Well, I pick up my shirt and it is clean and pressed. However, the paint was still on the shirt and now it was set due to the drying and pressing of the shirt. I try to pick it up a second time and the shirt is pressed and the stain is still there. So, they don't care enough to try, or they figure that "go enough" is good enough. ???????? Will pick up shirt this week. Will update my review then.

I heartily recommend Troy Cleaners as a full service dry cleaning operation. To date, I have had cleaning and pressing done for a Winter coat, stains safely removed from an autographed T-shirt, patches sewn on a jacket, and even an area rug deep cleaned. They pretty much do it all, and do it well! In addition, the staff and the owner are very easy to deal with, and a pleasure to get to know. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

It was closing time but they pressed his suit jacket and then refused to let me pay. I think often of that kind act and will give Troy Cleaners five plus stars.

As the owner of a vintage clothing business, I’ve always struggled to find a good dry cleaner that will put in the extra care required for fragile garments. However, I’ve been taking my pieces to Troy for the past 5 months since moving and I couldn’t be happier with their service! They once even had a seamstress replace the collar on a 60’s party dress because the stains were too harsh and it looked fantastic! I love Troy cleaners, I recently had my daughters wedding dressed cleaned, preserved and boxed. At first glance I thought the dress looked just thrown in the box. But upon further inspection this was not at all the case. They did a beautiful job and I am very pleased with the results.
