My review is strictly about the website showing open until 6 PM however once arriving at store at 5:15pm the store was already closed I understand hours changed because of COVID-19 however just update your website It’s very annoying when I get to the store and it’s closed and your website clearly states it’s open to 6 PM

The jeans are not sorted by size, making it difficult to find what you are looking for.

The staff needs to be more aware of their customers. 2 times I've been in the store lately and the staff has had ZERO interaction with the customers. One time, a senior staff was prepping signs for the front windows and the 2nd staff asked if she could go get them drinks... so off she went... and the senior staff proceeded to hang the signs while 4 customers walked around. 2 of us went to another store after waiting at the cash register for a good 5 minutes. Fortunately, there is a very good young lady who works at this location who is always eager to help and VERY pleasant!!
