I tried to pay at the pump, but it wanted me to choose a certain amount to freeze on the card (large sums of money). It then took me through a confusing process, and cancelled itself. I tried again, and on the second try it let me pump the gas, but forced me to go inside to pay...... which, I didn't want to do. Whatever happened to just putting in your card to pay, and just pumping the gas! Are you trying to make the process more confusing, just to get more money Shell? I will never go to shell again...... not in Canada, at least.
