I had ordered a bandana for my cat which was too big brought it in to get it taken in. This place is not worth your money, for 15$ I could have done a better job. They charged me more than the bandana is worth to give me a product that’s missing stitching, is useven and isn’t the length I asked for. Don’t even bother with this place.

I went in on Monday with new suit pants to be taken in and hemmed. At my request the second stage of hemming was to be on Saturday. The same 2 girls working each day were fantastically helpful. From the moment I walked in to when I left with the finished pants I felt very comfortable with my choice of place to do business. Thank you, the pants fit perfectly.

Not very satisfied unfortunately. Took over two weeks to sew on a piece of fur to my hood and have the sides taken in. They forgot to take in the sides. Got it home again and the fur hood was falling apart… have to take it in once again :( almost a month and it’s still not done.

Awful. June 2015 I was dealing with them, and they were great.. Now I am dealing with them again in 2016, and they are awful. First they are a week late with my dress, second, they put a run in the back of it due to lack of they're listening skills, and finally as I go for my last fitting 8 days before my wedding, they knock over a coffee with my dress. The over charged me for their terrible work, and poorly altered my bridesmaids dresses, and over charged them. I will never be going back, in fact they don't even deserve a star, I just had to give it to them to write a comment. Please just save your money, and go else where. Mind you Pam that works there is great! :)

They are located near my house, so I used their service for dry cleaning, whenever needed and they were ok until now. I am giving them a thumbs down this time for a simple alteration. I am quite lenient, and easy, so even though the zip stitching looks ugly (see photo), I thought I could tolerate it. But, they failed to do a good job on the "little" adjustment on the body and the dress now looks awkward and annoying. After multiple fittings, the seamstress can't seem to do it properly and unwilling to fix it. What's worst is the attitude! I paid $72+ in advance to have this simple alterations done and now, I have to ask another place to re-do it for me because I cannot trust them to damage the dress any further. I still would like to be kind and give them a 2 star only because the daughter was pretty apologetic about it. But, I'm not coming back. The attitude of the seamstress (mom, I think) was repulsive-RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL! Note: photo may not give justice but the work done is really bad. Oh, and also note that the place thoroughly needs dusting and cleaning up. Beware, allergic people! Plus, open food on the table where all the fabrics and clothes are mixed and laid. Fitting room as well needs vacuuming from all the dust and webs.

I was greeted with a friendly hello as soon as i walked in and was looked after right away. I had 3 pairs of pants to be taken up and i was immediately shown tl the changeroom so i could put on my pants to be marked for where they were to be hemmed. If your not in a hurry and can wait a couple days its only $7.99 per pair of pants and even if you want them done the same day its only $9.99 per pair. I waited 2 days and went in and they were ready. Also you pay when you pick ul your items and not beforehand when you drop them off.

My dress got destroyed, yet I received no refund, no discount, or even my dress back. I was waiting for months to get anything from them as my dress was quite expensive. The person working there told me that they ordered a new dress as they found it available online but the shipment will take some time because they ordered it from the UK. I was happy with that. I kept calling, stopping by etc. Every time they had another excuse why is this taking so long. At the end (after a number of monts!) they asked my for my RECEPIT for the dress telling me that if I do not provide them with one, I'll not get anything. (Who keeps receipts for clothes for a years or so when they're not going to return them...) Right after I saw my destroyed dress they never asked for my receipt and the "paper tags" from my dress were enough. FYI, I never asked for money or insisted on getting a new dress. Stay away from this place!! Liars.

Destroyed my jeans my bodysuit and didn't even attempt to fix my two other pieces and charge me $85 and then when I confronted her about the work she had done she blames it on me and through $50 in my face and did not care that I was unsatisfied or upset about her ruining my stuff

Horrible experience. Got a wool coat dry cleaned and repaired here. Came back with stains and was told they could not be removed. Understood. Checked the mending and there were more holes in the coat then when I dropped it off. Asked for a refund for the mending and was refused. Was told that they know the coats come back damaged from the out sourced dry cleaner. Not their responsibility. Was laughed at when I asked for a refund rather than them offering to fix it again. I would not trust this place with anything. Terrible mending and customer service. Owner has responded to review with lies and did not treat me with any respect. I did not swear at anyone. As you can see in other reviews which I should have read before trusting this place. This is what they do best. If you want your stuff ruined and have them offer to ruin it some more with there terrible mending. This is the place!

Best seamstress in town by far. I have gone to other and have ended up coming here to Yazz Cleaners to have their seamstress (who is also apparently the owner of the location) fix what I had paid someone else to do. I come here first every time now.

Very unprofessional. Brought in a dress for over a week leaving the seamstress with extra time than what was discussed just to be told nothing was done to the dress at all. With that being said my mother had also brought in her dress and the alterations were mediocre but nothing too wow, but we had her dress come back covered in multiple stains. Definitely the last time coming here. Being busy isn’t an excuse for lack of punctuality and cleanliness. The customer service is definitely not the best either, so dry and rude.

Terrible customer service. Pair of pants needed to be hemmed again (by them) after 2 months. They may have been worn a total of 5 times. They actually charged me to fix there bad work. Never again. A simple let us fix that free of charge for you sir. Lol.

Bad experience. Their dry cleaning added stains to my sport coats. They tried to remove it. But left a note basically saying opps sorry cant get the stain we caused out. Avoid for dry cleaning with them they do not stand by their own work.

Extremely unprofessional. Dropped off items to be altered, then brought them home to find out nothing was done. Clothes come back stained after dry cleaning. Have also lost items that have dropped off, and that was the last time they got my business. Go elsewhere!

Have used this company for alterations twice, and both times have not gone well. The first time a long sleeve shirt that was supposed to be shortened was cut into a short sleeve shirt and the second time pants to be hemmed were supposed to be ready the next day, a service I paid extra for, and were not ready. I spoke with the Manager/Head Seamstress who was polite but not helpful. She apologized but made excuses as to why these issues arose. She told me that her customers are almost always very pleased with their service and that these were unusual cases. Hard to believe that the same person would have 2 completely different issues and other customers have none. The manager did not offer a refund or even a discount on the services. Will not be using this company for future alterations or dry cleaning. Not giving them a third chance to make another error!!

I am writing this review in response to my previous review "Don't go there" of several days ago. Yazz cleaners responded to my review and said they would rectify my issue. I called the store in order to speak with the owner. Anna the owner answered and I told her who I was. The Yazz response said that my comments did not sound like anyone who worked here. So I was surprised to find out that it was Anna the owner who I had spoke with and who said" that she had lots of customers and one customer did not matter". I was astonished! I then proceeded to tell her that the curtain hemming job was terrible. They simply folded the hem in half and sewed it. She said that they is how they do it. It is clearly the fastest and easiest way to hem. The hem now had 4 layers of fabric and was very hard. The curtain could not take the soft folds when it was hung because of the very stiff ( 4 layer of fabric )hem. She said that I could take them back and they would cut the hem and hem them properly this time. These are expensive curtains and I did trust that they have the skill to hem a curtain and would not take them back to her. I asked for a refund ($35) and she said "they don't do that". Conclusion - Anna the owner who caused the entire issue pretended not to know about the issue on the review, when it was she who caused it and made no offer to rectify my issue besides putting my curtains back in the hands of Anna herself who does not respect or have the ability to provide even a low level of customer service. I end this review as I began my first review "Don't go there" !!!!!
