So fantastic, had to go twice!! They easily accommodated Gluten Free (GF) by using rice flour on cooked items and it was superb!! Our waiter was so pleasant and fun, such a great time. Especially the second evening when we watched an iceberg out the window calve a piece and roll. The while restaurant got up and stood at the window. An amazing experience! Be sure to try the cod tongues!! ????

The location is scenic (go for a little walk in the boardwalk by the viewing platform) but the food is meh. We've been too spoiled in Newfoundland with amazing eats. I found the portions of chowder and calamari small, the fried shrimp and cod au gratin tasteless.

Food and venue were great. Pretty location. Good assortment on menu and prices are fair. They appeared to be a bit understaffed but staff was friendly and competent. We had chowder, fish cakes, cod tongues and Thai moose spring rolls. Didn't have room for dessert.

First off, the view is great. I saw whales. Second, this was the first time I had moose. Also, great place to hike before and after your meal. Not sure what else to say - eating out here on the tip of the wind-swept piece of land is an experience.

Had an awesome and simple dinner tonight at Lighthouse. The view was amazing. Didn't know of this spot until dinner, but worth coming back for the walks. The staff were friendly, the food came fast, and the restaurant was busy.

What a wonderful place for dinner this is.. the pan fried cod was amazing and the bacon wrapped scallops cooked with maple syrup were simply divine. The view is excellent and during our after dinner walk we spotted whales from the headlands.. you've missed out if you don't go here for dinner when in St. Anthony

We had a great time at the viking feast. Pricey? Yes if you only consider the food. But the building is amazing, the atmosphere is great and the servers/comedians are really good. Professionnals? No and this is what makes the thing funnier. To enjoy it, you have to play the game. I would recommend it to anyone who likes to enjoy a good evening with new friends. The food is good, there is plenty of it, service is great, people are really nice. I would go back anytime.

5 people dined. All the was scrumptiously delectable and service was kind and attentive even with the busy dinner rush. 3 people ordered Atlantic cod done fish and chips style and the food was piping hot. 2 people ordered seafood linguine which was not as hot, it was apparent it had sat a while before served. It was all so good that we really didn't mind but just wanted to be honest. We totally recommend this restaurant for local seafood and fine dining.

The moose sliders were delicious!! The chef was so kind and slipped a treat for our dog into our take-out bag!! There are some easy, scenic trails to walk around the restaurant too, and a neat sod hut.

We had very good service. The food was well prepared in homestyle fashion. The real attraction waa the view. We had a clear day and a lot of icebergs floating by. There are no restaurants I have been in that can offer that view.

Under staffed, but the food was very good! The chowder was incredibly thick and rich, the Thai moose spring rolls were delicious if a little greasy, and my wife quite enjoyed her fish cakes. We had never tried cod tongues and probably won't again. Nothing wrong with the way they were prepared, we just didn't enjoy them.

This place had the least breading on their fish and chips, and maximized on the fish. It also had a unique tartar sauce. After eating fish and chips all over Newfoundland, I felt this to be to best for someone who loves fish.

In a quaint house, with an amazing view, they serve fine dining seafood and other dishes. We had the tasty Seafood platter that included 2 scallops, 4 medium shrimp, and cod, salmon and halibut pieces pan fried and it was plenty for two. The delicious Shrimp Chowder was full of the small salad shrimp and was a nice way to start the meal. I highly recommend eating here. Bon appetite! $$$

Bacon wrapped scallops appetizer was heavenly. Seafood chowder dinner was delicious. Try the bread dressing side--if you love Thanksgiving or Christmas because of the stuffing, you won't be disappointed. And no turkeys were harmed!

In addition we could see the whales directly from where we were sitting, a little expensive but no regrets !!! Do not miss this opportunity if you are in the area (Original) Très bien comme place, j'ai failli virer de bord et un coup à l'interieur aussi j'avais envie de quitter car ce fut long avant qu'on se fasse servir, mais la pauvre dame était seul et probablement ne s'attendait pas à y avoir autant de achalandage en cette fin de saison touristique,.Donc d'autres serveuses sont arrivés en renfort et notre patience à value son pesant d'or... wow le repas, de la morue fraîche dans un belle assiette et vraiment savoureux, quel erreur j'aurais fait en quittant les lieux!!! En plus nous pouvions voir les baleines directement d'où nous étions assis, un peu coûteux mais aucun regret!!! Ne rater pas cet occasion si vous passer dans le coin

Amazing location overlooking the entrance to St.Anthony Harbour and the open sea. Staff here are very friendly, making the experience comfortable and down to earth. Had the fish and chips; a large portion but with a tiny side of coleslaw. Considering everything, the meal was entirely too expensive though.
