It is unacceptable to drop off shirts at 830am on a Thursday and be told they'd be ready by 4pm the following Wednesday. 5 business days for a couple shirts, not sure how they've become best voted dry cleaner.

I have been using Manor Cleaners for years. Their staff is very friendly and professional. When they say it will be done by a certain time, you can count on it! If Manor Cleaners can't get the stain out, nobody can.

Just stopped by to drop off a dozen curtains to dry clean but the two employees turned me away saying that no one was there to measure my curtains for pricing them and to come back tomorrow. Dont go here, they dont want your business, or the employees dont know how to use a measuring tape... ????

Was told that if I dropped off my suit by closing I'd get it back by noon the next day. Brought it ln and they said 5pm. Quite ruid when I questioned them about their promise to me over the phone.

absolutely terrible service. ruined all the buttons on a $2,000 blazer and told me it was my fault for not informing them of care requirements. be extremely careful if you have anything valuable

I dropped off at $2,000 Canada goose parka asking for a simple dry cleaning into please be careful of the leather and the buttons. The jacket came back with frayed leather and visibly distressed buttons if you have anything of value do not and I repeat do not take your clothes to get dry cleaned here. you will be extremely disappointed and they will not fix anythng. So the response I was given is extremely vague. bottom line is they're not going to replace the coat and neither is Canada goose I just shouldn't have taken my expensive coat to a three star dry cleaning service you get when you pay for.

I dropped a duvet at Manor cleaners on the advice of a local laundromat who uses their services. What I expected was the duvet to be returned to me in the condition that I had dropped it off, only cleaner, of course. My wife picked it up a few days later but it was in two pieces. When my wife asked why it wasn't put back together, she was told that the staff didn't have time to do it. WHAT??? So I paid 60+ dollars to have it cleaned and dismantled, but it is now my responsibility to put it together? I thought I was dealing with Manor Cleaners, not IKEA! The duvet is now lumpy and we can't seem to get the inside to fit properly from seam to seam. We were away on holidays before we got around to putting the inside of the duvet into its cover. That's when we noticed the difference in colour. In the picture I have posted the lower part of the pic is the underside of the bottom of the duvet, and the top is where the top portion closest to the top of the bed. Do you see a difference? I do! Not happy with Manor Cleaners at all. From the reviews I've read, I'm not the only one. Clean up your act Manor Cleaners! (pun intended)

Got my Burntlime winter jacket dry cleaned here. Jacket was a year old and went for its first dry clean. The jacket was in mint condition no problems with the jacket at all. Upon receiving my jacket back, they have completely ruined it. The leather is fraying in parts, the colour of the suspenders on the inside has completely changed to a dull yellow rather than being the bright/vibrant green it was. And to top it off they have some how managed to take the patch off the arm of the jacket. They have refusing to take any responsibility for them ruining the jacket and have been very un helpful in trying to solve the whole situation. Very awful place no one bring your clothes here if they have any sort of value. Got insulted by being told the jacket is “cheap fabrics” and they claimed to put a warning label about fabric being loose meanwhile it’s $1000+ and there was no tag anywhere on the jacket nor did they even notice what they had done until I brought it back. Very unacceptable and unprofessional work. Go elsewhere or get you clothes ruined. Simple you can see the pictures below of what the patch on my jacket looked like prior to bringing it to manor, and the after picture. Unbelievable if you ask me. Also the second picture is them “fixing” the jacket, if anything, they ruined it even more.

I have been a customer for many years. I brought my favourite new shirt to my local convience store that uses Manor Cleaners. I received my shirt back with two holes and a note. The note read that I have both overwashed the shirt and that I have over worn the shirt . I spoke to the owner Gino . I received no " I am sorry ". Instead he claims the shirt is made of poor quality fabric. He wanted to compensate me one third the value of the shirt. I understand mistakes occur. I do not blame them for this. It's only a shirt. And I have many shirts . But , I was insulted by the note. I have worn the shirt no more than 8 times. I have dry cleaned it only once before with Manor. All I wanted was an apology. I did not receive one with the note. And I did not receive one over the phone with the owner. I refused to take the money. I will take my business though , elsewhere .

Bad customer service and not clean still stains I lost my expensive dress they don't even check they don't answer my question I ask the manager they say they don't have a manager they are ignorant bad altitude please don't go that places.
