Mes vêtements sont bien réparé malgré le fait que ça prit plus de 3 semaines ( pour 1 zipper, et un chandail ) 2 e expérience désagréable. mon père se cherchais quelqu'un pour réparer les poches intérieures de sa pairs de short. 2 semaines plus tard sans nouvelles, il téléphone et on lui dit que c'est prêt. Comme il n'est pas du coin je ramasse les short et va lui porter. ( Mon erreur je n'ai pas vérifié car au départ je ne savais pas pas ce qui devait être réparer) arrive chez mon père et les poches sont pas réparer du tout. Je retourne au magasin pour leur en faire part, leur montrer les photos et me faire rembourser. Personne n'a l'air de comprendre. Elles me disent que quelques chose à été réparer mais pas les poches car elles m'ont charger 5$ donc ils ont absolument réparer quelques chose mais clairement pas les poches car ça aurait coûter plus cher. Elles ne savent même pas ce qui à été fait sur le morceaux de linge. Je leur réponds que ce qui devait être réparer était les poches et non autre chose. D'autant plus que personne à téléphoner pour aviser qu'il y avait autres chose ou que les poches n'ont pas été fait. Elle sobstinais à dire qu'une réparation à été fait. Elle m'ont dit : franchement si on a charger on a réparer quelques choses mais elles ne sont pas capable de dire quoi. J'ai réussi à avoir un remboursement non sans me sentir comme une cliente moins que Riens. Elles était 3 à sobstiner avec moi. Enfin bref, une expérience qui fait en sorte que je n'irai pas à cette endroit la prochaine fois et je ne vais pas les référé non plus.
