This review is actualy for the place I recently came to know as the laundry mat beside the dry cleaners, to my knowledge I was walking down London road and I came across this thing iv came to know as a building that was slightly up this shiny black rock stuff and when I came to the hole and entered I heard metal screams coming from these noisy water cloth filled cubes I instantly braced the wall for support as I could feel the very foundation of the building shook (the building, it was mad) I accidentally went deeper in and I was met with these similar metal cubes that breathed heat I was scared to say the least and left before a anyone in the laundry mat could talk to me.

Went to the laundromat connected to them. They only have front loading washers and i don't care for them. I find them expensive and the floor (carpet) was disgustingly dirty. Looked like they hadn't vacuumed in a long time. Going back to my regular laundromat

I strictly use their wash and fold service which gives me time to focus on other aspects of my life. It is very reasonably priced, fast, and friendly service. I would highly recommend

I used the laundry mat it was filthy and the coin machine was out of order, the machine only took quarters. It was a disaster. Never again.

I spend more money that I thought. The coin machine took my coins with out count them. Then after I moved my laundry to the next available machine and just take another couple of coins with out decrease the remaining amount to pay. My next complaint is with the other users, NO ONE USE MASKS.

The staff at the dry cleaners are absolutely fantastic! Life always gets in the way, and I seem to always need it last minute and they always come through somehow some way. I will be using their wash and fold service exclusively along with their dry cleaning. I tell everybody who asked for a dry cleaners where to go.

Does as needed, loonies don't work well in the washers though. Bring your own laundry detergent. Expensive but works well enough and better looking inside than others Ive gone to.

To be honest the self serve side is a little groady. Only 2 machines were Out Of Order so that's not bad?

Courteous! Professional! Reasonably priced...I think if their prices were lower (like in large cities where shirts are laundered for $1) they would triple their business? Sometimes raising prices to make up for loses actually returns the opposite? Fewer customers and therefore the cycle of pricier service continues... Excellent service and friendly staff! I can only Imagine if their prices were more reasonable how many more people would use it?

I brought my suit here and it came back ruined. Went back to ask to have a quick repress before a wedding and the lady yelled at me until I left. She wouldn't even listen to me. Obviously not a very intelligent woman because now I'm here writing about it and that may just take food off her table. There's more to why I'm writing this review; I've brought clothes here many times and I swear they don't really do anything as the clothes always come back dirty and full of pet hair. And the lady yelling at me last time was the last straw. I wasn't even rude I didn't even yell back at her. Not worth the time.

Not bad of a place. Ive been in worse. Biggest complaint is that the washers always smell like mildew. Its gross.

Always empty, which is a good thing. Has carts for transfering ur loads between machines, and the machines work both washing and the dryers dry in record time. Should be a 4.5 rating compared to the rest of sarnia.

Not only do they not really offer 1 hr drycleaning as they say on site the staff are not friendly. Will not be having any more of my drycleaning done with them

The dry cleaners are great. The laundromat is awesome and clean. They definitely need a sign up stating that laundromat customers need to be more attentive to the laundry and remove immediately when finished. Lots of others waiting to use machines. And that laundry will possibly be removed from a machine of person of items does not do so.

Laudrymat disgusting the washers don't work call machine doesn't work the Coke machine doesn't work. The rug looks like somebody threw up on it there's garbage all over the floor it is absolute disgrace I don't even think I want to phone you call it you want to phone the people that know the people to judge it I have the board I'm going to phone the Better Business Bureau this is disgrace

I had my winter coat dry cleaned this past spring, my coat was in great condition, except a stain in front. When I got my coat back, I observed the stain was gone, and so I left it in the dry cleaners bag untill just recently this fall. When I went to wear it, the zipper (the part that goes up and down) was gone, I called to inquire if they'd be willing to fix the damaged zipper, the manager denied any responsibility and refused to assist in any way, there are more options in Sarnia, I would recommend them,
